Nocturnal

"You cannot change me now, dear sister" The dark mare said. Celestia stood there trying to hold back the tears "L-luna..." she let out. "Do not call me Luna anymore" The once blue pony told her, the dark alicorn's wings spread open and she started to yell "Are you going to put me on the moon again?" she questioned "Must you be lonesome once again?!". "n-no" Celestia managed to choke out, she looked up upon her dark sister remembering the blue alicorn who is now darker than her night. "It has been years sister and once again the ponies shun the night and hide from her moon!" Nightmare Moon had yelled.

Celestia had watched her sister fly off into the moonlit sky, it wasn't until a few minutes later a group of Night guards had surrounded her ready to attack. Celestia knew right away that these ponies were hungry for flesh. Her horn shone and gray blurs fell out of the castle. She spread her wings and flew out into the castle towers where the royal guards slept, she woke them up, a war was planned.

The royal pegasi guards were to ambush the Night guards while they weren't looking while the Royal Unicorn guards were to teleport behind the other guards and knock them out. It was planned out well, Celestia believed she would get her younger sister back.They stormed off into the night silently. The moon shone on their backs and helmets, Celestia, heavily armored, led the march. She carried nothing but a shield since she did not want to hurt her sister. On the way a few unicorns had ambushed them but no guard was lost.They came across ponyville which was now deserted but something caught her eye and she turned.
