Broken Heartstrings

It was a sunny day in the town of Ponyville,It was a beautiful day outside

From the distance a tall figure watched the citizens from afar,Her blueish-green eyes hatefully scanned

Chrysalis simply growled

"Damn those ponies,Damn it all!" She cursed under her breath

She looked out on Ponyville's town square,the love in the air only fueled her anger

Her eyes fell upon Twilight and her love Orion laughing and sharing a salad.

"Hmmmm." She said before morphing into the passing Bon Bon and walked around the town,Next spotting Pokey and Pinkie playing with the baby cakes together,she shook her head and smiled

"Not much longer will your love last." She smirked and laughed darkly her mouth baring its teeth

Walking into Sugar-cube and looked back at Soarin and Rainbow sharing a moment,She turned around when she got her drink accidentally bumping into Big-mac nuzzling Fluttershy as she flew off to work.

She just said sorry and moved on

"All this love is overflowing..." She said entering the Everfree morphing into the Changling Queen she was.

"Well,at least I can suck the love dry out of those fools,then take over Equestria,hehe." She laughed the herself,or so she thought

"These ponies are a pain in your flank too?" A deep voice asked

"Yeah,how did you..." She said turning to see the Unicorn King

"I will help you..." He chuckled to himself

"What's the catch..." She said eyes narrowing as she felt untrusting

"My Crystals and my slaves...." He smiled and looked at her as she thought

"Small issue unicorn...The princesses will twart us..." She thought aloud

"Distract Celestia,Corrupt Luna,Break the married ponies apart,and break the little ponies heart." He said

"I think you'll be useful..." She smiled darkly as her fangs bared as a dark chuckle escapes her mouth.

"We have a deal my friend?" He smiled questionably .

"My name is King sombra." He stated

"Queen Chrysalis...and yes." She sang her wings fluttering darkly.

"So what's first Chrysalis..." He said

"Let's corrupt the baby princess Luna." She sickly grinned.

"I know just how to do that..." He grinned darkly as his own fangs bared violently.

~ <3 Hours Later <3 ~

The pair flew to canterlot castle and Sombra smirked

"How are we gonna get in genius!" Chrysalis snapped annoyed.

"I'm not sure. Now shut up and let me think." He snaps back ,lips tightly bound.

"Well,Transform into Cadence. Distract the guards. I'll sneak in" Sambra said.

She just nodded and tuned into the pink mare and smiled "Here we go." She said

Sombra stayed behind and watched on

"Hey,I'm her to talk with Celestia." She said

The guards looked her over and let her pass not expecting her .

Sombra then made his move sinking into the ground and then moved towards the changeling queen

"We need to find Luna's chambers..." She spat angerily.

"Ask the guard..." Sombra whispered pointing towards one .

"Oh! Mister,I need to speak with Luna is she in her chambers?" She asked

"Yes she is.." The stallion stiffly replied

"Where are her chambers?" She asked

"I'll page her to come get you..." He looked at her sternly

"No I like to make myself known..." She said in a half panic whilst trying to keep composure

"Are you okay Princess?" He asked

"Yes just stressed out y'know." She sighed

"Guess your right princess,go right on ahead." He said pointing towards Luna's chambers.

She smiled and walked to Luna's door,Sombra reappearing for shadow

"Okay let's go." She said knocking

"Sister I'm getting tired of your....Candence why aren't you at the Empire..." Luna asked

"Shining armor let me go see my aunts today,it's been seven years after all." She said

"Ah yes,it is a long time,Come in and close the door." She said Candence doing as told and smiled

Sombra smiled as he phased through the door

Luna almost immediately took notice of Sombra

"Sombra what is the meaning of this cadence!" Luna demanded hoof slamming to the ground

"I'm not Cadence!" She said morphing into herself

Luna's horn lit up before sombra could speak

"Luna~ don't you wish to overthrow your sister?" He asked

"Why would I want to do that!?" She screeched

"Oh you know Celestia doesn't value you." He cooed

"Tis a lie!" She said holding back anger

"Think about it,She did your job for a 1000 years." He said

"Yes,but I was drunk on jealousy, so Celestia had to banish me to the moon." She countered.

"Ah,but your subjects still sleep in your night." She said

"Yeah,but it's okay." She said feeling angry and resentful

"Wouldn't you like to be valued at loved?" sombra continued

"Yeah." She said tears down her face

Sombra touched her and the darkness coursed through her,changing her mane to purple smoke,changing her eyes color to a sea green,her darkened coat and fangs grew last into Night Mare Moon

"Ah yes,what shall we do now." Moon asked

"We'll need to get discord to defect..." He said

"How will we do that?" Chrysalis asked

"That won't be hard,he's god of chaos...he can't resist." She said

"And then get Celestia of her post so we can rip apart all the couples around who stand in our way."  Chrysalis said

"But for now we should sleep." sombra suggested

"I agree,Sleep shall allow for clearer thinking." Said NMM

"Tomarrow phase 2." She said as they drifted to sleep.
