Ripley, the sole survivor of her crew from her first encounter with the deadly alien, has returned after drifting through deep space for 57 years. Her story about her encounter with the alien is viewed with skepticism; especially by Twilight Sparkle. She had just returned from the planet, finishing up her work on the Atmospheric Processor, and had not discovered nor heard of any hostile alien threat. However, when they lose contact with the colony on LV-426, she suspects the worst, and the possibility of Ripley's story being horrifyingly true. Now, Twilight, Ripley, and a group of Marine soldiers are sent in to investigate.
