An Apple of a Friend

Twist was glad everything worked out, she watched her guests happily chatted with one another.

             "Oh look Silver Spoon, look who got invited," Diamond Tiara said smirking.."Wow, I guess Twist decided to be nice to you both and like invite you." Silver Spoon added. Twist frowned, she wasn't expecting this to happen very soon.

"Whatever!" Scootaloo said rolling her eyes.."Just 'cause Twist has a Cutie Mark doesn't mean she'll be a brat to us like you are!" Diamond Tiara rolled her eyes next,and her and Silver Spoon just left without saying another word.

"Ah'm sure proud of you sis! Ah told ya yer friends would come 'round." Applejack told Apple Bloom, Apple Bloom looked over at her two friends, who were still angrily staring at Diamond Tiara. "They are my best friends Applejack.." Apple Bloom replied smiling. "My sister did come around, I told you Applejack!" Rarity said looking up from her magazine.."Sweetie Belle is a sweet filly." Sweetie Belle walked over to Apple Bloom along with Scootaloo.

"So Apple Bloom! How ya likin' the party?" Scootaloo asked, Apple Bloom raised an eyebrow,"Ah'm glad you both came around."  Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo hugged Apple Bloom lightly. Twist galloped over with a tray of delicious cupcakes and cookies especially for her friends."Here guys! I had Pinkie Pie make special cupcakes and cookies just for you three..", the Crusaders smiled warmly and accepted the treats."Thank you Twist, you're really nice, sorry again for what we did to you," Sweetie Belle apologized, she nudged Scootaloo to do the same."Oh yeah,I'm sorry too, do you wanna be...? Scootaloo started..."Friends?" Sweetie Belle finished. Twist replied with a tackle hug which had the two fillies struggling to breathe.'Should Ah help 'em?' Apple Bloom thought to herself, but then she silently decided to leave her three friends and take a cupcake and eat it.

Silver Spoon, once she was sure Diamond Tiara wasn't around to see her,she walked over to Apple Bloom."Aren't you gonna help them?" She asked Apple Bloom, who was still eating a cookie."Nah,why do you even care?" They farm filly asked, Silver Spoon took a quick glance around again."I wish I was your friend, please don't tell Diamond Tiara! She'll be so mad if she found out, I just think that how you and Twist stayed loyal to each other despite you not having a Cutie Mark was like totally awesome! Anyway, I gotta go, later Apple Bloom." With that the silver mane filly walked away in search of Diamond Tiara. Apple Bloom was surprised,'Ah always knew that filly had a heart,' Apple Bloom thought smiling, she heard her friends' voices and turned to see them approaching."Apple Bloom! Silver Spoon didn't give you any trouble did she?" Sweetie Belle asked, squeaking."Nah, she just wanted a cupcake," the farm filly lied. "Ooh," Sweetie Belle replied sadly,'I thought Silver Spoon liked me back.' "Sweetie? You alright?" Scootaloo asked,"Oh yeah, I'm totally fine," her friends shrugged and walked off.'It's not fair! I've been keeping these feelings a secret for days!' Sweetie Belle kept ranting in her head.

Silver Spoon saw Sweetie Belle and walked over to the frustrated unicorn."Hi Sweetie Belle! You alright?" Silver asked."Sure am! Why wouldn't I be?" Sweetie tried to keep her fake smile glued on her face, Silver didn't believe her one bit."You're lying!" Sweetie released her frown,"how would you know?"  "'Cause, you're too cute and too sweet to be a liar!" Silver Spoon admitted blushing. Sweetie Belle began to blush too,'she thinks I'm cute? Yay!'  Silver smiled warmly."Anyway, my parents are gonna be gone out of town for like a few days,and Diamond's gotta go to Canterlot with her father, and I was sorta hoping, you could hang with me?" Silver Spoon asked, with wide open eyes.Sweetie Belle couldn't let her down,"Yeah totally! I'd love to Silver Spoon..."  Silver Spoon squealed and she gave Sweetie Belle a hug, and the unicorn did something that Silver wasn't expecting, she kissed Silver Spoon's cheek. Which made the two blush madly and separated."Ah, anyway I gotta go find Diamond Tiara..so I'll see you later?" Silver Spoon said awkwardly,Sweetie Belle smiled nervously.."Of course!" With that Silver Spoon left to find her tiara wearing friend and Sweetie went back to enjoying the party with her friends.Both fillies acting like the kiss never happened. 'Sweetie Belle likes me back! And when we hang out, I can finally tell her my feelings! It's the prefect plan!' Silver Spoon squealed.

Dear Princess Celestia.

Today, I learned that even ponies who never thought they'd become friends, but when they put their differences aside, they'll discover a really cool pony underneath! Well, that's what happened to my friends anyway, and now we're the greatest friends ever! An' Twist said she'd offer to help us find our Cutie Marks, Ah can't wait!
