It was a bright, cool morning for the ponies of ponyville. Celestia's sun rose up high in the blue sky, partially covered by some clouds. Her sun shine its radiant ray upon the small town, and awaken the sleeping ponies from their slumber. Soon ponies emerged from their homes to begin their day, however one certain pony is going to have a rather interesting day for her.

Near the center of the town is a large tree, and in this tree is the home of a lavender pony named Twilight Sparkle the student of Princess Celestia herself. While most ponies were starting to waking up this purple pony isn't. The reason for this was because of her overnight studying.

Luckily she has her assistant to help her out, her little helper is none other then Spike the dragon. While rarely ever waking up before sister, but when it does then that means he have to take care of her. While Twilight is a smart pony, sometimes she needed a little from him. Either it be finding something or pushing her in the right direction, he is there to do it.

Spike walked into the started making breakfast, he gather up some batter and cooked them on a frying pan. Soon the smell of pancakes traveled up the stairs to their bedroom and reached Twilight's nose. This slowly awoken the sleeping pony as her eyes cracked opened a bit. She then rose up from her bed, following the scent of fresh pancakes downstairs to the kitchen. As she entered the kitchen she saw Spike preparing some pancake for the both of them. She couldn't help but smiled at this scene, she remembered a few years ago when Spike was just a baby sucking on his own tail and now he has become a responsible little guy. Even though he's still technically a baby dragon he has grown to become a great reliable assistant.

Spike then turned around and saw Twilight at the door. "Morning Twilight" he said cheerfully. He then stacked the pancakes on a plate and headed towards the table. "Morning to you too, Spike" she replied back as she sat near the kitchen table.

Just as Spike reached the table and put the plate of pancakes down, when he suddenly belch out a green flame and burnt the pancakes. The green flames then vanished and out popped a rolled up scroll. Twilight frowned at the destruction of their pancakes, but just sighed and levitated the scroll to her.

"Aw man, not again" Spike spoke with a angry tone. "Its alright Spike it's just pancakes" she reassured him. Spike then head back to the counter "Yeah I know, but still my fire can be a inconvenience sometime" he pointed while making another batch of pancakes.

"Yes Spike I know what you mean" she responded. While Spike's fire has been useful to contact the Princess for any questions or events, there has been times when it caused trouble for them. She then pictured three events that happened in the past.

The first memory was when Twilight just received a new book from the mail. "Look Spike!" she exclaimed enthusiastically. "This is the notebook of legendary pony creator Leonardo Dahoovci' as she levitated the book front of her. "Only a couple of these notes exist and I have one them!" she spoke proudly. She then opened up the book and smiled. "Look Spike!" she levitated the opened book in front of the little dragon,showing him designs and sketches of some strange machine. "I tell you, Spike" she continued "With his notes and I will be able to create something so revolutionary it will change Equestria forever!" A second after she said that she heard the sound of burp and smelt something burnt. She then turned around and saw Spike holding a scroll and a innocent smile on his face. It front of him was the book with smoke coming from the front. Her left eye then twitched little.

The second memory was when she was at the carousal boutique. Twilight was their to ask her generous friend Rarity to give her a new hairstyle. The reason for this was because her mentor Princess Celestia has asked her to help with a diplomatic meeting with the leader of the donkeys. So Twilight decides that she needs to look presentable for the for the ambassador. Unfortunately Rarity asked Spike to come over and look at her work, Spike got a little too close when he felt the same burp of fire coming up. The result was incinerating all of Twilight's hair. The good news was that in the sent letter it informs Twilight that the meeting has been postpone to next month, however the bad news is that she is completely bald now. For the next couple of weeks Twilight had to wore a wig until her hair grew back.

However those two were nothing compared to this one. "Alright Spike listen up" she said cautiously, "This room is filled with very flammable gas, a single spark can blow this up" as she looked towards the door. "So I suggest we move towards the door before yo-" before she can even finished that sentence, she heard a suppressed burp sound. Twilight's eye widened and slowly turned her head to Spike. She saw him with his claws over his mouth trying to hold in the fire. Before she could anything, Spike mouth opened slightly and what came after was the whole inside of the tree home exploding.

Twilight shuddered from that unpleasant memory, fortunately she was able to shield herself from the blast and since Spike's scale are immune to extreme heat he was perfectly fine from the blast. Afterwards Twilight and Spike had to stay at one their friends house until hers was repaired.

"Um Twilight?" the little dragon spoke, drawing the attention of the purple unicorn. "Oh..um...yes Spike, what is it?" she replied. "Well I just finished a new batch of pancakes and when turned around you were just standing there" Spike responded worryingly. Twilight then realized that she totally blacked out during the last few minutes. "Sorry Spike, just reminiscing some stuff" she assured her little assistance while taking a seat at the table.

Twilight then realized that she had yet open the scroll. She levitated the scroll in front of her and using her magic untie the string holding the scroll. She then proceeds to open up the scroll and read it out loud.

Dear Twilight Sparkle

This letter is to inform you of a incoming package from Canterlot. The content within is secret and will be explained after it is arrived. The package will arrive somewhere in the morning.

After reading the letter Twilight questioned why the Princess signed her name at the bottom. These letters were their means of contacting each others, what other pony would the letter be from?

Before she can think deep into this she heard a loud thump at the door. "Well that was quick" Spike pointed out as he jumped of his chair and headed towards the door. Twilight put the scroll down and went towards the door as well.

When the loud thump happened again Twilight assumed it was the grey mare Ditzy Doo. However when she opened the door she saw something even stranger. At the door is a floating purple pony, the pony in question has a light purple coat with dark purple hair with a stand of white in it. Her eyes were the most perplexing, like Ditzy Doo both of her eyes were staring at different direction but in her eyes, instead of pupils this mare has swirl in them. Then there was her floating in mid air, this mare neither had wings or a horn. Instead she has a hat with a propeller on it making her float.

"Are you Twilight Sparkle?" the strange mare asked. Twilight then awoke from her trance to respond, "Yes that's me". The strange mare then took out small package and hoofed to her. While she was doing this Twilight saw a clear view of her cutie mark, it basically showed a screw and a baseball. "Package for you!" she said excitingly. Twilight looked at the small rectangular package and took it.

The mare then grabbed a pad with a paper on. "Just sign here" she said through her mouth. Twilight then wrote her signature on it and with that the strange purple mare hovered away. Deciding to just go with it since it wasn't the strangest thing she ever seen, with her friend Pinkie she just simply got used to it by now.

Twilight closed the door and inspected the small package. She opened it up and poured out the content, revealing a pencil and a note. Confused by the contents Twilight opened up the folded note and read it out loud.

Dear Twilight Sparkle

The content before you is a creation from the Canterlot research department. This object may seem like a ordinary pencil, but it is actually a magically enchanted pencil. This items has been sent to you since I trust that you and your friends would be excellent choice to test out this item before we begin mass producing them for everypony. So I am expecting some feedback Twilight.

Twilight took a second look at the pencil. The enchanted pencil really is just a ordinary pencil, it has yellow body, the small pink eraser, and the black pointed lead. She does however sense some small amounts of magic coming from the pencil. Before she can investigate it any further she was interrupted by Spike.

"Hey Twilight we should really get to those pancakes before they get cold". Twilight then remembered that she has yet to eat anything this morning, she then place the pencil back into the small box and trotted towards the kitchen with her little assistant and continue their breakfast.

Shortly after their breakfast Twilight is back inspecting the pencil, but this time with Spike with her. The little dragon looked at the pencil with curiosity. "So Twilight what does this thing actually do? he asked. "I'm not sure Spike" she answered honestly."Princess Celestia wasn't specific in her message, she just simply said that that this was a enchanted pencil". she levitated the pencil in front of her "what it does I have no idea".

"Maybe you're suppose to write something with?" Spike suggested. Twilight then took out a blank piece of paper and wrote the word apple on it with the pencil. Nothing happened. Before she can say anything she was suddenly interrupted by a certain pink pony.

"Hey Twilight whatcha doing?" Pinkie asked nonchalantly. This caught Twilight and Spike by surprise as they both jumped at the sudden appearance of Pinkie Pie. "Pinkie what are you doing here" Twilight demanded. "Yeah and how did you get in here?" Spike continued.

"Well Twilight you see two of my Pinkie senses just activated, one telling me that someone got a package and secondly they need my assistant!" she ended with a smile. Twilight simply stared at her strange pink friend, she wanted to questioned this, but soon realized that there is no point in trying to understanding her pinkie senses.

"Alright Pinkie why are you here?" Twilight sighed. "Wait she didn't answer m-" Spike was then cut off by Pinkie Pie. "Why I'm here to help you out of course". Twilight then remembered that the letter inform her of having her friend's assistant. She then gave Pinkie sum up explanation of what happened this morning, while they were doing that Spike was contemplating about how Pinkie somehow got into their house.

After the Twilight explained everything to her Pinkie snatched the Pencil off the desk and inspect it. "So you're telling me that this pencil is enchanted?" she questioned. "How does it work?" "Well the Princess wasn't very specific on what it does" Twilight explained. "I tried writing the word apple and nothing happened".

At that moment Twilight noticed Pinkie holding something. As she trotted around her to get a closer view, she saw a white object. "Pinkie what is that?" Pinkie then brought the white object closer to Twilight, revealing a apple. "It;s an apple silly" Pinkie answered. While the object is an apple there was lack of usual colors on a apple, in fact it's just plain white.

"Pinkie where did you get that ?" the purple pony asked and her pink friend smiled "why I just drew it on the paper with this magic pencil and then it just emerged out". Twilight looked at her friend with wide eye expressions. "really?" she asked and then took the pencil from Pinkie and began to draw a apple on a black paper. While she was doing that Pinkie decides to take a bite out of the white apple. She took a big bite out of the apple and chewed on it for a while until she halted and spit it out.

Twilight drew an apple on the paper and then seconds later the lines in the drawing glowed, and out emerged a white apple. Twilight stared in amazement at what just happened. "Amazing" she exclaimed. "This pencil is able to create an exact copy of the drawn item".

"Well not a exact copy Twilight" Pinkie spoke up as she pointed her hoof at a pile of chewed up apple. "That apple tasted like paper!". Twilight then put her hoof on her chin and though up for the reason for this. "Well Pinkie it seems that while it create a exact image of the drawn picture, it does not however copy certain characteristics of the item". She then levitated the mess and put in a garbage bin. "In this case since you drew the apple on a paper the apple will then taste like the paper" she concluded.

"Well that's nice and interesting Twilight, but that still doesn't explained how Pinkie got into our house" Spike spoke out, only for it to be fall on deaf ears.

"So basically Twilight you're saying that if I draw something on something more tasty, it will copy it?" the pink pony questioned. "Well this is just a theory" Twilight responded. Then Pinkie grabbed the magic pencil and headed towards the door. "Well then lets test your theory then Twilight" as she left the building.

"Pinkie wait!" she shouted and ran towards the door but halted when she reached the door. She then twist her head to Spike." Spike do you want to come along?" she asked. Spike then turned his head towards Twilight and smiled. "No it's alright Twilight you go ahead I got other things to do".

"Well alright Spike" was all she said before she closed the door behind her. As soon as she was gone Spike walked towards the door leading to the basement. He opened the door and flip the light switch. "Alright then let see if I can remember where it is" he said it out loud to nopony in particular as he walked don the steps.

Meanwhile back with Twilight, she managed to track don Pinkie to the Sugercube corner. It is a bakery shaped as gingerbread house. The Sugarcube corner is where the pink pony Pinkie both work and live, the building itself is owned by Mr and Mrs Cake.

As Twilight entered the building she can already hear Pinkie in the kitchen making some loud sounds in there. She then entered the kitchen and spotted some different colored ball on the table. There was a white one, a dark brown one, and a light brown one.

Twilight then saw Pinkie and she was using the pencil and drawing some more balls on some chocolate. Pinkie then noticed Twilight and gave her a big smile. "Hey Twilight check this out" Pinkie lifted a white ball to Twilight. "Try it out" Twilight looked the ball for a second and a took a bite out of it. She immediately identify the taste to be vanilla.

"Pinkie this is amazing, we got to show this to our friends!" Twilight eagerly. "I couldn't agree more" Pinkie then took a empty box and filled it with the candy orbs and left the kitchen with Twilight to seek out their friends. Conveniently as they left the kitchen they saw one of their friends, this friend is a blue coated Pegasus with rainbow mane.

"Hey guys what sup?" the blue pony asked. Before Twilight can explained their situation, Pinkie beat her to it. "Hey Rainbow Dash guess what Twilight just got this magical pencil that can bring drawings to life and I just try an apple on a paper but it tasted like paper but Twilight explained that..." Pinkie spoke in a rapid pace.

Despite crediting herself as being the fastest pony in all of Equestria, even she can't keep up with Pinkie fast speech. Rainbow ignored Pinkie and looked towards Twilight for answers. "So Twilight can you explained whats Pinkie is talking about?" Twilight then proceed to give her blue friend a short summary of what's happening.

After her explanation Rainbow gave Twilight a confused look. "So let me get this straight, you got yourself a magical pencil that brings drawn stuff to life and you two just use it to make snacks?" Twilight was rather shocked when she pointed this out. "I mean jeez Twilight I expect Pinkie to do this, but you" Rainbow continued making Twilight more embarrassed.

While Twilight was rendered speechless Rainbow asked Pinkie for the magical pencil. "Huh so this the pencil" she look at for a second. "Doesn't look really special but hey let's try it out" she then trotted to nearest table and started to draw on it. After a couple of seconds she was done and told her two friends to come over.

"Check this girls" Rainbow Dash pointed the pencil to the drawing on the table. The drawing itself was questionable, it was circle with another smaller circle in it. There was a black line stretching across one side of the circle to the other side, The two girls were confused at the drawing. "Um Rainbow what is this?" asked the purple unicorn. "Isn't it obvious, its the hat that Daring Do wear" she pointed out.

The drawn picture started to low and soon emerged a flat circle. "Hm apparently the pencil couldn't recognize your drawing Dash" said the same purple pony. "what!" exclaimed the blue pegasus "This thing must be broken or something" as she threw it on the table. "Here let me try" Pinkie pushed Rainbow aside and picked up the pencil with her mouth. She switched it around with the eraser out front. She then erased the poorly drawn pith helmet, and replaced it with a better drawn pith helmet.

The new drawing itself was now more three dimensional compared to the flat two dimensional picture Dash drew. The picture then started to glow and a while pith helmet emerged. While Dash was amazed by the lifelike drawing of the hat, Twilight on the other hoof just witness the enchanted pencil new function. Apparently not only can you bring drawings to life, you can also erase them as well.

"Dude this is amazing, we got this got to show this to Rarity" the three ponies then left the store and headed towards the Carousel Boutique, the home and workplace of their friend Rarity.

After arriving at the Boutique, the three girls showed Rarity the magical pencil in action. After their little demonstration and a summary from Twilight. Rarity took the pencil with and with it drew herself a elegant hat, soon the drawing glowed and out emerged hat.

"Darling this is simply marvelous!" Rarity spoke cheerfully. "Do you girls mind if I borrow this for a while?" she asked. "This pencil will help reduce my time on designing clothing". Twilight though about this for a moment "Well I guess you can, but not before we showed this to Applejack and Fluttershy.

"Hey wait a second I got an idea" Rainbow announced and took the pencil and started drawing on the nearest wall. In a few seconds Rainbow has drawn a large doodle pony on the wall. The drawing itself was just pony with a round body and head. The face was lacking and features except for the eyes and the mouth. The unique features of this pony are its hat and both of its mane and tail are tied at the end.

Upon closer inspection Twilight figured out who this pony was. "Rainbow is this supposed to be Applejack?" she questioned. "That rights Twilight" Rainbow responded back as she stepped aside allowing the doodle to emerge from the wall. "She is part of my plan to prank AJ" Rainbow then pushed the doodle towards the door. "Alright come on now lets go to her place. The other three ponies stared for a moment until just giggled at the idea of the prank and follow after Rainbow and the doodle. Twilight and Rarity soon followed after.

On their trot towards Sweet Apple Acres the doodle later named Doodle Jack by Pinkie was trotting besides Rainbow in front of the group, with the blue pegasus whispering into her ears. Behind them were the three other friends. Pinkie being the nearest of the two tried to listen it on their prank while Twilight and Rarity were just hanging out back. Inside the mind of the lavender unicorn, Twilight was having a serious thought about their new companion. This Doodle Jack was something she did not expect. While previous testing were just inanimate objects this one was living and possibly sentient being. While it may not speak it does understand them and follows basic command, indicating some sign of intelligence.

Before she go any further into this question, they have already reached the apple ranch. Upon entering the fields they spotted a familiar orange mare kicking a tree from afar. "Alright do you ready the plan?" Rainbow asked Doodle Jack who responded with a nod. With a grin on her face Rainbow trotted towards the orange pony with the doodle next to her and proceed with her plan.

Applejack was working hard on the field, bucking a tree and gathering the fallen apples. As mundane as it sound she really enjoys it. The reason was because whenever she is out there working the field, she get a sense of inner peace. This is what she does when something troubles her and need something to help clear her mind and refocus them. This is where she is left with her inner thoughts.It is basically nirvana for her and she enjoys every second of it. However her peaceful tranquility was interrupted by a certain blue pegasus,

"Hey AJ!" the Rainbow mane pegasus called out to her orange friend. Applejack then turned around to greet her friend but halted when she saw the pony next to Rainbow. The white pony was totally strange, as if its entire being doesn't fit with everything else. Its body doesn't match with the environment around it.

After greeting Rainbow Dash, Applejack asked who the strange white pony was. "Well AJ I'll just allow to introduce herself" she stepped backwards but not before whispering "remember the plan" quietly into the doodles ear. The doodle pony then trotted up to Applejack. Giving her the same neutral expression the entire time.

Applejack was getting quite nervous from the doodle pony stare, but she ignore it and proceeds to greet this pony. "Well howdy there stranger my name Applejack and you are?" she spoke why offering a hoof. The doodle pony continue to stare at Applejack for a moment making her feel rather uncomfortable.

While this is happening Rainbow was waiting in anticipation for the doodle to follow her plan. Twilight, Rarity and Pinkie were also waiting for what the doodle would do next. The doodle pony then broke the silence as it just turned around and kicked Applejack with both her back legs. The force of the kick sent Applejack flying and crashing into a apple tree.

The girls were shocked and stunned at what transpired. Rainbow Dash was the first to change her expression from shock to anger as she flew in front the doodle pony face. "Hey !" she yelled angrily at the white pony. "What the hay were thinking of kicking my friend!". The doodle responded by headbutting her As she fell to the ground from the attack, she dropped the magic pencil and the doodle instantly took it and run off.

After witnessing the assault Twilight burst into action. She told Rarity to take care of Applejack and Rainbow Dash, while she and Pinkie chased after the doodle. The doodle pony was already far ahead of them but luckily for Twilight she has Pinkie with her. Now pony most ponies already know that Rainbow Dash is a fast pony, but what most ponies don't know is that Pinkie is also really fast as well. Pinkie not only managed to keep up with Rainbow Dash, but outrun her too. She briefly remembered this from that one incident when Pinkie wanted answers from her friends and even chase after Rainbow Dash to get it.

Twilight ordered Pinkie to take her down. Pinkie smiled and nodded and rushed past the unicorn and towards the doodle pony. From afar she could see Pinkie getting close to the white pony, but as she reached closer Pinkie faded into the ground. Fearing that her pink friend might be in danger she focuses on her teleportation magic and teleported to where Pinkie was.

She disappeared in a flash and reappeared again in flash. Twilight then looked around and saw her friend laying in a deep round hole half conscious. "Ow....Applejack... really needs to..... fix her hole problem" was all she said before she went unconscious.

Seeing that her friend is still alright she continue her chase for the doodle pony. As soon as she left Pinkie, she spotted the doodle pony standing still. Seeing a opportunity Twilight immediately teleported again. Just as she reappeared her eyes widen in horror at what she saw. Standing right next to the doodle pony was a large brown colored cannon and it was pointing right at her.

The doodle pulled the string on the cannon and it fired. Twilight quickly ducked just as the cannon ball passed over her The projectile traveled towards the apple's home and destroyed a the upper right portion of the house. The opened hole portion of the house revealed a red stallion in a bathtub. "What the hay" he shout out in confusion. Then suddenly the floor holding Big Mac tilted and the bathtub started the slide down. "Oh no no no no" was all he could say before before the bathtub fell off the floor and and crashed onto the dirt ground, shattering into pieces and leaving him sitting on the ground all wet.

Back to Twilight she instantly got up and saw the doodle pony running into the Everfree forest. She was tempted to chase after her, but stopped and realized that the doodle would most likely expect her to chase her. Instead Twilight decided to regroup with her friends and come a plan to stop the doodle pony.

Twilight trotted back to her friends and saw not only Rarity but Fluttershy as well, tending to the wounded Pinkie, Applejack, and Rainbow. As soon Twilight reached her friends Applejack was the first to speak. "Alright Twilight you got some explaining to do!" she spoke with bit of anger in her voice. "Just who was that pony, why did she beat us up, and why is there a giant hole in my house!" she shouted at the last part causing Fluttershy to take a few step back.

"Alright Applejack" Twilight sighed "Let start at the beginning". After a long explanation Applejack took the time to calm herself during the talk. "So let me get this straight" she said more calmly. "Fella here who is supposed to be me was a creation of some magical pencil, That by the way can bring anything drawn with it to life and now this doodle has gone rampant and took the pencil and ran off to the Everfree forest" she finished.

"Yeah the pretty much sums it up" the Rainbow pony spokes in. Applejack sighed "alright what's the plan?" "Look Applejack I know it's hard to believe but--wait what?" Twilight was confused from her orange friend response. "What?" she asked back. "Well it's just that you just easily accepted " Twilight explained "I expected for you to ask for some proof for my claim".

"Please Twilight this isn't exactly the most weirdest thing in our life" she answered getting a nod and a agreement from the rest of her friends. "Um well alright then here's the plan".

Half an hour later the six ponies were standing just at the border of the Everfree forest. "Alright girls you remember the plan?" Twilight asked and received a a nod from from all her friend. The six ponies enter the mysterious dark forest and began their missions. "Listen up everypony" Twilight called out to get her friends attention. "The doodle has entered the forest for a while now and we probably won't find for a while so-". "Maybe she in that crudely drawn house?' Pinkie pointed with her hoof. The house itself was a simple large square with a triangle roof and square windows and door.

"Well that was easy" Twilight then huddled up with her friends. "Alright remember the plan". As soon she finished that sentence Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie slowly approached the house. Rainbow Dash slowly floated to the square door and push it with her hoof. The door slowly open and Rainbow waved her hoof for Applejack and Pinkie to follow. As soon the as the three ponies entered the door shut and a poof sound can be heard inside. The house then transformed into a rocket and launched itself.

After the strange event the doodle pony revealed herself and attempted to run further into the forest. However, a purple flash appeared in front of her and three familiar pony tackled the doodle to the ground. Twilight smiled as her plan worked. While it looked like her friends was trapped inside the house, Twilight teleported her three friends just in time before it was launched and just as the doodle revealed herself she teleported her friends again, this time ambushing the doodle.

The three pony struggled to pin the doodle down, but she was surprisingly strong. During the struggle Pinkie found the magic pencil and tossed towards Twilight which she grabbed using her magic. Both Rainbow Dash and Applejack were holding the doodle pony down until she used her free back legs and used them to push both the girls head smashing into each other.

Within the moment of stun the doodle broke free and made a sprint. Quickly recovering Dash, AJ, and Pinkie gave chase. During the chase Applejack notices that the doodle jumped for some reason, However, before she could figure it out the three ponies fell for another trap, this the ground surrounding them sprung off and launched the three ponies into the air sending them into three different directions.

Meanwhile back at the Sweet Apple Acres Big Mac and Applebloom were just standing outside looking at the newly repaired house. "Wow Big Mac you sure did a great job of fixin our house" the little sister complimenting her older sibling.

"Eeyup" was the Big Red stallion have to say before a certain orange mare came crashing down into their home causing a chain of event that destroyed all the new repairs, Both the apple sibling stare at the now damaged house, "Um yeah I'll get the planks" Applebloom spoke leaving Big Mac to simply sigh.

Somewhere in Ponyville in a house, a certain dark grey pegasus stallion was just napping on his bed when heard a loud crashing sound. "Rumble..keep it down..trying to nap" he mumbled and turned on his bed. What he saw surprised him, laying next to him was a Rainbow Dash. 'This must be a dream' he thought in his head. 'Might as well take advantage of this' Thunderlane then wrapped a hoof around Dash and moved his mouth next to her ear. "Hey Dash are up for it?" he asked seductively which causes Dash's eyes to opened immediately.

Downstairs a light grey colt was just palying with his toys when suddenly he heard a loud scream upstairs. Soon came a loud smacking noise and loud ow followed. He then heard the door to his brother room opened and heard step coming down the stairs. At the doorway Rumble saw a angry and blushing Rainbow Dash opening the front door and closed from behind.

In a house outside of Ponyville contains the resident donkey named Cranky. "Ah I'm finally done" Cranky said happily. "With the display plates set up and my Faberge eggs lined up, I can finally finish my memoir of my travels". Cranky then set his memoir down on his table."Hm I'm gonna need some more light" he left the room and returned back with a candle on a holder. "Now to place this candle on the side of desk with the box of my cherished memories down at bottom from of my desk". "Better get my drink though" he left again and returned with a glass of grape juice. "Hm I could use some fresh air, I should opened a window". he opened the window in the same room. "Now I can concentrate on my work".

As soon as he sat down he heard a thump sound outside his window. "Hey Cranky!" Cranky was a too familiar with that voice and already knew who it was. "Why hello Pinkie" he replied back. "Hey are these stuff yours" the pink pony pointed at his display plates and Faberge eggs.

"It certainly is Pinkie" he spoke proudly. "Wow you really got some neat stuff" Pinkie took a moment to look at his stuff. "Well anyways I wished I can stay and chat but I got go and meet up with my friends" she explained and soon left.

Back in the Everfree forest with three of the friends gone. It was just Twilight, Rarity, and Fluttershy left to take care of the doodle. "Quick Rarity try to hold her with your magic while I try to stun her" she then turned to Fluttershy "Fluttershy try forcing her towards us" the two friends agreed.

The doodle kept running with the occasional dodge from Twilight magic blast. Suddenly Fluttershy flew in front of her causing her to change direction. Rarity then caught the doodle and levitate her in mid air. "Alright you ruffian you better hold or-" before she could finished that sentence she stuck and she was sinking. "What the.." losing her concentration the doodle broke free and ran off.

"Rarity hold on!" Fluttershy shouted and flew to rescue Rarity from the quicksand. "I'll help too" Twilight approached them. "No Twilight!" Rarity yelled back. "You can't let that pony go who knows what mayhem she could cause". "But Rarity.." Twilight tried to reason. "No buts, Fluttershy can handle this just go".

It took a moment but Twilight trusted her friend and ran to catch with the doodle pony. Twilight saw the doodle within view but soon realized she couldn't reach up to her. So she came up with new plan. Holding the pencil in her mouth she teleported and reappeared right in front of the doodle, tackling her to the ground.

With the doodle stun Twilight then viciously used the eraser and began erasing the doodle piece by piece. Soon a dust was form and when the dust disperse all was left was a panting purple unicorn with wide eyes. Seeing that her task was done she took a breather to collect herself. She looked at the pencil and saw that she almost used up the entire eraser. After a couple of minutes she headed back to where her two friends was. Unbeknownst to her a piece of the doodle hoof survived and was trailing behind the unicorn.

Back with her friends Twilight spotted Rarity and Fluttershy but also other three friends as well. Dash was the first to notice Twilight's arrival. "Hey you here, does that mean the doodle is gone?" she asked as the other girls look at Twilight for confirmation. "Yes girls the doodle pony is indeed gone" showing off the used up eraser end of the pencil. "Alright!" Pinkie yelled happily as she bounced up. "Do you know what this calls for?" she questioned even though her friends already know the answers to that.

"Is it a party" Twilight spoke and receiving a big strong hug from the pink mare. "That's right, party at my place!" Pinkie then proceed to hop her way home while the other girls just smiled and follow after her, including their little stalker.

The party at Pinkie's place was as always a blast. This was a perfect solution to help ease the girls in their recent crazy adventure. The party lasted for a while but eventually each of the girl have to leave. Twilight was the second to go after Fluttershy. Twilight trotted the dark empty streets of Ponyville deep in thought.

She decided that this pencil, while could have good intentions still need something to work out. As she reached the door she tried to push but for whatever reason something was holding back. "Spike! are you awake!" she shout while knocking on the door.

Twilight then heard a series of unlocking coming from the other side of the door. The same door then opened revealing the same purple dragon. "Spike what with all the locks?" she asked her little assistant. "Security reason, Twilight "he replied back allowing Twilight to enter. " Ever since this morning when Pinkie just suddenly appeared in our home, I thought if she could get in here what is somepony else?" Spike questioned while Twilight sat down to listen. " All for we know some deranged pony maniac could just come here" he said sounding worried.

"Spike I know living in Ponyville is a lot different then in Canterlot, but these ponies are nice folks" she reassured Spike as she put a hoof on his shoulder. "Sure it's weird that most the houses don't have locks, even stranger that most of the house don't even have doorknobs" she continued on. "However, this town is very peaceful".

"But what about all those occasional disasters like Cerberus or cow stampede" Spike commented. "OK there's that but the ponies here are nice". she rebutted. "Except that time with Zecora and that vendor guy who was being a jerk to Fluttershy" he replied back.

"Spike your kinda ruining my point" she then yawned. "Look Spike I'm really tired now and it's past your bedtime" she then used her magic to remove the locks from the door. "What are you doing Twilight?" he almost yelled. Twilight then out the locks into a box and put them in a corner. "Spike these locks aren't necessary, like I said this town is quite peaceful" she said as she lifted Spike up with her magic.

"But Twilight how can you be sure of that, I mean sure the ponies are nice. But, what other things that aren't ponies like monsters, zombies, aliens" as Spike kept on listing possible threats Twilight using her magic she rock the baby dragon. Spike's eye started to struggle to remain open but, eventually they were closed and the little dragon was asleep.

She smiled at the sight of the sleeping dragon and tuck him in his basket bed. "Good night" she said as she kissed his forehead. Twilight then trotted to her bed, tuck her self in and slept.

Meanwhile just outside their house is a white rectangular object hopping towards the door. The white object quietly pushed the door open granting it entry inside. Once inside the doodle decide to climb up the nearest table to get a better view of the room. As she climb on the leg of the table to the top, fortune shined upon her as she already spotted her objective. The magical pencil, with waiting the doodle hopped towards the pencil and picked it up.

The doodle then proceed to herself a new body, one resembling a certain purple unicorn. Once done the doodle turned her head towards the upstairs bedroom of the Twilight and Spike.

"Twilight wake up" "Twilight wake up" Twilight mumbled but she eventually opened her eyes. The first thing she sees is Spike tied up with a worried expression on his face. Upon seeing his distress she shot her eyes open and try to move but couldn't. She found herself tied up as well. She then tried to use magic, same results.

She then up at her horn and saw some kind on cone covering her horn. Whatever it is it somehow negating her magic abilities. "Spike what's going on?" she asked. Rather then explain Spike moved his towards the left. Seeing him point toward something she turned around and saw white version of herself. "Doodle is that you?" she asked nervously.

In response the doodle turned around and revealed herself. The doodle was now a exact copy of Twilight Sparkle minus the colors. This new body was much more different from her old one. Before she a crudely drawn pony made by some little child, now she's a fully sketched pony.

The doodle then slowly trotted to her prey with a wicked smile on her face. Twilight was now starting to freak out. She has no idea what the doodle was going to do to her and Spike. Suddenly she felt a a burning feeling. She turned and saw Spike blowing a small amount of green flames on the rope tying her.

The doodle seems to notice this and using her magic, she threw Spike to a nearby bookshelf. Upon impact books began to fall and buried him in a pile of books. "SPIKE!" she screamed. Twilight then turned her eyes towards the doodle. The doodle notice the fury in her eyes and before she could do anything the the purple unicorn broke the restraint and tackled her.

With the rope weakened, Twilight was able to break free and tackle the doodle. During the struggle Twilight was able to take off the cone on her horn and proceeds to blast the doodle with magic. The doodle was sent flying to a wall dropping the pencil. She then picked up the pencil and was prepared to erase the doodle for good this time.

Unfortunately the doodle recovered quickly and blasted Twilight with her own magic. The blast sent her to a bookcase, dropping books and paper on the floor near her. Twilight tried to get up but was pushed down by the doodle's magic blast. The doodle continued to pinned the purple unicorn while she slowly trotted towards her target.

As got closer one of her hoof stepped on a piece of paper and it absorbed her hoof. The doodle stopped her assault and struggled to get the paper off. Twilight took noticed to the doodle distraction and came to simple conclusion. She was about about to send a book at the doodle, but immediately stopped. "Wait I can't just throw any book!" as began to scan the book around her.

Twilight was trying to find which book to throw at the doodle. This was not a simple task since she practically like all the books, even the really bad ones. "lets see now" she picked up a book. "The Animal Encyclopedia, no too important" she put it aside as she picked up another book. "Daring Do and the sands of time, no Dash would kill me if anything happens to her favorite books" she put the book aside. "Aha here you go!" she spoke triumphantly and she threw the dictionary at the doodle.

The dictionary began to absorb more of the doodle into it. Seeing it work Twilight scan for more books to use for her assault. A few selection were used, they were: a old dirty book, a children book giving a brief history of Equestria, and a book about a mare falling in love with vampire.

Once she threw the last book at the doodle, she completely disappeared. Twilight trotted over to the book and flipped them up. She then saw pieces of the doodle drawn on the various books she threw at her. With the doodle gone Twilight rushed towards Spike and see if he is OK.

She found Spike emerging from the pile of books, rubbing his head with his claw. "Oh hey Twilight" he said "You took care of that thing?" "Yes, I did Spike" she said as she inspect Spike's head for any bruises. Spike then took a look at the condition of their home. "Jeez look at all the mess you two made" he said tiredly.

"Don't worry Spike I'll help you" she said to the little dragon. She then yawned "But it's really late, lets do it tomorrow" both her and Spike returned to beds. As they starting to sleep Spike had to say something. "Oh Twilight" the dragon asked. "Yes Spike?" she replied back. "Well I would like to say, I told you so" Spike pointed out and the only response was sigh from the unicorn.

The next morning Rainbow Dash was flying towards to library. The reason was because she needed to returned a book. With yesterday excitement she totally forgot about it and right now she needed to return it before it's overdue. As she knocked the door slowly open ajar. Dash trotted in and saw both Twilight and Spike cleaning a messy library.

"Jeez guys was there hurricane in here or what?" Dash asked. Twilight looked and saw her rainbow friend and gave her a short summary of what happened last night. "Wow that quite a night you two had" Dash spoke. "Yeah but now it's over".

"What about the magic pencil ?" she asked. "Oh that I decided to returned back to Canterlot" Twilight said nonchalantly, much to the pegasus shock. "What!, but I had so many idea with it".

"I'm sorry Dash but the pencil is too much for us, perhaps in another time but right now I don't Equestria is ready for such an item" she finished as she continued her work leaving the the blue pegasus in disbelief

Meanwhile somewhere in Canterlot a scroll appeared out of green flame floating for a while until someone picked it up with their own magic. The unknown figure opened it up and read it out loud.

Dear Princess Celestia

I have just received the package and while it showed great potentials and I would recommend holding it back for a while. The reason is because while it proves to be useful the problem is that it is too powerful. With the power of creation, if it falls into the wrong hoof it will spell doom for Equestria. So right now right I have ordered a delivery of the item back to you and hope you will take great measures to care of it.

Suddenly a knock on door nearby opened to reveal the same strange purple pony from yesterday. "Hey boss the package you delivered has returned to you" she said while holding the package towards the unknown figure.

The figure picked up the package with both his lion paw hand and his griffon talon. "Well my little pony, it looks like this little thing managed to create some chaos for the girls" he spoke with amused tone. "Come now Screwball lets get something to eat" he walks towards the door with Screwball following after him.
