A Fluttermac story

The next day...

"Mac"

"Eeup"

"Foal.... Coming..... Now.... Hospital..... Please" she said between breaths and labor pains.

Panicked Big Mac put her on his back and ran as fast as his legs could carry him. Fluttershy held on by a loose grip of the harness.  Dodging all traffic and other ponies they got to the hospital.

Pacing around the hospital waiting for the doctor to comeback and give him a report of how Fluttershy, his wife  was doing. While he paced memory took over and he started to get flashbacks.

The first was when they got married....

Shortly after proposing (as in a week) he and Fluttershy walked to the court house. Thankfully there was no line that day. Mayor Mare got them married in secret. Not even Celestia herself knew the wrath AJ would rain down on him.

After a chuckle something took over his mind....

He saw Fluttershy dyeing in the hospital... Blood.... a dead foal...  A heart monitor beeping  slowly.... Slowly... Then stops.

As anypony with a heart would do he cried...

An hour passed

Two

"Big Mac" nurse Redheart said, "you can come in now"

He dried his tears.

Walking in he saw not one but two small pairs of wings and two small bodies in Fluttershy's arms.

"T-t-there beautiful "

She turn to show him their son and daughter.

The son was an orange and slightly lighter than AJ's coat. His mane was a lime/leaf green with Big Mac's shagginess.

Their daughter was yellow like her mother. Her mane was orange with pink stripes. Like her parents manes with the smoothness of Fluttershy's.

"What should we name them?" Inquired Fluttershy.

"Hmm..." He pondered, "how about for her ShyBloom."

"ShyBloom I love it how did you come up with it."

"Ah took part of Applebloom and your name"

"For him how about SunWinds" said Fluttershy, "my grandfathers name"
