Near Death
It was a peaceful day in Equestria. It always had been after the past years. That wasn't all though, Twilight was becoming new princess, Scootaloo had finally learned flying also gaining her cutie mark, and of course after Pinkie Pie was throwing a huge party after Twilight's nomination. Everyone was going to Celestia's castle for this moment and who could blame them she saved them all from all kinds of threats in the past. Rainbow Dash and the others were there. As Celestia proudly gave her that title, but it was suddenly short lived when it was invaded. Not by Gryphons, not dragons, or Changelings, but their kind of course. Carrying spears or swords in their hands and attacking anyone in sight. However it wasn't an easy task as suddenly Rainbow Dash sprang into action and decided to fight back. She was wearing a blue jacket over a white shirt, and blue shorts. These invaders however were't normal.
No, they were part machine as well. One of them noticed Rainbow Dash and tried to strike her with a spear surrounded by electricity, but the cyan pegasus jumped back dodging the attack and does a back flip to gain some distance. " You've just made your death imminent now!"
Electricity erupted from her hands taking shape into a sword. It was the color of her hair, all the colors in the rainbow with electrical surges running through it. First thing was first for her though. She needed to find Twilight first than escort her somewhere safe and save her friends while she's at it. She snapped out of her thoughts as she had to dodge a cyborg body coming towards her. She noticed Applejack having her hat tilted with a smile. She was wearing a light brown and white shirt, blue jeans, and black fingerless gloves. " Of course. Applejack could probably stall enough for me to get to her." Rainbow Dash thought.
" Hey Saddle Girl! I'm gonna go and save Twilight. Mind holding up a bit?" She asked. Applejack cracked her knuckles as she was now surrounded by cyborg Equestrians. " You just go and do what'cha love Dash. You should be able to find her ten seconds flat, right?" She asked.
Rainbow Dash grinned at the statement and nodded. However before she could move she was suddenly getting held back by a cyborg from behind and two more with swords ready to slice her. The Pegasus broke out and pushed the cyborg holding her into the hit attempt only to get sliced in half with crimson liquid spilling from it's 'thirds'. The other two were so distracted on their handy work on the wrong person that they didn't notice Rainbow Dash cut right through them straight down the middle. She continued her way through the castle of finding Twilight only to find more invaders. " Crap!" She thought
She hid behind the corner of a wall seeing that they one of them were moving towards her while the other's backs were turned. She waited a moment for the right opportunity to strike till she sensed it. She jumped out her spot covering her victim's mouth and slitting his throat making blood spew out profusely. She decided to put her wings to use for the other two who seemed to be walking toward's Twilight's room. She hovered till she was above her prey till she swiped her sword and decapitated both of them in one hit. She descended and walked to Twilight's door and slowly opened it.
" Twi?" She said in a soft tone. In this room there could only be one known place she knew that the alicorn could be.
She walked to a closet door and opened it seeing her friend cowering on the floor, but sighed in relief at seeing her. She happened to be wearing a white dress with diamonds stuck to them on the upper chest part. However it seemed a bit wrinkled up which made Rainbow Dash chuckle what Rarity would do if she saw one "little" scratch on it.
" Alright princess. I'm here to save you." She said holding her hand out for her. Twilight grabbed it and helped herself up. " Thanks." Was all Twilight could say from how scared she looked underneath her calming face. Suddenly, someone burst through one of the walls grabbing Rainbow Dash and tackling her through another wall to end up inside a royal dining room. The attacker had blue claws coming from its knuckles ready to impale her head, but the Pegasus had the strength to kick it off of her. Rainbow Dash jumped up to her feet with her sword now ready. However she gasped at seeing who her attacker was. Pale skin, multi blue hair, purple shades covering her eyes. However what was different was that her body was in multi blue armor and she wasn't wearing it, she was it.
" Vinyl...Scratch." She could barely get the name out. Vinyl grinned as she removed her shades which turned out to move by itself like visors and looked at the shocked Pegasus with her red eyes. " Surprise." She said.
Rainbow Dash was now furious at this. One of their own kind attacking and making an assassination attempt already, and it was her behind it.
" Why?" Rainbow Dash muttered. Vinyl held a hand to to her ear. " Hmm?" She asked. Now Rainbow was growling at her.
" ARE YOU BEHIND ATTACKING HERE AND ASSASSINATING TWILIGHT?!!" She yelled. Hearing this outburst made the cyborg DJ cover her ears and wince.
"Geez. Don't get those wings in a bunch. I'm merely, uh...doing a favor for my savior." Vinyl answered still grinning. Rainbow was now confused. " Savior? And by repaying you kill. That's terrorism!" The Pegasus told her. The DJ cyborg shook off her hands and groaned. " I'm aware, but I didn't have a choice in matter. Either do it and live or die, or just die," Vinyl explained. " End of story."
Vinyl's visors covered her eyes as blue claws came out her knuckles and Rainbow Dash had her sword ready.
" And your in the way of my mission so you must die." Vinyl said.
Soundtrack: I'm my own master now
Rainbow Dash was the first to attack as she swung with both hands trying to cut her in half, but Vinyl merely used one of her claws to block. Vinyl used her other set of claws on her other hand to try to slice Rainbow Dash's face only for her to do a back flip to evade. The Pegasus now grabbed a chair and threw it at Vinyl while running towards her ready to slice her with one hand. Vinyl sliced the chair with one of her claws, but didn't react quickly enough to evade Rainbow Dash earning a cut on her cheek with blood streaks. The DJ laughed at this. " Wow, been a while feeling this besides feeling that cowgirl Equestrian's on my face." She provoked.
Like she wanted, Rainbow Dash took the bait and tried again in rapid strikes. Vinyl just continued blocking each of them still grinning. The Pegasus now tried to kick her to the face only for her leg to get grabbed. " Big mistake." Vinyl told her mockingly. After that said she sliced Rainbow Dash's leg clean off. She yelled in pain which really caught Twilight's attention to see where this was going. What she saw made her nearly scream. Vinyl now had the lower part of Rainbow's leg in her grasp. " Hmm, okay. Let's see what you lacked in the first 30 seconds." Vinyl said. She began telling the downed cyan Pegasus while spinning her motionless leg. " You're slow, you know only basics of swordsmanship, or you self taught yourself which failed miserably. Uh, oh yeah, You're only normal." Vinyl explained. She looked down at Rainbow Dash who was still wincing at the fact at losing her leg in a battle or any body part. Her cut leg was bleeding to where it was fatal which Vinyl seemed to notice.
" I hate seeing you suffer before death...I can make an exception since it's someone who used to be a Wonderbolt and has a big ego." Vinyl threw the leg aside and knelt down beside the downed Pegasus and began torture by slicing off one wing and an arm. All Rainbow did was scream and Twilight was frozen. However the torture was short lived as suddenly Vinyl was punched hard in the jaw by Applejack out of nowhere. The blow sent her flying out of the castle, falling. Applejack looked down to see only to take notice she was floating with rocket boots. " Killing me would only take away part of the situation. By part I mean only 1%. I couldn't come back with a body, but hey I could always explain myself."
Vinyl flew away which left Applejack to kneel beside the dying Pegasus. " Rainbow Dash! Can ya hear me!" She yelled to her. Rainbow Dash could barely hear her even if she yelled. She had lost one of each limb and a wing. She could even feel her own blood on her clothing and face. " She needs help!" Applejack grunts. She carefully picked up Rainbow Dash and began to make her way to a hospital intermediately. However along the way all had learned...she was already gone.

War Everywhere
A few weeks had past since Rainbow Dash's fatal injury. She could of been physically disabled for the rest of her life and retire as a Wonderbolt at such a young age. But, new technology in Equestria were able to mix her flesh and bone with actual biotics. Not only to save her life, but everyone wanted it to be a little more of gift giving it cool features and style for her. This process had went for days and weeks. Rainbow Dash was basically dead at the moment, but now they have revived her as a new Equestrian. One of her wings were made out of metal but still looked at her other one. Her entire body was black except for her head. Her cutie mark was located at the upper part of her leg on both. Her hair was the same style just a bit longer and she had purple visor on the side on her head. She was still in the hospital only because she wasn't used to it yet, she'll fall occasionally and had some trouble eating anything.
She practiced everyday till she finally got the hang of it and continued examining her new features. Her nails were like claws now and her "hooves" were now like paws as well. " Not bad. They could of done better though." She thought. She heard a door open behind her and due to new abilities with this body she already knew who it was. " Hey Applejack, Twilight, and Spike." She said proudly. She heard all three of them gasp already knowing they were coming. She turned around to see them.  Applejack looked amazed at how her friend was looking with the new body, she nearly looked like a weapon for war. Twilight and Spike found it a bit intimidating even for what they were capable of. " First things first now. I'm curious. You say I was dead for a while but-"
" You were gone for nearly two months Rainbow Dash. The crusaders...mainly Scootaloo missed a lot. Better yet we all did. But the case is that we revived you in this state for more than one reason." Twilight answered before she could finish. Rainbow Dash froze with her mouth still open to speak. She was even shocked that she was gonna ask that.
" Actually I was gonna say your dress has a few noticeable cuts and will expose you." Rainbow Dash lied as she covered her mouth of a smile. This made Twilight lose her temper all of a sudden.
" THIS ISN'T THE TIME TO BE JOKING AROUND! EQUESTRIA IS AT WAR!" She yelled. Rainbow was now from smiling to intimidated. " While you were gone we also suffered other attacks from other cyborgs. Vinyl is one of them, but for someone so strong strategic and fast she said she was only a private. We rebuild your body so that we could stand a chance till we make an army of our own and find out why this is happening."
Rainbow now had a look of seriousness and took this situation like it. " So you want to send something not experienced in combat in this form out to defend, wow such mighty intellect coming for you." She said sarcastically.
" Spike." Twilight called. The young dragon nodded and walked over to Rainbow Dash with a chip in his hand before the cyan cyborg could ask, he inserted it where Rainbow Dash's cutie mark was. A sudden feeling went through her like she knew so many swordsman and bare-handed maneuvers like she invented them.
" There. You know all there is and you still have the same sword you've always had in the sheath on your back." Twilight told her.
Rainbow nodded and suddenly the ground began to shiver after hearing giant footsteps. Everyone began to stagger back at this and fall except for Rainbow Dash. " Okay, what the heck was that?" She asked. She walked to a window and saw giant machines outside attacking anything in sight. This made her sigh.
" More scrap for brains in extra large, Get'em while their alive, right?" She asked. Twilight nodded.
" you should be able to split them wide open." Twilight assured.
Rainbow jumped from the window going down a 4 story fall to the streets of Ponyville. Suddenly an aircraft began to bring a shadow to where she was standing. It was big and she saw cyborg soldiers making their way down. " Seems it's more than that. War is everywhere."
She reached for the hilt of her sword in it's sheath and pulled it out as her visors covered her eyes.
Soundtrack: Locked n' Loaded
She attempted quickly making her way to the first giant only to be blocked by a long wave of soldiers. " Come get some!" She taunted running towards them with an electric trail left behind. She sliced through one of them cleanly than to another decapitated him and sliced the rest down the middle. From behind two soldiers tried to grab her only for both to get a deep cut in their chest and exploded right before they fell. The small explosion blinded the other cyborgs in blood allowing her to cut the last ones up into pieces literally. She continued forward taking noticed the giant was nearing Everfree Forest at any moment. Her only plan in her head was provoking it to come to her. " HEY! SCRAP FOR BRAINS OVER HERE!" Rainbow Dash taunted.She took note that it was equipped with turret guns and it's blades were it's arms. Like she wanted to, it came to here and charged to run her over.
The Pegasus flew up to where one of it's turret guns while it was running and sliced it up into metal pieces. This attack caused it to stagger back a bit. " Rainbow Dash. Do you hear me?" Twilight's voice was heard from her.
" Not now Twilight right now I have-" Rainbow Dash was suddenly almost on the verge of getting crushed under neath the giant's blade if she hadn't suddenly blocked it. " One second Twilight." She said as she began to push it back.
Soundtrack change: RULES OF NATURE!!!
Rainbow Dash was able to push it back with all her might but another came towards her and she caught it this time with both hands. With the blade in her grasp she began slowly lifting it up and threw it above her.  With now helplessly above she flew up onto one of the blades and sliced one of them in pieces than went onto the other in a straight line, than from above it dived straight down through it and it was now two halves. She sheathed her blade and took a deep breath. " Alright I'm back." She told Twilight through her equipped head sets.

                        Raven Blood

Raven Blood
" So what now Twilight?" Rainbow Dash asked.
" Another invasion. That's obvious. But they aren't doing as much damage as last time. I've also took notice that giant you fought had no intention of fighting you till you provoked it. It's odd. Like their not trying to attack this time." Twilight replied. Rainbow Dash looked at the pieces left of the giant and lifted small piece up to her face.
" I'm not complaining. If they don't wanna fight, why come? It makes it easy for me to slice them into cupcake sprinkles. But there is one thing that definitely bothers me. Vinyl," Rainbow Dash paused than continued on. " Savior? A favor for an assassination attempt. I didn't know someone with no class could rhyme." This was now going off subject which Rainbow Dash just realized before speaking till Twilight yelled. " I wonder what she owed this person."
" Beats me. But I say we as in you take some of these guys out running home." Twilight suggested. Rainbow Dash just shrugged and looked ahead to see more than ten cyborgs marching with someone standing behind.
" I think i found someone who could be behind this." She spoke. After this she had her sword ready and now had to see if she should sneak or run up head on ( they were all armed with melee weapons.) However it was too late as one already spotted her in the open which made her curse herself. One attempted to uppercut her which she dodged nearly missing her chin. The sudden evade made her hold it for a second before she got sucker punched down on the ground leaving cracks on the ground. " GAH! Crap." She grunted at the sudden pain in face down to her chest. She slowly began to get up and back flip evading another punch at her and while she was at it with a soldier behind her, she sliced him into fours before touching the ground. Another tried to kick her which she was able to grab. This suddenly brought her back to a sudden event the past.
Flashback
Rainbow Dash tried to kick Vinyl to her face only for her leg to get grabbed leg. A grin crossed the DJ's face as she sliced it clean off.
Rainbow Dash was now lost in rage as she suddenly sliced off the soldier's leg here a scream from him which she enjoyed. That wasn't all, three soldiers in front of her were charging at her only to find all three of them getting cut into little pieces and blood spilling everywhere and got on the Pegasus' face. Now the final two were scared of her now and slowly backed up. Rainbow Dash sheathed her sword and with her natural speed dashed at them grasping their arm and flying high in the air. Along the trip she heard their scream of fear which she didn't care about.
A massive migraine struck her which made her drop the soldier and lose control of her flying making herself fall. She looked down with a painful look on her face, somehow she was able to control herself again and descend safely to finally see the person standing behind. It was obviously a stallion. His skin was black as darkness, his hair was short yet flowing with the wind direction, and he was sneering at the Pegasus with hate filled blue eyes. He was wearing very casually though in a business suit and tie. However his right arm was in a cast. The stallion scoffed. " Not bad taking out those weaklings. Impressive. If you weren't even strong enough to take them out you'd find yourself in damnation right now." He said. The migraine placed a big impact on Rainbow Dash as her vision was getting into a little bit a static. " But, do you remember Vinyl? You should. In your case it only happened yesterday although it was months ago. Well?" Now standing beside him was the DJ cyborg and Rainbow Dash could barely noticed new enhancements on her. She had new claws, they produced a red surge of electricity just like it's new color. Her entire left side was no longer the same blue as she knew. It was a bit darker than before. This made her wonder why that part was changed.
" Vinyl Pon3. How about a little round two with her huh?" He asked. Vinyl smiled and had her claws at the ready while walking to her. " Anytime Raven Blood." She said. Rainbow Dash felt herself a little disabled to fight, nonetheless her visors covered her eyes as she was ready...sort of.
Soundtrack: Rushing
Rainbow Dash was stumbling for a while, but than had to hold her head again which struck in pain. " Need a breather already?" Vinyl asked. Hearing this made her growl. Seeing her face now, her eyes weren't no longer purple, but red and she seemed to have a half smirk on her face. Vinyl shrugged in confusion and still continued her way towards her. She was now standing in front of her who had now knelt down holding her head. " Alright. Quick and painless this time, deal?" She asked.
SLASH!!!
Suddenly, Vinyl's entire arm...no. Both of them were sliced off with blood splattering on their faces. While Vinyl was in shock, Rainbow Dash was grinning with her eyes glowing red and licked a bit of blood from her cheek. Raven Blood was shocked as well. " Now...who wants to die first?" Her voice sounded a way more insane and she even had a grin of one. She glared at Vinyl was stepping back only for Rainbow Dash to draw nearer and nearer. Once at a certain distance Vinyl grinned as one of arms levitated and aimed at Rainbow Dash's back. " Think fast." The DJ said mockingly. Before the Pegasus could figure what that meant she felt a blade impale her from behind and four blades coming out her stomach.
No scream, yell, not even a wince. Rainbow Dash just grinned evilly and yanked it out from behind. " Clever, but you lack something."  Rainbow told her. She spun the arm around and threw it past her which made Vinyl realize it was going towards Raven Blood. With sudden speed she instantly appeared in front of him and what interested Rainbow Dash was that instead of taking the hit. The arm went back to her shoulder like a magnet.
" It would been more interesting if you took the hit. It shouldn't hurt." Rainbow Dash felt another set of blades puncture her chest this time. She yanked that arm out and threw it back at Vinyl only for it to connect. " Raven. It's not safe. Please escape." Vinyl requested. By the look in the stallion's eyes he was about to do something to her, but instead he did something Rainbow Dash didn't expect.
" Why don't you let me finish this. Better yet, you retreat. Your time is up."
Vinyl wanted to protest, but just sighed and walked away. " You would face me? At an injured state?" Rainbow Dash asked with a smirk across her face. Raven Blood turned around taking notice Vinyl was now gone. " Let me tell you a little secret son." Hearing someone call Rainbow Dash really flipped her lid. Before the stallion could finish, she attempted to sliced him down the middle only to block her sword with his cast. " What!" She growled. The shock distracted her long enough for him to punch her across her face sending her flying and sliding across the ground into a tree which snapped on impact.
" What the heck...are you?" She asked. Raven Blood noticed the evil look and red eyes were now gone which made him hold back a bit. He chuckled as he stood in front of her. " Well kid. Let's just say, move outta here before you get hurt more than you already are. At least you'll live long enough before our plan starts and you'll be too weak to fight." Those words. They somehow made the cyborg Pegasus cower which looked amusing to him. " Don't worry. Once we succeed, I'll be everywhere. So you can beg for you life and I'll be more than happy to make you serve me.
Rainbow Dash chuckled as well as she looked up at him. " Now, your just talking...nasty." That last statement made Rainbow Dash go unconscious. " Tough luck. I'm out of time as well." He said, walking away from her motionless body.

Vinyl...Why?
Rainbow Dash felt herself slowly regaining her consciousness and felt herself on a flat surface, definitely not a bed for sure. " How is she?" A she heard man's voice. She quickly opened her eyes seeing she was now inside of a cell. Her sword was gone, but what they didn't know was that she could summon it back anytime she wished, but she decided on eavesdropping on what the cyborgs were saying.
" She's still unconscious. Hopefully enough till Raven Blood brainwashes her. We need a monster like her. If this works than she'll be our replacement for Vinyl." Another man's voice answered. Rainbow Dash tilted her head at this, but continued listening.
" I believe if we fail, Raven Blood will just dispose of her and we'll keep Vinyl Pon3. She didn't even need the brainwashing and she's only here for her savior of that new body." Rainbow Dash took note of that which seemed a bit odd to her. But it was enough of listening, she was ready to break out. She held her hand out but nothing came. " Crap. Did they take that ability away?" She thought. She finally noticed her hands had claws which was close enough for tearing and luckily they never found out about the chip in her cutie mark. Rainbow colored electricity surged in her arms which really gave her an idea. Her visors covered her eyes again giving her the view of where he enemies were. Just right next to the door and it appeared that the door was capable of opening out instead of in. She got in position for a ram and charged towards the door. As she broke through it felt as if the world slowed down on her action as she had the door in her grasp and was about to slam it against the guards before hearing one unfinished phase. " OOOOOH SSHHH-" Before getting the door slammed onto them.
Rainbow Dash turned towards the readers, " Sorry everyone can't have that kinda language in this story. Now this is my first and last time I'll break the forth wall like Pinkie Pie so enjoy it while it last." She told them cheerfully. Suddenly an alarm went off which stopped her. " Gotta go." She told herself, but not before getting her weapon back. She took off in any direction taking note to be in some kind of special facility just for her.
" WARNING! SUBJECT HAS ESCAPED PRISON!" A computerized voice shouted. That already annoyed her. But now she had to face more cyborgs armed with electric batons. She got into a fighting stance knowing no way out of this. They all charged at her not knowing she had a surprise for them. " Here!" She threw a large rainbow colored star which sucked them in and blew the wave back, after that it began closing in with them still in it. " Now I gotta recharge." She spat in dismay. She walked the rest of the way with the alarm still going on. She went in nearly every room which was cleared out since the alarm. She went into offices, weapon development which she was nearly interested till she remembered hers. She was now inside a main engine. " I'm in a ship?" She thought as she looked at the engine. " I guess it wouldn't hurt seeing one get blown sky high." She said with a shrug. She walked to the main engine which seemed extremely big which made her wonder how big it actually was. But she'd find out once she flies out. She was about to produce a remote bomb from her wrist until she heard a familiar voice tell her to hold it. " If it isn't the little traitor." Rainbow Dash guessed with her eyes glowing red as fast as it came as she turned to see Vinyl yet again.
" Ya know. It never get's old for me to always see you. What is old is that I'm always beating you up." Vinyl sighed. Rainbow Dash grinned evilly as her eyes were red fully now.
" Really? If I remember correctly Raven Blood made you retreat, you want to know why? Because he even knew you'd die. But, I have one question to ask before I send your scrap of a body ten thousand feet from the ground."  Vinyl Scratch leaned in although she was still in a far distance, but just to let her know she was listening. " What favor did you have to pay that stallion? I know there is some reason why you are doing this." Rainbow Dash asked.
Vinyl's visors revealed her eyes again so that the two red eyed Equestrians really looked at one another. " Did it ever come to you, that you never saw me and Octavia anymore after Nightmare Moon?" She asked. Rainbow Dash shook her head since she hardly ever saw her, but still happened to hear her loud music at night all the way in the air. " Just like you, we both protected and lost a few body parts. My mission was to kill Twilight or capture. But from seeing you...he wanted me to make you suffer so you'd know what I went through. What difference do you see from 2 years to now?" She asked.
" Your full of it. That's one." Rainbow Dash grumbled. However when she looked at Vinyl's head she noticed no horn. Her body which was the obvious was mechanical.  " You lost your horn!" That shock made Rainbow Dash's red eyes turn back into its magenta color. Vinyl nodded.
" That's not all. Remember every last event when Luna was corrupted? I tried to protect who I loved and failed miserably. I'm shocked at why I wasn't left for dead right next to my best friend. I lost my horn which gave me a large gash on my face from it cutting me. I lost my arm when a XII bit it off roughly. My legs were broken. Outrageous right and guess who it was that gave me a second chance in life. Heck, he even said with enough resources and research he can reanimate her." Vinyl explained. Rainbow Dash's eyes widened at this. She even had tears coming from her eyes from hearing her failure of a friend. She shook her head though as her eyes gone red now.
" Your bat hay insane!!!" She yelled. Suddenly a door was heard and guard were rushing in towards her. She took note of one of them having her sword in their grasp. She didn't even bother reacting to dodge. Instead one blade pierced her chest, another straight through her stomach and she felt pain, but the real Rainbow Dash felt something...evil within her soul finally snap which felt like it's been in her for years. She let out a laugh which made the cyborgs gasp in shock.
" I'M BACK!!!" She yelled out as she grabbed one of their heads and began to squeeze it to the point it'll break and it did like his head just exploded. Next she yanked one of the swords out from her body and sliced the other half straight down the middle. She went for the other sword and yanked that out as well with blood spewing out and dripping from the blades. One of them was her rainbow colored blade as the other was silver. " Who's next?" She asked with a smirk.
" Look who's talking calling me insane." Vinyl told her with a smile. " Let me guess. A dark persona given by Nightmare Moon?"
" One and only. Dash the Ripper. Wanna know why she named me that?" Rainbow Dash asked. " I'll rip my prey into shreds in five seconds flat than eat you in another five. And your my first victim." Suddenly Rainbow Dash felt a headache coming in which made her turn back into normal in a matter of seconds. She was breathing than it turned into hyperventilating. Was she becoming a monster? She was completely fine in the last two years till she's now a cyborg pegasus and now having this monster within her.
" Ah. So it's split personality. I don't have that. So you are strictly insane Dash the Ripper." Vinyl ended up bending back a bit to evade an attempt for Rainbow Dash to decapitate her. The fail attempt staggered the pegasus forward into Vinyl's claws through her chest. She winced. " I wanna see that state again. Your too weak Rainbow." Vinyl insulted. She turned to rest of the cyborgs and told them she'd finish this. They left without question and next move was very swift. She kicked Rainbow Dash against the engine and grabbed her by her neck with her claws out. " Lucky for you Raven Blood said that magnetic enhancement wasn't my style which was a shame. But I find it better to kill you up in person." She reeled her claws back ready to impale her face only for a rainbow colored orb aimed at her chest within Rainbow Dash's hand.
Rainbow Dash pressed it hard against her body which was enough force to send Vinyl flying and break through the wall structure and outside, falling. Rainbow Dash thought she'd just fall to her death till suddenly someone from below her grabbed her by her hair and sent her all the way to the top of the ship and slam her down next to the hole that was made. It was raining heavily which got all over her face while the figure on top of her had the left side of it's hair cover her left eye. Vinyl. Again.
" You just don't know when you want to die!" Rainbow Dash yelled to her. She kicked the multi-blue haired Equestrian over her and had her rainbow sword ready ( her other sword was lost from the sudden sneak attack.) " If you want a round 3 than I'm game since we didn't finish the second and the rain motivates me." Vinyl stood up with her red claws at ready and smiled as her visors covered her eyes once again. The same with Rainbow Dash as one waited for the other to attack.

" Now, now. Don't be shy." Vinyl taunted. Rainbow didn't fall for it which forced Vinyl to dash at her and grabbed her by the head slamming her into the metal structure they were standing on. It was even strong enough for the Pegasus to be bleed already from the back of her head. " Come on Dash. Release." Vinyl provoked. The rainbow color haired cyborg slowly stood up to her feet and attempted a slice across Vinyl's chest which was knocked away by her claws. " Try again." Vinyl told her mockingly.
" SHUT UP!!!" Rainbow Dash screamed which suddenly erupted a soundwave blasting Vinyl away near the edge of the ship. However Rainbow didn't let it happen as she wrapped her hand around the DJ's throat and threw behind her. While Vinyl was still on the ground Rainbow Dash's sword scrapped the metal while she was running and when she attempted to impale her, Vinyl rolled out the way and used both her claws to try and attack. She blocked and pushed her back leaving her open for any attack. With this opportunity she rapidly swiped her blade everywhere on Vinyl's chest making blood spews and electricity build on her blade till she finally ended it with a slice from below striking Vinyl from the stomach up to cracking and breaking one of the lens on her visors revealing her eye. Not only that, but Vinyl gained a small cut under her eye.
" Now this is a fight." She said with a smile. She made her claws touch each other twice making them erupt in red surges. " My turn now." As she ran at the Pegasus. " One mistake your people made in your enhancements." She said, gazing at Rainbow Dash's organic wing. However she saw this coming and grabbed Vinyl's wrist and threw her over her.
" Ole!" Rainbow Dash said jokingly. Vinyl used her claws to stop herself from sliding any further and ran at Rainbow Dash again only with a slight trick up her sleeve. Rainbow Dash was about to making another grab for Vinyl till suddenly she vanished out of thin air. " What?" Rainbow Dash was stunned at seeing this.
" It's over." She heard Vinyl behind her. Next thing Rainbow Dash knew, for a second time she had lost a limb. Her arm this time. " Don't mess with this DJ!" Vinyl kicked the pegasus back which lead her off the edge and falling with a lost arm. " Silly that I'm just too strong against you. Your suppose to be fast." She heard Vinyl say before being out of view.
" Well, that takes care of that." Vinyl told herself as she was about to leave before she was suddenly grabbed by someone and thrown off to the other side like a football. She landed hard which made her bounce twice before the figure grabbed her again by her hair and turned her around to face...Raven Blood. " You idiot!" He yelled as her threw down again then stomped on her back when she landed. " Instead of killing her, we could of brainwashed her then-" He was cut off.
" Throw me away?" That statement made Raven Blood's eyes widen.
" What! NO! It would make our army stronger than ever. With you two as our aces we will kill Celestia and-" Raven Blood covered his mouth at spilling the beans on that which made Vinyl gasp.
" Kill Celestia? I thought you were just gonna sabotage Twilight's little nomination than after this you'd give Tavi back to me." Vinyl said. This made Raven Blood sigh as he kicked Vinyl away. Vinyl found herself bleeding a bit on the right side of her face like something cut her.
" Alright, Vinyl Pon3. The truth than." Raven Blood took a deep breath before beginning. " It's true I was gonna kill Celestia and my cause has been unknown to you for a reason. Your new body would be enough to take out my army if you and Rainbow Dash were to work together. But, I bet your gonna ask why you wanted me injure her and not kill her? Well, I was gonna throw you away since Rainbow Dash possesses a dark persona which you don't possess. With it she'd tear everything apart in her little phase, ten seconds flat. If she were to kill Celestia and all her friends with it than my reign over Equestria will spread and I'll bring war over Changelings and Gryphons which they'd have no chance against us. Not even Discord or Sombra would stand a chance since I have a little weapon of my own." Raven Blood explained.
" And that would be?" Vinyl said with a quizzical . Raven Blood removed his cast which revealed his other arm to be made out of some kind of black harden material. Suddenly it began to expand up to his chest which made his shirt rip.
" Nanomachines, little girl." Raven Blood answered. " They harden in response to physical and magically trauma." To prove his point he punched the ground making a hole in the metal structure. " Come on!" He challenged. Vinyl looked a bit intimidated at this, he was invincible was a more simpler term for what he said. However she didn't waver and had her claws ready.
" Okay...Let's do this." She said.
Lightning strikes
She ran at him and thrust her one of her claws only for sparks to be made and slide right off and her to get punched hard across the jaw. She merely staggered back and held her jaw making sure it wasn't broken. " Man. That did hurt, a little." Vinyl said. " Is that all you got!" She provoked. She shouldn't of done that. " AHHH!" She screamed as she thrown up high in the air and her back landing on Raven Blood's knee than was punched off.
" Try again!" Raven Blood taunted. Vinyl began to stand up before Raven Blood did a high kick to her face completely breaking her visors now her eyes were fully shown, red as the blood on her face. She was still standing allowing Raven Blood to grab her by her head. She felt herself helpless already since his grasp was so strong that it could end her life already. " NO!!!" She yelled as her claws were now surrounded by a surge of electricity and by touching the stallion he was electrocuted and staggered back. She was now released and was now aiming  one of her claws at his chest while the other was about to slice off his arm. She began thinking back to her and Octavia's previous events as time seemed to slow around this. Basically all the things she has said.
" Vinyl your skills are nearly a bit better than mine,"
" Vinyl do you always have to be so...uh, stupid?"
A lot more was said before finally she snapped out it as she impaled Raven Blood which stunned him and gave him a shocked expression as she was able to cut off his arm. She placed both her feet on his chest as she kicked herself off of him and yanking her claws out. " Impossible!" He shouted looking at his arm and clutched the wound she gave him.
" What? You were the one boasting that you was-" Next thing she knew was suddenly her arm getting sliced off when she saw Raven Blood's chopped arm hardened into a blade. That wasn't all either he tackled her with a lariat so strong it knocked her off the ship, but her rocket boots were the only reason she was still not falling. " Still alive huh?" Raven Blood's voice got her ready, except for having a missile thrown like a football towards her. As it struck her and exploded on impact she was unconscious while falling. However she feared of what Octavia would say to her in the afterlife for something this stupid.
" Vinyl...why?"

A Replacement for War
After the incident of Rainbow Dash losing her arm again, outside of her hospital room was Twilight, Spike, Rarity, and Applejack were having a small discussion about their little army build up if there will be a war in Equestria. Spike was leaning against a wall almost at Twilight's chest with his arms folded as he sighed. " What do we have to lose? We could make all of the royal guards become cyborgs or have some kind of advanced technology." He said as he looked at her who had her hand under her chin. " I'm just worried. This Raven Blood Vinyl spoke of when we got her. He easily beat her after she beat Rainbow Dash. So of course Rainbow Dash wouldn't stand a chance." Twilight replied.
War was already nearing to be spread in Equestria fast ever since Rainbow Dash recovered. Obviously, Raven Blood's army was too advanced for straight up assaults except for Rainbow Dash. Speaking of which, she was up and holding up her fixed arm up and stretched before jumping out of bed gaining attention from his friends. She was the first to speak.
" How long was I out?" She asked. Twilight ignored the question as a question from her mind clicked.
" Where in Equestria were you? You had us all worried, especially when we saw so much blood loss from you and your arm!"
Rainbow Dash didn't answer as a grin came across her face.
" Hey egghead. I asked first." Twilight fumed and quickly answered Rainbow Dash's less important question first.
" You were out for days. Your turn." She grumbled. The cyborg took a deep breath as she began explaining how she fought a few giant machines like Twilight wanted, but in the event met Vinyl again and how they fought for a while till a well dressed stallion Equestrian interrupting and defeating her instantly. She took a few more breaths when she got to nearly being prisoner on a ship. Her escape along with a few blood sheds and yet again facing Vinyl and losing an arm and almost her only organic wing. Rainbow Dash noticed that everyone looked a bit unsure towards her which made her ask yet another question.
" Alright. What are you people hiding." She asked, folding her arms. It was silence for a while, for once she was patient which surprised herself. It was only seconds till Applejack's honesty came into play.
" About Vinyl. After finding ya, we also found her not far from where you were, so,-" Twilight decided to finish for her.
" What she means is that your not the only one we saved. Vinyl told us about what happened after brutally beating you, as she said it. Apparently she says she was tricked, we all think there's something else why she'd do something so horrible." Hearing this, Rainbow Dash just yawned.
" And you were scared to tell me why? I know why. That was one reason...why I lost my arm this time. Remember Nightmare Moon? Vinyl was still alive and well, but she said she failed protecting her friend which made made her suffer the same pain as I just witnessed before becoming a mechanical being," She paused for a moment. Suddenly her eyes turned red in anger as her body also began to glow red which shocked everyone in the room. " SHE IS A TRAITOR TO ALL EQUESTRIANS! I SHOULD OF RIPPED HER HEAD OFF AND JAMMED IT INTO THE GEARS OF THE SHIP!!! I,." She stopped at that sentence and her eyes turned back to normal and were widened with shock. The cyborg covered her mouth, then to the left side with her eye still showing while her rainbow colored hair covered the other.
" Where did that just come from?" She thought as she slowly began to back up against a wall. Before she could even think the door opened catching everyone's attention. It was none other than Vinyl. Her body looked good as new like nothing happened at all just like Rainbow Dash's. She noticed her with a scared look in her eye which made take a wild guess on why that was happening.
" Dash the Ripper. That dark persona you have to live with. Raven Blood told me about it and said it was a big threat." She said. " Now since I'm with you guys we're a bigger threat then his army is."
Rainbow Dash disagreed on how their a bigger threat then him.
" They told me when you admitted he nearly killed you. I'm also sure you remember when he defeated me in only one attack." She reminded. The Pegasus' statement surprised everyone in the room. Usually even before becoming a cyborg she was always confident no matter who or what the enemy is she believed she could beat them in someway. This time she knew they were beat by just one guy. She folded her arms and sighed at how hopeless she seemed to sound in front of everyone. But, she decided to show at least a small spark of cockiness to cheer them up.
" Anyway, Thanks for the armor enhancements. I think the only body parts or pieces that'll be on the ground are gonna be them from now on." Vinyl told Twilight who ignored her praise and explained to Rainbow Dash that she also had the enhancements. When Rainbow Dash praised her, Twilight accepted it which made Vinyl rub the back of her head sheepishly.
" I think she's still pissed about my assassination attempt." She thought. She felt a cold glare towards Twilight and everyone else which made her feel a little more uncomfortable then before. " Not just her...EVERYONE IS PISSED!!!" She screamed in her head.
After a few seconds of awkward silence Vinyl was thinking fast on something that could stop the glares. Her nervous expression changed into a wide smile as an idea did come in her mind. " Rainbow. Armor enhancements aren't the only things I have now. Since we are proven for no more limbs to be left behind, one more round. You can choose a place." She said. Luck for her it worked and Rainbow Dash quickly accepted, only because she wanted to test just who's stronger or what mistakes she's making in battles. However Twilight intervened with this to Vinyl's dismay rather then Rainbow Dash's.
" Come on. What use is your own creation of war if you don't allow her to see where she is in battle. Besides, I might just be rusty when it comes to this." She told them. The statement of being called a creation earned the DJ cyborg a punch behind her head by Rainbow Dash.
" I'm not a tool. Not a creation. Not even a puppet. I'm a living being with enhancements!" She told her with a deathly glare. Vinyl wasn't intimidated, but Twilight and Spike separated them.
" You two want to hurt each other? Well thanks to technology, we were able to make a virtual world of training for everyone and you two will be first." The purple unicorn told them.
" Fine with me. Tearing her apart in a dream is suitable enough." Rainbow Dash grumbled.
" Whatever you say, Dash the Ripper."
VR training world
The two cyborgs were examining their surroundings of where they were sent due to the new VR training world. They were in a desert with train tracks between them which looked endless. Before coming here though, Twilight informed them that her and the other experts could change the environment however they wanted which didn't seem to surprise Rainbow Dash in the slightest. Instead she sighed.
" And the egghead chooses a place where I could make eggs out of her." She thought. She turned to Vinyl, she was just kicking the sand they were standing on till she got bored and took notice of the Pegasus.
" No use standing here now. Although in this world were just the same form born from our minds, but you asked a round 3." Vinyl's claws came out from her knuckles as her sunglasses covered her eyes like visors. Rainbow Dash unsheathed her sword and her visors covered her eyes as well. Both stared at each other for a second before Vinyl was the first to move.
Soundtrack:Only thing I know for real
The DJ thrust her claws out towards Rainbow's chest, but the Pegasus moved her body away and kicked Vinyl to her stomach sending her sliding against the sand. She stopped herself with her claws and ran at Rainbow Dash again and swung her claws nearing Rainbow Dash's face, but she cartwheeled out the way with one hand as she used her free hand wielding her sword and swiped the blade across Vinyl's knee which caused a bit of blood to drip from the cut. She was a bit distracted not giving the white unicorn time to react fast enough to cut down her chest. It didn't stop there though. Rainbow Dash rapidly swiped her blade everywhere around Vinyl's body making blood spew out the body till finally ended it in upward swipe making her do a back flip before landing face first to the ground.
" Now this is a fight, digital or not." Vinyl said as she began to stand up. After that was said her claws met the cyborg Pegasus's blade which was nearing her face. With sudden strength Rainbow's blade was suddenly knocked away and sent afar and stuck to the ground. However she cracked her knuckles and had her claws which acted as her nails to be her blades.
" Come on then." Rainbow Dash provoked. Rainbow Dash threw a haymaker towards Vinyl's face ending a success sending her dazed. However a roundhouse kick brought her back to reality sending the DJ onto the train tracks. Rainbow Dash couldn't believe what was happening right now. At first it was Vinyl who kept kicking her flank like it was no tomorrow, now it feels like she's weaker for some reason. Suddenly she was kicked up to her chin which made her jump and felt her organic wing get grabbed which made her react no matter what condition she were to be in. A swing of her claws made Vinyl back away with a sheepish smile on her face.
" Wow. Even looks like I found a sensitive area." She told the Pegasus. Rainbow Dash growled at her wing being called that along with blushing.
" M-more like touch my wing again and your head will be off your shoulders in only three seconds." She muttered. She grabbed Vinyl's arm and threw he over shoulder. Before even hitting the ground the she stomped on the DJ cyborgs's chest making her land harder then she would of hit. Rainbow Dash grabbed Vinyl by her wrist and began to spin her body around till she literally began to make a tornado around them surrounded by electricity. Eventually the Pegasus threw her away sending Vinyl's  body flying in tremendous speed. The second she let go of Vinyl's arm she ran after her and along the way pulled her sword out the ground and kept moving.
As for Vinyl herself, she recovered herself by letting her feet touch and was now sliding with the cyan Pegasus after her. Eventually she stopped sliding and with the force she had did a back kick to Rainbow Dash's face even cracking her visors. She even screamed out as her body was sent back and even spinning till hitting face first to ground. Rainbow Dash rolled over facing up only to meet red claws at her neck.
Lightning Strikes
" Man, you suck." Vinyl insulted. The Pegasus was now furious, no way she will lose a third time. One was enough, but she still flesh and bone at the time so she stood no chance, now she's synthetic and in this body already lost against Vinyl twice and Raven Blood once. She grabbed Vinyl's wrist and and started pushing her away till they were both to their feet. Then, Rainbow Dash grabbed the DJ by her face and slammed the back of her head to the ground and started grind her head all along the sand.
" You were saying?" Rainbow Dash taunted. She released Vinyl and got into a fighting stance completely forgetting her sword.
Vinyl jumped back to her feet and let her visors reveal her eyes again.
" Okay, no weapons. C.Q.C only." Vinyl challenged as her claws went back into her knuckles and also was in a fighting stance. They both began to move closer to each other till both of them made a fist and made a haymaker towards each other on opposite hands and landing them across each other's face. Vinyl was first to recover and made a grab for Rainbow Dash's arm and threw her over her shoulder in a instant. She went for a stomp afterwards, but the cyan cyborg Pegasus blocked Vinyl's foot and pushed it back making her lose balance. Vinyl regained balance by having to turn her back towards Rainbow Dash. It became an opening for Rainbow Dash as she wrapped her arms around her neck and began to choke her.
Vinyl reversed this by hitting her elbow against the Pegasus's abdomen which released her, then grabbed Rainbow Dash's head and slammed it against her knee which had enough force to crack her visors and made her spit out blood. Rainbow Dash  had to hold her face since even in the VR world she could somehow still feel pain. This left another opportunity for Vinyl to end her attack with kick to the Pegasus's chest sending her flying to a distance.
" Wow. I win again? Rainbow you need to step your g-" She was suddenly cut off when suddenly they were back in reality and there was a alarm inside the base that took place of their VR training. Rainbow Dash began to stand with no scratches or bleeding on her face anywhere as she heard the alarm as well.
" All units! Were being attacked by unknown cyborgs. Defend this base at all cost!" A male voice yelled from the intercom.
" Great, no rest. This day gets better and better. But then again don't we have any kind of trump card. If not this will be a heck of a short fight." Vinyl said. She expected Rainbow Dash to say something back, but as she looked around she was gone.She sighed as she began to walk away to see what threat there was now.
Meanwhile with Rainbow Dash she was running around the base with her sword out and ready and was first met with three of the enemy cyborgs that was explained. However they instantly dealt with as Rainbow Dash sliced through them clean and the upper half their bodies were on the ground and their lower halves were on their knees. She continued on while turning a corner only to be tackled by another cyborg who was also Pegasus and was getting slammed through multiple walls till ending up outside and having her body grinding against the concrete. Rainbow Dash was now groggy from the ambush for a while till regaining her senses and spotting a opal colored Pegasus, amber hair, and her entire body electric blue with a yellow lightning bolt on her chest.
" Lightning Dust?" Rainbow Dash grunted out. The cyborg, Lightning Dust spread her wings revealing that they were sharp at the edges and deadly as well. Another thing Rainbow Dash noticed was that their synthetic bodies were nearly alike including the visors.
" Your a surprise to me as well Rainbow Dash. Never thought I'd actually see your face again after your whining." Lighting Dust grinned.
" MY FRIENDS WERE IN DANGER YOU IDIOT!" The cyan Pegasus yelled in rage. This made Lightning Dust shake her head and shrug.
" It's always about your 'friends'. Besides it's their own fault for even deciding to see you. You were fine till they came. Speaking of which, I have to kill them and your a perfect start." Lightning Dust replied. She turned her head from Rainbow Dash and smirked as she knew the cyborg was right where she wanted her.
" Back me up." She commanded. Two cyborgs wielding swords and two soldiers holding guns walked up next to her. Rainbow Dash got her sword at the ready as her visors covered her eyes again. Lightning Dust held out two grenades each hand and threw them all in front of her to Rainbow Dash. Smoke began to come out and now everyone were surrounded by smoke. However Rainbow Dash spotted all the enemies except for Lightning Dust in her visors. She ignored it though and went for what she could hit. The normal soldiers first since they couldn't see her. She snuck behind one and impaled him from behind and ran off to the other soldier and sliced him in half. The cyborgs were just as easy as if they were not authorized for smoke. It seemed strange to her and now all that was left was Lightning Dust. She looked everywhere around her only to spot nothing.
" Ever feared the unseen Dash!" She heard her voice, but that was all she could get. Suddenly she felt someone grab her leg then yanked it forcing her to the ground. She was then thrown out the smoke which faded when Lightning Dust flew out of it. The opal Pegasus chuckled as she kicked Rainbow Dash back down to the ground and landed on top of her chest with  daggers in her hand which were surrounded by a yellow aura. She lifted them both up aimed at Rainbow Dash's chest and started rapidly impaling her covering the blade in blood and even making Rainbow Dash scream.
" Does it hurt!" Lightning Dust said mockingly as she impaled both blades in Rainbow Dash before finally getting off of her. Somehow, Rainbow Dash still had the strength to get up, but only on one knee.
" Alive? Good. Looks like we do share something after all. Raven Blood told me you'd be a handful just by looking at you. The traitor, Vinyl Pon3, guess that makes me her replacement to show everyone who runs things." Lightning Dust explained. Rainbow Dash was panting heavily at the amount of pain she was in from her, she was feeling very light-headed as well.
" R-Run things? What are you...talking about?" Rainbow Dash asked weakly.
" You don't need to understand. But I'm quite surprised your that easy to beat. Raven Blood described you different then I once knew. Psychotic, bloodlust, feeding off of other soldiers intestines. Guess I was right, you'd never do something like that." Lightning Dust paused which gave Rainbow Dash a chance to speak again.
" You sound as if you were making a joke out of attacking me and let me kill those others on purpose." Rainbow Dash told her.
" Hmm, I did, sort of. Why would you think I threw smoke bombs? But, as I thought, your still weak and won't even test your own limits. I can impale my self over a thousand times and I won't even feel a thing anymore. Pain is just nature. Don't if you can't handle it. I'm called Lightning for a reason. It flashed and vanishes like your life. It only destroys which is what I'm made for. He taught me that.
Rainbow Dash shook her head trying to overcome her dizziness that was now over her. But it seemed like it wouldn't go away anytime soon, better yet it seemed like it got worse and even drown her soul into something else.
" Really? If that's so. How about we test that theory then, Lightning?" Rainbow Dash asked as a psychotic grin spread across her face as well as her eyes flashing red periodically. Lightning Dust noticed this which made her feel a little uneasy now. She was even losing more confidence as she saw Rainbow Dash slowly standing up her eyes now as red as Vinyl's with an evil look in them. The cyan Pegasus began to limp towards her with her blade now sheathed on her back. The closer she got the farther Lightning Dust went till suddenly a cyborg walked behind her with his blade out and about to impale her. Lightning Dust grinned for a moment as Rainbow Dash didn't noticed, but now became very scared as Rainbow Dash produced a rainbow colored orb from her hand and pressed it against the cyborg's chest sending him flying back in light speed till an explosion of rainbows was seen from the distance.
" Now, it's just you and me, right old friend?" Rainbow Dash now sounded like a complete sadist towards Lightning Dust which made her nervous.
" He's right, y-you are insane! Not that I care, but you were definitely not the Rainbow Dash I thought you would be." She said. Rainbow Dash stopped in her tracks towards Lightning Dust and pulled her sword out again. It was completely colored in crimson liquid. She began to stroke it in her hand which caught the liquid, and she licked it which disgusted Lightning Dust  which made her turn away.
" Dash the Ripper, wanna know how I got that name? How about I show you demonstration, Light." Rainbow Dash grinned.
Stains of Time instrumental
Lightning Dust folded her arms and shook off the insanity she just witnessed. She noticed Rainbow Dash's organic wing and got an idea in her head that should slow her down. She got her daggers ready as she ran at the cyan cyborg and attempted to tackle Rainbow Dash again. This time Rainbow Dash was able to use just one hand to grab Lightning's arm and throw her above her and hold her blade above her as Lightning Dust began to fall and land onto her sword. Lightning Dust proved that wrong by flying to save herself. This only made Rainbow Dash glare at her with her red eyes that really scared her on the inside.
" You stabbed yourself a thousand times you say? Who says such trash if you can't back it up. You LOVE to test your limits don't you? Well let me test it for you!" Rainbow Dash flew towards Lightning Dust and began to swing her sword rapidly only for each strike to meet metal and parry her attack. She thrust her sword towards Lightning Dust's chest only for her to ascend over her head why grabbing Rainbow Dash's hair and throw her away from her. Lightning Dust dashed towards the immobilized Rainbow Dash ready to kick her back to ground again till suddenly the cyan Pegasus stopped herself and grabbed Lightning Dust leg and throw her down to concrete instead. Landing hard on her stomach Lightning Dust coughed and slowly began to get up only for Rainbow Dash to stomp on her back and stop her from moving.
" How disappointing. So much for 'Lightning'." Rainbow Dash cackled. She was in so much in the moment that she didn't notice Lightning Dust's wings detach from her back and aim at her face till the last second of nearly having a cut on her cheek. The wings came back to her to attack again, but they were dodged again which forced Rainbow Dash off of Lightning Dust.
" I never thought I'd face something like that in my life." Lightning Dust thought as she watched Rainbow Dash dodging her wings. However eventually Rainbow Dash  cut the wings which forced it way back to Lightning Dust's back. Rainbow Dash ran again as Lightning Dust got ready to use her daggers, but at the last second Rainbow Dash slid between her legs as she attempted to thrust her daggers. While in shock Rainbow Dash jumped back to her feet and swung her sword which cut across Lightning Dust's lower back. She screamed and moved away from Rainbow Dash before another strike came. Now Lightning Dust was mad and her visors covered her eyes which were yellow. Her wings detached again as she held her daggers out at the ready.
Stains of Time ( with vocals)
Her wings lunged themselves towards Rainbow Dash as Lightning Dust threw smoke bombs to conceal herself. Rainbow Dash could see the wings, but not Lightning Dust for some reason, but with her corrupted self, she could care less. She sliced the wings back into the smoke while waiting for Lightning Dust to come out. Suddenly she revealed herself in the air from behind with both blades out aimed to kill Rainbow Dash now. However the cyan Pegasus heard her and crouched and did a high kick which struck Lightning Dust straight to the face causing her to fall back to the ground. They got up at the same time and both sent haymakers across their face causing them to stagger each other. Rainbow Dash was the first to recover, but suddenly felt something sharp hit her back then pull out. She turned around seeing Lightning Dust's wings lashing out for another strike, but Rainbow Dash dodged it which made the wings make it's way towards their own body.
" No more playing around. Your nothing but a monster to this world, Dash the Ripper!" Lightning Dust yelled as she let out barrages with her daggers which Rainbow Dash merely blocked them all till swinging her sword across Lightning Dust's chest along with leaving a red mark across her Lightning Bolt mark on.
" Time show you just how much enhancements you need just to defeat me." Rainbow Dash grinned. She dashed at the amber haired Pegasus and began to swinging her sword and leaving cuts all over her body along with blood spewing from every hit. Her final hit was about to decapitate Lightning Dust, but Rainbow Dash's eyes turned back to it's normal color.The cyan Pegasus gasped at the damage she did to Lightning Dust already which made her back away as Lightning Dust fell to her knees and coughed out blood.
Rainbow Dash looked at the ground and sighed. Lightning Dust was right, something was wrong with her and she didn't know why.
" Leave. Go to Raven Blood, be independent. It doesn't matter to me. Just get out of my sight Lightning Dust. Before I kill you now." Rainbow Dash warned. She heard a thud and already knew that Lightning Dust fell onto the ground. She sighed as she began to walk back to Lightning Dust's body before hearing a ringtone in her built in headset. She answered it and she began to hear heavy breathing which she guessed was Lightning Dust's.
" You...wouldn't leave me...right?" She spoke between heavy breaths which made Rainbow Dash get some chills down her spine.
" Lightning, you did another dumb thing for joining the wrong people. Raven Blood, he wants to bring war to Equestria, do you want that?" Rainbow Dash asked. She heard coughing for moment till Lightning Dust could get some words out.
" I'm...not the only one...who did something stupid...Gilda, Trixie, and another new recruit, I don't...know her. Just send me away...from this wretched battlefield...just one last thing...you...aren't the one...I knew." Lightning Dust said weakly. Rainbow Dash quickly ran to Lightning Dust's body and picked her up. Blood spilled from her synthetic body somehow, but it didn't matter how, it was dripping from her and onto Rainbow Dash's body because of Lightning Dust's little grudge she still had.
" I hope she learned from this." Rainbow Dash grumbled as she tried to contact anybody who was a medic.

Something is Wrong
While Rainbow Dash and Vinyl were sent out to intercept the attack of cyborgs and Equestrian soldiers, where was Twilight? During the event ever since Rainbow Dash and Vinyl were in VR training, she was asleep inside of the crew quarters at the top floor of the base. She was asleep for the while till the alarm and went off and heard the intercom.
"Intruder Alert! We have unidentified Cyborgs and hostile soldiers! Defend the base at all cost! " A male soldier yelled. Twilight was awoke as she hopped off the top bunk of her bed and stretched. She wore a purple jump suit with black stripes down her arms, and her cutie mark on her chest and flank. She yawned for a moment till gaining her senses. During the entire time the army equipped Twilight the best stealth gear there is to offer. As long as this outfit is on they told her no cyborg could sense her in their visors which she can use to their advantage. Also, they gave her a special type of shot ( with some difficulty since she hated syringes), which enhanced her fighting ability, but her magic stayed the same not that it mattered. She was never unarmed either. Around her waist was a holster to a silver pistol which also was suppressed to keep her stealth maintained in case she encountered normal soldiers.
" Let's hope these enhancements of my own are really something." She told herself as she walked out her room and crouched till heading to the corner of a wall and peeked around noticing two cyborgs. Their visors were up so she could just walk right past them right? She tested this theory and decided to walk up and past them.

She sighed in relief that they didn't notice her and ran off quickly. She was able to find her way around without  any problems and safely made it to an elevator and pressed the button to the first floor. She pulled her pistol out and looked at it for a moment and aimed it at the door in case something were to happen. The doors began to open and before she knew it three enemy soldiers were waiting with assault rifles. Time seemed to slow at this point as Twilight aimed and shot each of them in their head. In reality this all happened in only three seconds. The soldiers dropped to the floor at the same time as Twilight walked away. However she stopped at her tracks as she noticed at the front door window a group of soldiers and cyborgs and lastly, Raven Blood!

Twilight gasped and automatically knew she needed to escape from the back door before things got ugly. Since she was synthetic she could get torn apart like Rainbow Dash did. She ran off to the back, but heard from outside that they covered every known exit. Twilight cursed herself that she now had to take the unexpected exit, the roof. She walked back into the elevator and at the last second when the doors began to close, Raven Blood noticed her. Luckily the door was already closed, but she moved against the side and was lucky to do so as bullet holes began to be made from bottom to top. The doors opened and now she was back at the top floor. She walked out and looked down and noticed a magazine on the ground. On the back it only showed different colors. She picked it up and looked at the front of it for a moment and blushed madly at what it was. She quickly threw it down and walked away while still having red on her cheeks.
" Who brings THAT to a war?" She thought. She shook off the image and continued onward and noticed the same cyborgs she walked past before still had their visors on and were looking around.
" Man, this is making my head hot." One of the soldiers said. The others happened to agree as their visors now revealed their faces which now meant she could be seen. She stayed behind the wall and began to think of a distraction she could find or use to make them move. She heard a crash which brought her attention back to the cyborgs and noticed it was Vinyl who didn't have her visors on well and sliced the cyborgs into little pieces with her claws. She wiped the blood off of them with a flick of her hand and looked at where Twilight hid.
" Save to come out now Alicorn princess."  Vinyl assured with a smile. Twilight rushed out and thanked her and kept moving. Vinyl looked confused at the hurry which only encouraged her to wait for a moment. Twilight found the door which lead to the stairs that will take her to the roof. From there she knew she could find the ladder and make her way to safety and wait for this to blow over and hope Rainbow Dash or Vinyl can at least take care of the enemies. She was wrong about this. As soon as she made it to the roof, there were two large machines now known as Metal Gears or MGs that were alert and towered over the roof.
" They must really want me dead or really everybody." She told herself.
Without knowing, one of the MGs had a lock on her and was about to open fire until suddenly from below Rainbow Dash grabbed it by it's leg and lifted it. She had a bit of difficulty, but she was able to make her self fly to a certain height for herself and drop the Metal Gear to the ground. She wasn't done though she lifted it again and this time with all the strength her synthetic body could give she was actually able to throw it high in the air. Twilight then noticed this and saw Rainbow Dash land the Metal Gear's blade which represented a wing and sliced it from it's wing to it's head which hopefully disabled it. Twilight smiled and soon began to make her way and find the ladder. But she still had the second Metal Gear to worry about until Rainbow Dash destroys it. Without knowing though Rainbow Dash flew right threw the center which knocked out a large core from it instantly disabling and destroying it.
Twilight found it and made sure to look down hoping there were no enemies down there. There weren't luckily, she was about to escape till a crash was heard and caught her attention. Rainbow Dash was on the ground and slowly began to get up as she recovered her fall.
" Ugh, that little-" She growled. She took off in anger and Twilight began to follow where she was flying and realized it to be just another Metal Gear. She was now about to try and escape again, but met an uppercut sending her flying and hitting the ground back first. Next was someone grabbing her with his/her hand around Twilight's throat choking her. The purple Equestrian looked and saw an unexpected face for herself. It was none other then the once Great and Powerful Trixie. Surprisingly, she was also synthetic. Her entire body was purple with white stars all around like her magician cape.
" Twilight Sparkle. It's been a while and it seems we've both changed. But it seems just by looking I've grown a bit superior don't you think?" She asked. Twilight somehow was able to break out her grip and throw Trixie over her shoulder and stomped her chest.
" Hardly felt it." She taunted as she easily lifted Twilight's foot off of her which even made the purple Alicorn flip and land on her chest. She stood back up and stared in disbelief that this was really Trixie now.
" Oh, what a shame I forgot my little weapon at home. Doesn't matter, I know it will still end with me ripping you apart." Trxie boasted as she had her hands in a fighting stance. Twilight was well aware she held a bad disadvantage since Trixie was a cyborg, but one good thing that she noticed was that her hands and feet didn't look like claws like Rainbow Dash had. However, she expected this to be easy for her.
" Hey! How about facing someone who is a cyborg!" Twilight and Trixie's attention went towards the source of the voice which was revealed to be Rainbow Dash's.
" I've dealt with Lightning Dust, now it's time to snap you out of this." Rainbow Dash told her. Trixie merely laughed and folded her arms.
" Sorry, but I've only come here for Princess Sparkle here. Nothing personal, while I take my leave you still have one more buddy that would be more than happy to play with y-" Trixie was cut off as Twilight from behind as the purple unicorn used her magic to electrocute the unicorn cyborg. Trixie screamed and was now in a daze for moment only for Twilight to snap her out of it by wrapping her into a choke hold. However Trixie easily flipped Twilight over her and stomped on her stomach with all her strength. Due to the insane impact, Twilight's fragile organic body felt like it was losing oxygen making her cough and gasp for air.
That did it for Rainbow Dash. She ran towards Trixie with her sword out and swung at Trixie's head. But the Magician was able to grab her wrist and flip the Pegasus over her shoulder as well. She wasn't done though. She then stomped on Rainbow Dash's arm that she had her sword on and one of her hands began to spin into a drill. From hearing it Rainbow Dash began to try and squirm her way out, but Trixie had her good to the point not even she could get out.
" You will die first!" Trixie shouted as she suddenly plunged her hand drill into Rainbow Dash's chest earning herself a bloodcurdling scream from the Pegasus. The scream snapped Twilight out of her breathing and noticing the horrible sight.
" NOOOO!!!" She screamed. After a few seconds Rainbow Dash's screaming ceased and her body was motionless. Twilight couldn't believe it. One of her best friends died not once, but twice. Finally Trixie yanked her hand out of the limp cyborg and nearly chuckled at Twilight who was sobbing.
" I'll be nice for you Twilight. Either I kill you quickly so you can join her or accept the fact you lost and just come peacefully. It isn't hard." Twilight heard her, but she was too busy staring at her friend who was still bleeding profusely from the hole in her chest and staring blankly at the sky she would never soar through again. Twilight constantly denied that Rainbow Dash was dead. However she snapped out of those thoughts as Trixie suddenly grabbed the princess by her throat and began to choke her as her hand drill neared her stomach and about to impale her.
Blood began to pour, and it covered Trixie and Twilight's face. However it wasn't coming from Twilight. Trixie suddenly began hack blood from her mouth as she looked down to see a sword coming out form her stomach. She slowly turned around and to her shock, it was Rainbow Dash still standing, even with the hole in her chest.
" How are you...al-" Trixie couldn't finish her sentence as she passed out from shock. Twilight was grateful that her friend wasn't dead, but she sensed something wrong like it wasn't even her anymore.
Rainbow Dash's visors revealed her eyes and Twilight gasped as they were red.

Twilight began to step back from Rainbow Dash who only walked towards her with a blank stare in her red eyes. What was going on? Was she corrupted? Was she always like this, or maybe Raven Blood had something to do about this. The hole in Rainbow's chest was still fresh and spewing blood time to time. Whoever this was it must be corrupting her friend somehow. She got the courage to stop moving back since it was pointless since they were on a roof and she could easily be outran. She found her voice and finally decided to say something.
" Rainbow?" She asked. Rainbow Dash stopped when her mechanical chest was pressing against Twilight's and slowly began to smile. It only got weirder now. This can't be Rainbow Dash mainly because she never had red eyes unless she was like Vinyl ( Probably an Albino which is highly unlikely). Suddenly Rainbow Dash leaned into Twilight and gave her soft and passionate kiss onto her lips which shocked the purple unicorn. Twilight suddenly pushed Rainbow Dash away which made the cyborg Pegasus fall onto her knees and cough up blood.
" What's happening to you Rainbow Dash. This isn't you. What are you!" She demanded. Rainbow Dash stood back up with blood still on the corner of her mouth and suddenly chuckled.
" I am her. The one you always knew. Your knight in shining armor." She replied. Her voice was slightly rasped due to the injury she has,but it also sounded doubled. She walked towards Twilight again who now pulled out her pistol and aimed it at her. Something was wrong and she needed to stop it. But she also needed to be highly careful since Rainbow Dash was a machine,but still organic. Remembering this also made her realize Rainbow Dash could be in danger from what Trixie did. However she was acting like a complete masochist now since she wasn't taking notice of her terrible wound. Twilight couldn't fire to her friend which ended up for her to get embraced by the cyan Pegasus.
However this only happened for mere seconds.
It happened quick that not even Rainbow Dash could probably comprehend now. She was punched across her face past Twilight's shoulder and sending her flying almost on the edge of the building. Twilight was then pushed hard onto the ground and was shocked at who actually made it past the defenses. It was Raven Blood. He was still well dressed as always,but he was still dangerous either way. He sneered at Twilight and suddenly grabbed her by her throat and lifted her up. The purple unicorn tried to to somehow get out of his monstrous grasp, but it was too much for her.
" So, your the great Princess Twilight Sparky." He grumbled. If Twilight wasn't in his grasp right now she would of snapped his neck on the spot. He looked at Rainbow Dash who was still unconscious from his heavy haymaker and looked a little surprised at this.
" She should of changed by now..." He muttered. " Guess she was weak after all." He began to squeeze Twilight's neck choking her nearly to death on the first squeeze, but somehow she was still alive. She just wanted to scream out to Rainbow Dash but with his hand around her vocal cords it made that definitely difficult since all she could let out was cough.
SLASH
Suddenly another cyborg appeared above Raven Blood and sliced his chest leaving a gash on it. This made Raven Blood drop Twilight and this was enough time for her to scurry away from him. Raven Blood looked around his surroundings to find the person who did this. However he got his answer when he felt someone land on his head and a multi blue tail over his face.
" Guess whose back Raven." The voice belonged to none other than Vinyl Scratch as she jumped off of him and landed behind him with her claws ready to tear. Raven Blood merely scoffed, seeing his former companion now on the other side. As for Vinyl yet again, she got out her stance for a second as she noticed Rainbow Dash's motionless form. She tried to call out to her since she didn't want to risk turning her back to the leader. However it was hopeless which made her groan.
" Slippery little bastard." Raven Blood cursed. Vinyl grinned at that title and stuck her tongue out towards him. With a suddenly roar the large stallion shoulder blocked Vinyl making her fall instantly. Along with that Raven Blood grabbed her arm and threw her high in the air as she began to scream at how high she was. From below Raven Blood took a few steps back and got ready as gravity began to take effect on her.
" He goes for the field goal and..." Raven Blood began. Once the blue haired cyborg was a perfect point in the air, he kicked her like a football and she was sent flying till hitting a billboard on her back then landing hard on the floor. In a few seconds Vinyl began to stand and arch her back back a bit and rolled her shoulder.
" Sorry, but that's no good." Vinyl told him. She ran towards the stallion with a her hand balled into a fist surrounded by red electricity and with all her strength swung it towards Raven Blood's face. He merely caught her fist with a yawn and lifted her small body compared to him and brought her up face to face with him. This time he threw her back towards the billboard again and the force with Vinyl and the board caused a deep dent this time. This time, Vinyl coughed out blood while beginning to stand. Her body was now a little out of commission from the force of his throw leaving him an open hit towards her. He made an attempt at a big haymaker that would surely knock Rainbow Dash, Vinyl, and any other cyborg together off the building.
Vinyl suddenly got enough time of recovering to block his fist with her arms only to be slightly pushed back from his hit. Raven Blood was starting to get pissed off at the blue and white cyborg now.
" DIE YOU PIECE OF CRAP!" He slammed his fist down on Vinyl's head which in no time brought her crashing to the ground. This time, Vinyl was down already and breathing heavily and Raven Blood towered over her.
" Just...like that?" Vinyl muttered. He lifted his leg up over her back and stomped hard onto her metallic back which definitely hurt the DJ to the fullest. Along with this, he kicked her causing her to roll onto her back now looking straight up in the sky.
" This world doesn't need any kind of government to watch over this cruel world. Every Equestrian should be able to live their right truly free!" Vinyl grimaced when Raven Blood now had his foot onto her chest with unbelievable pressure.
" Really, ever heard of Saddle Arabia. Need an Anarchy? Just go there and rain down hell." Vinyl spoke, jokingly. Raven Blood growled as he raised his foot to give Vinyl more disruptions in her body.
" Heh heh, so we meet again." Suddenly Rainbow Dash was up and standing somehow. Her body now stained in blood and still with a gaping hole in the abdomen area. Her sword was on the sheath on her back as always and her eyes were still their magenta color. She limped towards them with a grin on her face although her vision was slightly static.
Slenderman Get out of her view!!!
Vinyl, Raven Blood, nor Twilight knew how she was still standing from this pain she was getting. Her hair covered one of her eyes as she was nearing Raven Blood with her hand on the hilt of her sword. Although she could stand, she couldn't fight no way. She swings her sword when she releases it from the sheath, but it was sloppy which barely even touched Raven Blood. He decided to have fun with her for a while.
" You got try better than that Dashie." He teased. Rainbow took another swing which actually had more strength placed into it, but this time the grey stallion sidestepped out the way. " I'm over he-" Raven Blood was cut off when Vinyl took her chance to punch Raven Blood again, this time she had her claws out. Same result he moved out the way and this time he decided to retreat while two machines landed in front of them. Rainbow Dash was still dizzy and not fully ready to fight although she was trying to get into her stance. After a few groans from her Vinyl held her arm out in front of the cyborg Pegasus.
" Yeah, leave the fighting to the one who doesn't look like she got raped in the stomach." Vinyl ranted. Rainbow couldn't keep standing any longer and began to fall to the ground until someone caught her in her arms, it was Twilight.
" The base is probably a loss. Vinyl, I'm sorry if it might be too much to ask, but cover me while I get Rainbow Dash to medic. Leave those things alone for now." Twilight requested. Vinyl sighed in dismay, but for the life of Rainbow Dash she agreed to the task.
" You won't even spot an enemy."
" I see one right now."
" MGs DON'T COUNT!"
Vinyl looked around the rooftops for any exit suitable for Twilight, but apparently the one exit that involved stairs was blocked form the machines. She got ready to fight with her claws surrounded by red electricity as she ran towards the machines and sliced their legs off making them fall down melted metal left onto it. Vinyl finished one off rapidly impaling it with her claws as blood squirted from it and then went to the other one and getting them same result. She chuckled and turned to Twilight gesturing her to move on. As she moved on while cradling Rainbow Dash in her arms Vinyl followed behind her, but came in front as they made their trip down stairs. There was little resistance to their liking so they were able to make it down to the first floor safely for the moment. Rainbow Dash may have been the ace, but now Twilight began to learn that Vinyl was becoming special as well despite her first time attacking them. She sliced off Rainbow Dash's limbs, but she had them back now, it was a okay, maybe. They walked out the base finally with everything clear. Vinyl was in front of Twilight the whole time as they made a run for it until suddenly out of nowhere a blade came out trying to slice Vinyl in half from her midsection, but her claws were able to protect that area and push the blade back letting her see who was trying to ambush her. It wasn't a cyborg this time. Instead it was giant brown and gold machine with a bulky appearance and wielding an axe in it's hand. Blue liquid oozed around it like tubes in the machine as it blocked Vinyl and Twilight's path.
" We don't have time for this!" Twilight shouted. Vinyl attempted to counterattack by jumping towards it head got ready to slice it open, but the axe swung at her preventing that. Instead she blocked the blade with her claws and used her foot to push herself off the axe and backflip off of the blade and land safely on the ground. She glared at the machine with her piercing red eyes, but suddenly heard a psychotic laugh was heard from it catching Twilight's attention as well. This made her back up from the situation leaving the DJ cyborg with it.
" Ha! So your the little equine bitch Raven Blood wants me kill? This'll be like slicing normal flesh! Remember your superior, Xord." He spoke.
Soundtrack: The Hot Wind Blowing
Vinyl got in her fighting stance while the bulky machine jumped towards her with it's axe up and ready to slam down on her. However she sideflipped out of the way of the attack and took this opportunity to rapidly sliced the armor with little success, but she was doing slight damage to it. Her barrage was stopped when Xord spun and smacked his axe against her chest which made her scream and sent her flying like a ragdoll. She recovered from the hit and dug her claws in the ground too stop herself, then ran towards him with electricity forming on her feet and did a leg sweep on it, but that didn't do anything. Xord laughed and went for a stomp on Vinyl's small body and would of succeeded if she didn't roll out of the way of the killer hit. Suddenly as she just recovered, he picked her up and threw her in the air above him and then threw his axe at her which spun as it was released. When she began to fall headfirst she realized that the axe was going to end her if she didn't do anything yet. Her sunglasses covered her eyes allowing her to calculate it's weak spots, it didn't seem to have any though. It was spinning to fast to comprehend it. She went with hope and tried to use her claws to block it as she was nearing it each second. She closed her eyes when she was about to collide and before she knew it, she blocked it! To Xord's shock she did stop it's spinning which would of ripped her to shreds in a instant, but now she had it in her grasp and landed on top of the Metal Gear.
" Huh?" Xord was beginning to get confused for moment until Vinyl learned that as she swung the blade down it had reached the cockpit and impaled the unknown pilot, causing him to scream. She chuckled and jumped off as she left blade in the machine. To her dismay though it pulled the blade out which was soaked in blood. " Sneaky little BITCH!!!" He roared at her.
" Whoa now, I'm not one of those girls that get drunk and high and just sleep with random guys now." Vinyl said mockingly. Xord growled and swung with both hands towards her. She jumped over the attack and front flipped to end it with a kick on it's head. Again, it didn't do much damage and left her open for Xord to grab her and fling her in the air and this time jumped after her. Vinyl gasped this time when she noticed this and moved out of the way of it's swing and landed on it's body when he missed her.
" Stand still you little whore!" Vinyl began to enjoy his insulting since it gave her a sign that he was nothing but a pushover. She pushed her weight onto his body with her body erupting in red electricity and slammed the giant robot down creating a crater in the ground while she jumped off at the last second and and had her position hidden from him thanks to the debris that was made in front of her and surrounded him. Xord began to stand up and looked around for the speedy DJ and growled in rage from her cowardice ( well she wasn't the one who caused the ground to make the debris, blame nature).
" Come out Come out wherever you are." He taunted. Before he knew it, Vinyl landed on top the robot again and her claws surrounded electricity as she got ready to plunge them down. She heard the scream from him as she actually hit the right spot from him and dug deeper inside this time hoping to get the mysterious man out the cockpit. She felt herself grasp something and began to pull until it seemed to be stuck since she didn't make a hole for the figure to fit. She changed this by simply pulling the small hole she already made and began to pull at the same time till finally she found her mysterious victim. It was a fully covered robotic body except it's mouth which she guessed was Xord. Xord used his remaining control to make his machine swing the blade again towards her hoping to get her off. She did for the moment, but pushed herself back towards the blade and sliced the handle into pieces leaving the blade only which she grabbed and plunged in the cyborg's chest and blood poured as she began to pull him out and as soon as she did, he was instantly through out the machine and above it. He was screaming in fear when Vinyl was under him and time felt like it slowed for her when her claws were ready to rend metal, flesh, or bone. She first sliced him down the middle which already would of killed him, but she wasn't done yet. She sliced him again in a horizontal motion now cutting him in fours and blood pouring like rain already and she saw a bright blue backbone looking substance poking out. She reached out and yanked it out his remains and crushed it in a instant. The severed body landed on the concrete along with the machine exploding in the process. She suddenly got a call from her headset and answered it only to groan when it was Xord again.
" If you came for last words, I'm not interested in your life story." Vinyl said harshly as she hung up leaving him to die alone. She turned back to Twilight who was now ready to leave as long as there were no more anomalies hopefully. Thankfully, they had luck on their side and nothing came between them and their medical station. Rainbow Dash needed it badly before they could think about what they could do for her body. She was laying in bed so far unconscious, but her condition made her look dead to Twilight, medics however were able to help her easily they say. She would probably need a new upgrade once again for her body and from hearing this again for Twilight, the alicorn demanded that this was the highest upgrade they could make, no mistakes were allowed anymore and it'll end everything if even if it's small. In such a while she's been through a lot, Rainbow Dash had a lost that she couldn't bare in her heart, to Twilight's theory it might of made Dash the Ripper instead of Nightmare Moon. Twilight knew it and she was in the middle of it when it happened. She never liked remembering it, but it was forced in her head and now had the view in her head.
FLASHBACK
It was a normal afternoon in Canterlot as Rainbow Dash's practice for the Wonderbolts was over for the day. She could go home, but instead she spent quality time with someone special to her, it was her younger long lost brother Leo Flare. He has mulitcolored hair like her, but it was only red, orange, and purple. His bright green eyes always showed happiness to her which was something that breaks the sadness even in desperate times for her. His usual routine was eating Popsicle after her events and always cheered her on better than Fluttershy by 200%. He shared her sky blue fur which was a big resemblance for them to nearly be called twins to say the least. However Leo had a slight medical condition that should of disabled his flying ability. Discoloration in his wings. Whenever an Equestrian lost color in it's body part mostly due to torture, it indicates it's paralyzed. However the odd thing was that his wings were still active, but he'll periodically lose control during flying when he's doing a good job. That was besides the point of sadness though, it was what happened just minutes later when a small riot was made. An unknown cyborg stole her brother from her and forced her to chase after him nearly half way through the city till making to the destination, a train. Rainbow Dash found her brother along with the same cyborg who had him chained against the back of the train cars in a spread eagle formation. His black visors covered his face while the rest of his body was grey with red highlights.
" If you lay a finger on him, your head will be grind on the engine of this train." She threatened.  He merely laughed at her and pressed his blade against his shivering form, a long yellow katana. He slid it across his left arm where it dripped blood making Leo cry then went to his chest and to his other arm. That did it, Rainbow Dash with the sword she's always used appeared in her hand and she charged at him only for him to grab her then throw her hard against the metal below them. While she was down the worst of her horror happened. He sliced one of Leo's arms off making him scream for his sister like a baby crying for his mother. He was released from the restrains and as he crawled to his big sister just for one last embrace, his body was lifted and stabbed right through his back splattering his blood onto his shocked sister's face. She was too frozen on the spot to move and only moved when his motionless body was laying in front of her and she could of sworn she heard a faint whisper coming from him till her was finally lifeless: " sis."
FLASHBACK ENDS
Vinyl was merely exploring the hospital seeing all these fatal injuries that was caused because of this, some of this was partially her fault though, she should of just died and finally be with Octavia instead of having Raven Blood make a living puppet out of her body. She went through the hall of all the patient's rooms and looked through some that had their doors open only for it to end up to be empty or a sleeping victim. However she caught a glimpse from her snooping for an opal colored cyborg who was sitting up which gained her attention. Lightning Dust. She was alive and well as it seemed, but something seemed a bit off for a moment. She walked in her room where they both met a stare and awkward silence with Vinyl rubbing the back of her head sheepishly while Lightning had her arms folded and sneered. For a few seconds this happened and Vinyl ended the silence herself.
" Uh, hi?"
" Bye." Lightning Dust spoke harshly towards her. Vinyl acted as if she was offended by a loud gasp. Lightning Dust rolled her eyes at the motion that Vinyl tried hard to not take the wrong way, Lightning Dust was always this harsh, but she was way more harsh when they first met when they were with Raven Blood.
" Hello. You must be Lightning." Vinyl spoke.
" Yeah, now if you'll excuse me I'll got bodies to pile now buck off albino whore."
Vinyl sighed in delight of the memory, good times...good times.

First Class Enhancements
Lightning Dust snapped her fingers which got Vinyl out her trance. Vinyl shook her head of the memory when they first met each other in a rather rude way for Lightning that was. There was another awkward silence where Vinyl felt uncomfortable again, but she decided to take a different approach to a conversation. She cleared her throat and decided to speak from what she meant by ' pile of bodies' in the first place.
" Lightning, I hope you don't mind me asking, but when we first met you seemed to have a mission didn't you?" Vinyl asked.
" Yeah what of it?" Lightning scoffed. Somehow her attitude actually made Vinyl more interested in asking since she honestly liked anyone with a bad attitude, cocky or confident if they had any of those then they were alright in her book. She sat down in a chair where she was now in front of Lightning Dust's bed and now looked at her sheepishly again. She was very nosy now and was seriously interested on what her story was behind being a cyborg. If she started with that then maybe she could go on to the first mission.
" Well, I'm curious to ask you about what made you join Raven Blood to become a machine." Vinyl told her. Lightning changed her sneering into a confused look as she tilted her head at that statement.
" Why are you so interested? I'm already in a bigger mess and now I have to wait for my repairs later on so I don't think I'd have enough-" Vinyl closed and locked the door before she continued and looked back at her with a grin.
" There now you have all the time you need." Vinyl ranted.
" You do know that they could just open the door with the key right?" Vinyl sighed. She was now starting to remind her of Octavia whenever she happened to make things difficult and just speak before something happened. However Lightning decided to speak after just mere seconds.
" First of all I was only partially a cyborg before this war started. I was also independent and killed anybody that tried to kill me. If they didn't back off if they asked me who I worked for they die. If they try to ambush me when they didn't even know me I'll rip them to pieces or rip their throats out. I didn't know why they considered me an enemy, but later on I had my answer. Raven's crew Project Nanomachines or just Project N for short. I learned about them and it's some weird armor that's nearly impossible to even crack. I don't know what it's made of, but it was very tough. So I hatched a plan to myself that I would disturb their resources of the armor. I'm very surprised though that after the damage I did he actually took me in to get processed." Lightning explained. " Now if your that curious on my first mission it's elementary. Just destroy a base from Saddle Arabia. Not like they'll do anything about it."
" Whoa, whoa go back a bit, how were you captured and what do you mean by processed." Vinyl asked curiously.
" Why do you need to know? You went through it too, didn't you?" Vinyl shook her head and rubbed it sheepishly as she told her how she got in. She begged for life again and she wanted her lost limbs again. She wasn't thinking straight so she completely forgot that Octavia died at the time so now she remembers and she's cyborg while she's at a better place. Lightning Dust snickered at her explanation.
" Well if your really interested about my little plan then here was how I go. First off the place was heavily fortified which meant it must of been every important to them. However a little High Frequency bullets took care of the guards at the entrance. After that all I really did was tangle with some ordinary soldiers so they were easy to kill thanks to my little cyborg body-" Vinyl cuts her off when she remembered the resemblance from Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust's enhancements which ticked her off of the memory.
" First off, mine was only a freakin prototype of the actual second class armor. Raven Blood never did have any great scientist. Anyway, while I was infiltrating I happened to run into just two soldiers and apparently, they had nanomachine enhancements. HF bullets or my attacks were able to even scratch them so my only option was to just retreat and hope for the best which happened for a while. If you want a short story I basically succeeded, but before I could leave I had one more guy to deal with and I think I need to tell Rainbow Dash when I get the chance. He's still alive." Lightning Dust told her.
" What happened? Were you killed then revived?" Vinyl asked, assuming that she suffered the same way she did.
" No! I lost my bucking arms and nearly my head if it wasn't for Raven Blood appearing at the last second. That cyborg was a monster. He was able to decapitate five soldiers with two blades. Well now you mostly know how I became processed to be a mere prototype and here I am still living because of her." Lightning Dust groaned. Vinyl grinned for a moment, but stopped due to her deathly glare.
" I hope your just happy about my awesome accomplishment since this war would of been a huge hassle if I didn't shatter their supply." Vinyl nodded and decided to leave now since scientist might come to check on her. Now wandering a bit aimlessly she could remember that Rainbow Dash was suppose to get a repair and enhancements. Normally whenever this happens to her she remembers that they usually send that cyborg to sleep and strap them up like marionettes and do the repairs like that. Now she learns of a little more embarrassing method that these Equestrians use to repair cyborgs ( so far Rainbow Dash is the prime subject). Vinyl found Twilight due to her complaining of a method of binding Rainbow Dash to repair her. The DJ never expected to see that Rainbow Dash was inside of a chamber that was blindly white and she could see that Rainbow Dash's body still had a hole in it, but her limbs were strapped in place and spread as he motionless wings were held in place as the mechanical one had plugs nearly all over it and her organic wing was injected by blue fluids. Vinyl tried not to laugh since Rainbow Dash was seriously in a very helpless position and who knew what the scientist were injected in her? A drug perhaps? She turned to see Twilight who looked concerned ( probably of the embarrassing position Rainbow was going to find herself in) and was slightly blushing as she continued to stare at the chamber.
" Well isn't this a cute sight huh?" Vinyl asked as she placed her hands behind her head. Twilight flinched at her voice and tried her hardest not to slap Vinyl for those words since it only revealed feelings that would make Vinyl just tease her more. Instead the Alicorn was silent as she blankly stared at Rainbow Dash more with more embarrassment on her face.
" Hey, are you sure that they aren't injecting sexual fluid inside her? You know since scientist can pretty much do anything." The moment she said a loud SMACK was heard across the whole hospital which made everyone turn their attention to the source of the sound. Vinyl was laying on the floor with a hand print on her cheek and a grin across her face muttering " good times...good times."
"That fluid they're injecting her with are call Fuel Cells. Apparently thanks to Spike and Fluttershy they were able to know that these were the new big things that Raven Blood is using. Once she's fully injected then she could slice through anything and VR training is pretty much the only way to test that theory. That blue spine that you saw come out of Xord is what Raven Blood has infused in all of his cyborgs and this is like blood to Rainbow Dash now. She runs out of Fuel Cells than she can slice open and remove those cells and use them as their own." Twilight explained.
" Oh, so now Rainbow Dash has Blue Blood? Who came up with this idea?"
" Spike. By the way, he also had enhancements ready for you if your willing to agree. But I recommend since you and Rainbow Dash will be working together on a mission."
" That would depend on the enhancement." Vinyl replied.
" He didn't give me details except you get animal instincts."
" And I need this why?" Vinyl began to lose interest.
" It gives you back your horn and gives you bigger boobs." Twilight lied about the last part, but knowing Vinyl, of course she'll agree.
" COUNT ME IN!" She yelled in excitement which drew attention to nearby scientist.
One week later
Rainbow Dash's Fuel Cell infusion was a success, but her reaction of the position she was in comprehended perfectly to Twilight. VR training tested on the new ability for the cyborg Pegasus and as in theory Rainbow Dash could easily refill the new Fuel Cell over her old ones. Apparently though one thing crossed Rainbow's mind when she actually gave the Cells some thought. If she was able to absorb Fuel Cells that the soldiers now, what happened if Raven Blood suddenly decided to shift Fuel Cells of a different type? Thankfully there was only one type so far and even if there was they would of informed her and did the new enhancements right then. As for Vinyl her enhancements came as promised ( except for bigger chest size) and now is even more aware of her surroundings and very agile then before. She even got her cutie mark painted on her chest which was satisfying enough. Also she has the same Fuel Cell injection. Technology was becoming built for weapons every day and eventually Equestria was able to gain their own MGs, but of different designs. Twilight, Spike, Applejack, and surprisingly Rarity. Each one had their own types of skills and not to mention ups and downs. Twilight's MG was balanced, but it had low ammunition on her three gun equipment which was repaid by a plasma sword on her machine's wrist, Spike's MG was smaller yet very maneuverable along with high ammunition by two machine guns and a shoulder rocket launcher, Applejack was the largest and most powerful consisting of pressurized High Frequency bullets that were unfortunately very low, but she had the biggest guns with the biggest ammunition amount, Rarity apparently was meant for only range and had to avoid close up fighting with the help of her machine's speed. They were rarely used and mostly tested since Rainbow Dash was more than capable to destroy an MG herself. However since her and Vinyl may be leaving around the world for new landmarks of Raven Blood or his best cyborgs could be found, they needed secondary weapons and these were perfect depending on occasions.
Everything was in place for the two cyborgs as Lightning Dust refuses to fight anymore due to her now being scared of what she can be dealing with now. Rainbow Dash and Vinyl were scheduled a plane ride ( Rainbow Dash tried to tell them that she could just fly herself and Vinyl to where they needed to be, but Vinyl didn't trust her) to everywhere they needed to go and their first landmark was strangely Saddle Arabia which was only hours away. Without question, they were sent off leaving them on their plane. It was quiet, oddly quiet since Rainbow Dash thought Vinyl would be mouthing off stuff she wouldn't want to hear. When she looked beside her to see Vinyl in a seat across from her, she was sound asleep and Rainbow Dash could see that she had sharpened incisors. Rainbow Dash stared at her hands seeing that they were like animal claws along with her feet.
"We are only an hour away till we reach out destination. Prepare yourself girls." The pilot announced. Vinyl opened her eyes from this and let out a loud yawn.
" Good to see your awake now. I was really wanting someone to talk to since I was forced on this stupid flight!" Rainbow Dash growled. Vinyl tilted her head in confusion.
" You actually wanted to talk to me?" Vinyl asked. " If you want since we're alone you could of asked to go to the bathroom together. I was getting bored." Rainbow Dash groaned and threw her head back against the wall with a blush on her face.
" We're synthetic Vinyl. Even if I was interested how exactly do you expect us to do that?" She asked.
" You do know we have perverted scientists right?" Vinyl giggled. Rainbow Dash was now not interested, Vinyl never spoke like this to her ever, until the enhancements. She could be right, they do have a perverted scientist somewhere who placed a love potion in Vinyl's system.
BOOM
The entire airplane shook on the impact that it stumbled on. Rainbow Dash and Vinyl were thrown out of their seats and on top of each other due to the sudden hit. At that moment cyborgs began to burst through the doors while being strapped to something keeping them from being pulled by the suction air. The cyan Pegasus and blue haired unicorn were feeling it taking effect on them, but as they stood up the claws on their feet kept them in place. Rainbow Dash released herself and shot off towards one of the cyborgs and slammed it's head against the wall next to the door then pushed him out of the door along with cutting the strings that held him with her claws making him fall to his death. Vinyl shot towards the other and impaled the enemy cyborg's head, but she didn't get enough time to recover and place her feet back on the ground,making her get thrown out the door along with the cyborg.
" Uh, oh." Rainbow Dash released her hold on the ground and flew off out of the airplane herself and had her visors covering her eyes to help her spot where Vinyl was. Predictably she was falling down, but not by a fast speed if the Pegasus said so herself. She dove down as she instantly began to catch up to the falling unicorn, but when she began to notice a giant shadow forming over her she looked behind her and gasped when she saw that there was a giant star shaped MG hovering over their destination. " Where does he get this stuff?" Rainbow Dash continued to go after Vinyl and eventually caught her by the hand. Before the DJ could thank her though she noticed the hovering machine above them.
" Girls! I'm getting readings that this thing is a hovering base full of supplies and is heavily fortified! You have to take it out quickly! Your plane barely survived that first hit!" Spike shouted through their headsets.
" I'm guessing that thing is what's about to blow up our ticket out of here?"
" Not if were quick and somehow bring this thing down quickly." Rainbow Dash replied.
" And we're doing that how?" Rainbow Dash began to examined the machine with her visors for a moment until she noticed the perfect entrance for them to take it down.

A few explosions erupted through the MG's entrance catching soldier's attention and made them gasp. The alarm instantly went off and the soldiers got their equipment for defense including turrets. They were expecting for Rainbow Dash to burst through the black smoke and attack on the spot for the turrets to kill her. Instead they spotted Vinyl who kicked herself off of the wall and towards a soldier and sliced through him making blood to splatter from his corpse. From this she couldn't be hit by the turret due to it only being operated of facing one direction. Soldiers all around her tried to run away instead of fighting, but this was short lived when the DJ tossed a grenade at the bunch of retreating soldiers. From the detonation blood splattered on the walls of the small hallway she was in.
" Where are you at Rainbow Dash?" Vinyl asked through her headset.
" Oh nowhere in particular. I think the scientists went to far on the enhancements though since this whole lab I'm in is covered in blood." The Pegasus answered. " Now to find where this thing ticks." Vinyl noticed more enemies coming her way and this time it seemed they were cyborgs which made her bring up a toothy grin. She ran through the hallway and jumped onto one of the cyborgs now ending up in what appeared to be a core room ( since the entrance they took was near the center it wasn't a surprise). Suddenly, Vinyl noticed that her vision on her visors began to fade which made her gasp. Not only that, but she got static from her headsets which made her assume that Rainbow Dash was trying to speak.
" Looks like I'm doing this myself while the little Pegasus takes care of the toys."
" TARGET LOCATED!!!" An Equestrian soldier yelled out.
" Like I was saying." Vinyl thought as her visors revealed her red eyes. She rushed towards the soldiers and stuck her claws in his head then threw his body against the wall. Without no time to waste she rushed down the rather long stairwell, but the further down she went the more of her synthetic ability was dissipating. Vinyl realized this when she heard static from her headsets which was Rainbow Dash speaking, along with that her claws haven't emitted red sparks in a while so she could slice through bodies easily even if she absorbed a Fuel Cell. Then it came to her realization when the term of this accessory around her came in her head. " Damn...EMP." She growled out. More static came from her headsets again, but this time she was able to make out some of Rainbow Dash's words.
" Vin...Aeri...MGs...comi....you-," That was all she heard, but she assumed it was bad news. Three more armed soldiers headed her way to her annoyance. For now she only went for thrusts since those were now her quick death moves. As she rushed at the enemy she suddenly noticed one of them pulling out a grenade which gave Vinyl another idea when words from a scientist played in her head.
"A savvy warrior must always use all of their tools"
The grenade was thrown towards Vinyl which made her make a grab for it.
" Even if it belongs to an enemy."
She grabbed hold of the grenade and instantly threw it towards the group of soldiers and it instantly exploded on impact. She heard their screams and all that was left was blood splattered on the floor. Before she knew it though, there was loud crashes all around the base along with screams coming from Rainbow Dash.
" Let's wrap this up quick!" Vinyl thought as she kept running to the core.
Rainbow Dash: Outside the Base
Rainbow Dash was hovering outside the base with her visors still covering her eyes and was examining a large MG that had literally kicked her out of the base along with making a few Equestrian shaped holes along the way. This MG she was facing looked bipedal and deathly armed, she was seeing an automatic assault rifle in one hand along with spotting a plasma sword in it's wrist which looked it could be manually triggered, the last thing that she saw was it's shoulder missile barrage and shocking enough, it was operated to follow the target it's locked on.
" Well this'll be a pain in the ass." The Pegasus cyborg thought. When she first spotted this thing, it was labeled to be called Faia-10 and it came in three kinds, she just hopes Vinyl can take care of the others. She pulled her sword from her back and held it at the ready. Faia dashed towards her first and began firing bullets from it's assault, but what the Pegasus wasn't able to calculate was the fact of what type of bullets it was firing towards her. She held her blade in a blocking stance and began to 'attempt' to deflect the bullets. Once the first bullet made contact with her blade, she staggered back losing her guard. Another came speeding towards her organic wing due to her sudden movement, but she was able to quickly recover with her blade surrounded by blue electricity and sliced the bullet in half. She held her sword with both hands and concentrated on the remaining 6 bullets that came towards her nearly as fast as her, but it wasn't enough. With a swift swing of her sword electricity that was built from it was let out instantly slicing all the bullets from a distance. Along with that, Faia was sent back as well, but went towards her again with it's plasma blade ready again. Rainbow Dash instantly flew over it as it made it's horizontal slash, at the same time the cyan cyborg landed on top of it's head with her sword up. She began to repeatedly implant her blade through the metal creating multiple holes around it's shoulders then ended it with a downward thrust in it's head. She jumped off of it as was about to try and make a counterattack, but as it did that the result was it's arm wielding the assault rifle to get severed.
" Well that makes my job somewhat easier." Rainbow Dash thought. Suddenly she took notice of the rockets being aimed towards her which made her gasp in shock. She had absolutely no time to react due to how fast the rockets fired and how close she. The first rocket exploded on contact to her abdomen sending her flying like a ragdoll with countless rockets chasing her. " Like I was saying." Rainbow Dash thought as she regained her control in the air. One of the rockets made it's way to a designated point of her body, but at the last second the cyan Pegasus jumped on top of it and jumped off towards the others at uncomprehending speed that now normal machine could keep up with. Due to this maneuver the rockets lost it's target and exploded in midair allowing Rainbow Dash to freely slice open Faia nearly into sprinkles. She heard multiple explosions behind her from the floating base which gave her the feeling that Vinyl succeeded, but is now in trouble. Without question she flew off back towards the base.
Vinyl 'Pon3' Scratch
Vinyl sighed in relief that the core wasn't that hard to destroy, not to mention didn't involve Fuel Cells that were now jammed due to the EMP still in slight effect. However that didn't eliminate the problem of cyborgs and panicking soldiers trying to take her along with the falling base. Her body was stained in enough blood already to the soldiers she had to kill just to get to the core. Her headset was also still in a static state which annoyed her to the point she turned it off finally, but she never knew that Rainbow Dash was trying to speak to her. During her little run along with destroying cyborgs along the way she suddenly noticed that her Fuel Cells were finally active from the past minutes.
" Alright, the last thing I may need right now is a MG being operated in he-" Vinyl didn't complete her sentence when she nearly evaded a sword surrounded by a purple aura, not only that but even without her visors she took notice that there was a hand wrapped around the sword which made her take a guess on what this technology was. " Whoever that was...that's the Magnetic Limb type of technology I was forced to test." She thought. She rubbed her forehead and sighed in dismay. " Why aren't I surprised that this won't be easy and I won't get the that time with Rainbow Dash right now." The sword came back towards her again, but this time it was deflected with her claws and was forced back to it's owner which seemed to be at a long distance. Strangely there was no more sudden attacks which made the white unicorn drop her guard. There was silence for a moment until a red dot formed on Vinyl's chest, head, and arms. Missiles were fired and automatic instinct made Vinyl evade the four that were meant to rip her apart. Rapid heavy stomps were heard as if the machine was running towards her.
The MG she saw wasn't like any typical kind she's fought before, she's never seen one so well equipped and looked so close to a an actual bipedal being.
" Okay, this is bad." Vinyl gulped.
