Seven years have passed since the land of Equestria last called upon its protectors, the elements of harmony. This has led to a life of peace for Twilight and her friends, before four mysterious ponies appear in Ponyville to interrupt a visit from Luna.

With a new adventure ahead of them, Starburst can only hope the three element bearers are up to the challenge, and that Pinkmena can keep her sister Pinkie out of trouble.
