Heroes For Equestria 2: The Other World

One week later

"You've fooled me once, but you won't fooled me this time......." Kay stared down on a one year old baby. "This time I will change your diaper!!!!"

Kay quickly begans changing his son's diaper but because of his son's cheeky behaviour, it's a hardtime for Kay.

"No! Stop it"

"Stop moving!"

"[In Spanish] Salazar! Stop moving!"

"Let me finish this already!"

After 10 minutes, Kay finally got it done. At the same time, Fluttershy, his wife, came in.

"Fluttershy! I finally got it done!" Kay said, showing Fluttershy their son, but finds out that the diaper is in backwards. "Almost."

"It's okay, honey. Here, let me do it." Fluttershy without any hesitation, change Salazar's diaper, and Salazar doesn't squirm. "Finish. Now you're all clean."

Then, they heard a knock on the door and Kay heads downstairs to answer the door. As he opens the door, he saw Shadow Hooves, his old comrade now brother in-law.

"Shadow Hooves!" said Kay in excitement. "It's been a long time! How are you?"

"Great. Good to see you too, sarge" said Shadow Hooves.

"Just Kay, I'm not a soldier anymore. So, what brings you here?" said Kay.

"Visiting. And to tell something important." Shadow Hooves said, untill Fluttershy is downstairs with Salazar.

"Shadow! Long time no see." greet Fluttershy.

"Hello, Shy. And this must be my nephew." said Shadow Hooves, as he greets his little nephew.

"So, Shadow Hooves. What was that thing you want to tell me?" said Kay.

"Yes, about that. But we need Mr. Kravchenko." said Shadow Hooves. "Where is he?"

"Probably at Carousel Boutique." said Kay. "You'll go first, I'll catch up with you."

"I'll wait outside" Shadow Hooves said, before heading outside to wait for Kay.

Kay look at his wife and son and say, "I have to go with Shadow Hooves. I'll be back once I'm done". He kisses his son's forehead, and then kisses Fluttershy before he left.

Ponyville

"So, whatchu' been doing lately?" asked Kay, while the two of them are walking towards Carousel Boutique

"Not much, except for taking care of my Delta boys." said Shadow Hooves.

"Delta?" said Kay with confusion.

"Yeah. I'm in a Delta Force now." said Shadow Hooves.

"Must be tough for you." said Kay.

"Wait till you meet the my squad," said Shadow Hooves in a slightly cocky tone.

As they almost at the Carousel Boutique, they saw Yuri, who is mumbling in Russian.

"Yuri!" yelled Kay.

"Kay! And Shadow Hooves!" greet Yuri.

"The fuck happened to you?" asked Kay.

"The usual." said Yuri.

"Lemme guess, Rarity kicked you out again for drinking infront of Harkov?" said Kay.

"Da!" said Yuri. "I'm going to stop drinking starting now!".

"Heard that before," said Kay with a smirk.

"Now that you two are here, let's get it started. We need a quite place where nopony can hear us." said Shadow Hooves.

"Let go to my armory." said Yuri.

Yuri's armory

After they secure the building to make sure nopony can enter or hear them, Shadow Hooves starts telling them.

"Four days ago, we received a strange signal, like it's appear out of nowhere. Literally," said Shadow Hooves. He takes out a tape recorder to show them the strange voice. "This is what we hear".

"...... Help......."

"So, who the hell sent the signal?" asked Kay.

"We don't know. But what we do know is that after our scientist did a long research, we found out that the signal does not come from here, but from another dimension." said Shadow Hooves.

"Another dimension?" said Yuri.

"They said it's a parallel universe. Another Equestria." said Shadow Hooves, sending confusion into the two humans.

"So, why are we need to know this shit?" said Kay.

"Cause we created a portal that will send you two to the other Equestria. We need the two you investigate the other Equestria." said Shadow Hooves.

"And who's orders are those?" asked Kay.

"Captain Mills." said Shadow Hooves.

"Him?" said Kay. "Is this how he wants to drag us back?"

"Captain Mills trusted you two in this mission. You guys, along with Captain Mills ended the war a year ago. He needs you. We need you" said Shadow Hooves.

"Well, tell him that I'm done with all that shit. I got a better life and a family to look after. I can't go to another dimension and risk it again!" yelled Kay. " I'm sorry. But I just can't do it anymore....". Kay heads to the door to go out, but Shadow Hooves said something to him before he leaves.

"I wonder what happened to the legendary Carlos Eduardo Lopez? The one of three heroes of Equestria?" said Shadow Hooves.

Kay froze for a moment, before turning his head and say, "Retired", before he left the two.

"I'm was thinking of doing the same thing but my wife is still angry." said Yuri.

Cottage

Kay sits on his bed and started to think why they needed him now. He gets up and looked at himself on the mirror, and observes the scar on his face, untill he catch a glimpse of a photo of him, Yuri and Josh when they're still on the base. On the top, is a writing that says "BROTHERS TILL THE END". He started to remember everything he and his friends did during the war. How they stick to each other and how much they needed each other. Now he realized, that Equestria needs him and Yuri. They needed him now.

Kay pulls out a large box under the bed and opens it, revealing his old military gear, and a Deagle that still has it's infinite ammunition power. He grabs a large back and stuffs it with is old gear, while he doesn't realize his wife is staring at him.

"Kay? Where are you going?" asked Fluttershy, which surprised Kay. "W-what's all this?".

"They need me. They need me now." said Kay, trying not to upset his wife.

"But, why now?!' said Fluttershy, trying to hold tears. "You've risked your life a year ago, but now you're doing it again?!".

"I didn't ask for this! Nobody told this would happen but now it did!" yelled Kay. But then he saw Fluttershy breaks into tears.

Kay regrets what for rising his voice and proceeds to comfort her.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know what came to me." said Kay while comforting her. "But I really have to go. Don't worry, I'll come back."

"Kay.." whispered Fluttershy. "[In Spanish] Come home safe."

"[In Spanish]I will, my love. I will."

Yuri's armory

"So, you're the only who's going to do this?" asked Shadow Hooves.

"Da. I am very capable." said Yuri.

"Alright, better than nothing. Let's-" Shadow Hooves said before he's interrupted by Kay who just arrived.

"I'm in"
