Chapter one
Celestia's horn glowed as she used her magic to lower the sun and make way for her young sister, Luna to raise the moon for the night. When the sun was behind the horizon the night princess immediately got to work, painting the dark canvas with stars surrounding the moon in a beautiful, deep blue mist that was the night sky.
Celestia looked up at the stars and gave a happy sigh at Luna's breathtaking skills at making the night look so beautiful. She could never match her little sister's practiced hoof, no matter how hard she tried. The last thousand years of the night princess being banished to the moon made that evidently clear.
But, Celestia didn't just sigh because of the beautiful sight that was glowing before her. Recently she had been growing lonesome and desired somepony to bed her at night when she no longer needed to worry about governing Equestria. There had even been times, when she was alone, she would use her magic to soundproof her chambers and lock the windows and doors to give her full assurance she was alone and could go uninterrupted, and pleasure herself with her hooves and magic.
It wasn't enough. Not tonight. Tonight, she wanted somepony with her in bed, but she wouldn't dare ask any of her subjects, or members of the Royal Guard to join her in her bed. She didn't want any of them, either. No. For some reason, her thoughts were locked onto the monarch who attacked her castle by pretending to be her niece only a month ago, Queen Chrysalis.
Why do I desire Chrysalis? She asked herself.
Oddly enough, Chrysalis had been on her mind all month, and it wasn't because she was angry with her. For some reason she wanted Chrysalis, and often found herself thinking about the monarch when she gave her marehood some attention.
Could it be that I've... She thought to herself. She immediately shook the idea out of her head and turned away from the balcony and walked back inside her chambers, closing the door behind her with her magic then stopped short when she noticed she was not alone in her room.
There, standing by the fireplace, wich had been lit prior to Celestia setting the sun, was the figure of a tall, black pony with holes along her legs, long, flat, silky hair, and clear, insectile wings stretched from her back.
"Chrysalis!" Celestia exclaimed.
"Hello, my dear Celestia." The queen replied as she turned her gave to the alicorn with a smile on her face. "It's been a while."
"What are you doing here?" Celestia asked, assuming a defensive position. Chrysalis only chuckled.
"I'm only paying a visit to the most beautiful princess in Equestria." She stated, matter-of-factly. Celestia blinked at this. Why would she say something like that, unless she was trying to get her to lower her defenses so she could try to take over Equestria again.
"You better give me a good reason not to call the guards in here right now and have you arrested!"
"Is that anyway to treat one who shows an interest in you, my darling?" Chrysalis replied, causing Celestia to falter in her stance for a brief moment. Was she flirting with her, or was she just trying to use her? Was this just a trick to get her to lower her defenses and give her opportunity, or was she stating truth?
"Yes, I know your feelings toward me, Celestia." Chrysalis said. "I've known about them since the day of the wedding." Celestia blinked.
"What did you do to me?" Celestia asked.
"I've done nothing, my dear." Chrysalis replied. She sat on her haunches next to the fireplace, gazing at the white alicorn with a gentle smile, wich was odd. "You know, my dear, I can please both the male," she winked at Celestia as a small flash of green light appeared and disappeared in a second. "... and the female." Chrysalis let out a chuckle.
Celestia's eyes trailed down the queen's body until they met her midsection and widened with what she saw. Resting between Chrysalis' hind legs was the black stump of a male's member, wich began to stretch out proudly as Celestia's cheeks began to flush a deep red.
"You like what you see?" Chrysalis asked before she stood up and started walking toward Celestia, who was frozen in place as her cheeks flushed violently with her eyes locked on the growing member dangling between the queen's legs.
"You want it, don't you?" Chrysalis asked in a seductive voice. Celestia didn't answer. She just kept her eyes locked on the black shaft as it hardened.

"I can grant you your wish tonight, my darling." Chrysalis said. Celestia's cheeks burned furiously, puting the color of an apple to shame. Chrysalis smiled and closed the gap between them, locking their lips together in a kiss that, surprisingly, was filled with more love than lust. Celestia's eyes shot wide open as Chrysalis closed hers. Celestia did nothing to resist the kiss before she started to melt into it.
After a minute Chrysalis broke the kiss, breathing heavily while Celestia just stayed in that spot as though they were still locked together. Celestia opened her eyes, realizing the kiss had ended and stared at the queen standing in front of her, who smiled at her lovingly.
"Would you like me to bed you this night, Princess Celestia?" Chrysalis asked.
After a minute Celestia answered by locking their lips together again, opening her mouth to allow her tongue to explore Chrysalis' mouth as she did the same thing. Their tongues were locked in battle as they moved toward the bed. Chrysalis broke the kiss and tossed Celestia onto the bed on her back, then hopped over the princess, her fully hardened penis grinding at Celestia's folds. "Stay with me tonight." Celestia said.
"Of course I will my love." Chrysalis replied. "Now rest. We both have a long day ahead of us tomorrow."
They both layed there, wrapped in each others forelegs before they surrendered themselves to sleep.

The next morning Celestia woke up with a smile on her face, the sun was already raised, but she was alone in her bed. She sat up and looked around the room to see the balcony door was opened and Chrysalis was nowhere to be seen. She began to frown until her eyes fell onto her desk and she saw a rolled up piece of parchment with a black ribbon tying it closed.
She got up off her bed and walked over to her desk and looked down at the scroll before she levitated it in her magic, then opened it up to read the contents within.
My love, I thought it was best that I take my leave before the day begon, that's why I'm not there to tell you in person. Rest assured, I will return to you very soon my dear. I love you, Celestia, and I look forward to our next meeting.

And unless you wish to explain to your sister and subjects why you're expecting a new foal in a few months, I suggest you do something about my seed inside you, and soon.

Celestia read over the note, at first with a smile, then she frowned when she read the last bit. She was completely lost in her ecstasy last night as Chrysalis bucked her, she didn't take into consideration the consequences of their love making. She sat the parchment back on the desk, then placed a hoof over her belly as she thought about the possibility of her carrying a foal. The thought of actually being a mother filled her with joy, but if she were to keep this child she would either have to tell everypony the truth, or come up with some kind of lie and disappear for several months until their foal was born and she could ensure its safety.

Chapter two
All through the next few weeks Celestia performed her royal duties as if nothing ever happened the night before. Even though there was the high possibility of her being pregnant, she kept her usual regal and cheerful expression on her face as she went through the day. Every now and again, when she had spare time, she would place a hoof on her belly and think about the child she may have conceived.
Will you be a boy, or a girl? She asked silently. Will you be more like me, or your... other mother? Many questions came into her mind about what the foal would be like. Then she remembered Chrysalis' early recommendation.
... unless you wish to explain to your sister and your subjects why your expecting in a few months, I suggest you do something about my seed, soon.
The words writen on the parchment with the voice of the queen speaking them in Celestia's mind, she then thought about how to explain to her kingdom why she was pregnant, and when the foal was born why it was part changeling. She could easily avoid the whole thing by getting an abortion, but the simple thought of terminating an unborn child made her sick to her stomach.
Wait... she actually was feeling sick! Her stomach started to turn and she felt an unpleasant sensation rising up her throat.
She had to act fast, but running through the castle to find a bathroom was out of the question, and she didn't want to risk harming the baby by teleporting if she was pregnant, so she lit her horn and conjured up a bucket out of the air and levitated it under her chin. Just in time too.
The sound of magic being cast, followed by the unpleasant sound of somepony throwing up caught the guards stationed at Celestia's throne and they all turned tgeir heads to find Celestia with her head in the bucket.
"Princess!" One of the guards called as he ran up to her aid. Being a unicorn, he used his magic to take the bucket from her and held it there until she was done. The sound wasn't pleasant by any means, but the guard had endured worse things before this, plus he had kids, so handling somepony being sick was not uncommon for him.
When Celestia was done the guard held the bucket up for her a little longer before she nodded her head to let him know it was fine. He lowered the bucket and sat it down before having another guard go and get the medic, wich the others did without hesitation.
"You didn't have to call the madic..." She breathed.
"Your highness, with all do respect, you did just get sick, and that never happens to an alicorn." He replied.
"I know corporal, but it's nothing to worry about, I can assure you." She reassured, knowing exactly the reason why she just all of the sudden threw up in the middle of the audience chamber.
The guard started to protest when the guard came in with the nurse, who ran right up to her monarch with a bag of supplies in her mouth. She sat her bag down, opened it and began to examine Celestia, starting with her temperature. She made several examinations with a few of her tools she brought with her. After a minute she looked up at the princess with a slight look of shock. Celestia gave her a reassuring smile while the guards watched closely.
"How is she?" The guard asked. The nurse regained herself and put her tools back in the bag before she looked up at the guard.
"She's fine corporal, she just will be a little ill, and may be behaving differently for a few months." The nurse replied.
"Why? What's wrong?"
"That's for her to tell."
The guard looked up at Celestia with concern as she just smiled at him. She looked a little weak and drained, but that wasn't realy nerve-racking since she just got sick.
"Princess, what's going on?" He asked.
"I'll explain later," she answered. "... but right now I need to rest. Cancel all my appointments."
"For how long?"
"For the next few months at least. When my sister wakes please tell her to come see me in my chambers." Celestia instrucked.
"Your highness, if I may..."
"All will be explained later corporal, but for now, please just follow my instructions." Celestia interrupted. For a minute she had a staring contest with the young pegasus before he admited defeat with a sigh and let his head drop.
"Very well princess." He said.
"Thank you corporal."
"I will acompany you back to your chambers princess." A female guard called asshe stepped closer. Celestia smiled at her and nodded her head as she stepped from her throne and walked down beside her.
They both left the audience chamber and walked through the corridors alone, greeted by a few guards and other ponies staying at the palace for a while. They came around a corner where nopony was around and they were out of earshot from anypony in the halls.
"So, when is the foal do?" The guard asked. Celestia stopped and looked at the unicorn walking with her in shock. The guard looked up at her and gave her a reassuring smile. "I've seen enough pregnant mares to know the signs of early pregnancy. But don't worry princess, your secret's safe with me." Celestia took a minute to consider the guard's words.
"Flutterwing, right?" Celestia asked. The mare gave her head a nod as her answer. Celestia smiled having confirmed the name of the guard she was with. "Well, yes... I am pregnant. Its going to be another eight months at least before my foal is born, but I don't know if I'll let it known I'm expecting yet."
"Princess, if I may, you have already stated that you would explain things later."
"I am aware of that, Flutterwing." Celestia said with a sigh.
"Might I ask princess..." Flutterwing paused to allow her monarch to reply. When Celestia looked up, Flutterwing leaned in closer. "Why is it you don't wish for your foal to be known? All of Equestria, and your student would be overjoyed with the knowledge of a new member of the royal family."
Celestia let out a long sigh as she allowed her head to drop.
"It's something to do with the father, isn't it?" Celestia looked back up at Flutterwing. "I won't ask anymore about it princess." Celestia gave her a thankful smile, then they continued down the hall toward Celestia bed chambers.
Celestia thanked Flutterwing one more time and odered that nopony except her sister was permitted to enter before entering her chambers, then locked herself inside. She walked over to her bed and carefully layed herself on her side, conjuring up a new bucket incase she needed it.
"So you decided to keep our child." Came a familiar voice from the balcony. Celestia looked up to see her lover walking up to her bedside with a loving smile.
"I couldn't terminate the pregnancy. It's not in my nature to end a ponies life." Celestia explained.
"What are you going to do when your subjects find out?" Chrysalis asked.
"I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet my love." Celestia replied as she lay on her bed, looking up at the queen who got her pregnant. Chrysalis reached up and took Celestia's hoof in her own, smiling gently at her with pure love in her eyes.
Why was Chrysalis showing so much love and kindness to her? This could very well be a trick to regain control, but Celestia felt no threat coming from the changeling queen. She knew there was a good chance that this was a trick, that Chrysalis could change her appearance at any moment and take her place. All these thought were credible threats that could become a reality in the next five seconds...
"Mph!"
Celestia was pulled out of her thoughts as she found Chrysalis locking their lips together in a passionate kiss. All the potential negative possibilities vanished from her mind as she melted into their kiss. She didn't care anymore. She wanted to carry Chrysalis' baby proudly and care for it as it grew.
Chrysalis broke the kiss and stared into Celestia's eyes with love. "You could elope with me" she suggested. Celestia's heart swelled up at the idea.
"Are... are you asking me..."
She was cut off by another kiss from her lover. She did love Chrysalis for over a month, and the past couple of weeks she had come to realize that she loved her too. Finally Chrysalis broke the kiss, keeping her muzzle an inch from Celestia's.
"Celestia of Equestria, I have loved before, but none of them have was willing to accept me as you are." Chrysalis explained. "I can sense your fears and you still choose to love me, and you wish to keep our child." Celestia's heart started beating rapidly as Chrysalis spoke, anticipating what her lover was about to say next with rising fear and excitement. "Celestia... "
Chrysalis was interrupted by the door swinging open and a deep, faded blue alicorn with flowing mane and tail that sparkled like the night sky she was charged with. Luna stopped dead in her tracks as soon as she saw Queen Chrysalis sitting next to her sister's bed, holding her hoof in her own.
There was a long, painful silence in between the three mares as they stared at each other. Celestia knew what would happen if she didn't stop it now. She opened her mouth to say something, but didn't get the chance as Luna charged at Chrysalis, using her magic to hold the queen against the wall next to the bed as she glared up at her.
"What are you doing here?!"
