When my mom steped in(god bless her soul) to help provide a job for me, I was ecstatic. I felt like I could finally be given a chance to prove myself worthy of finding and keeping a job. I worked there,as a volunteer, for a month. Why did I work as a volunteer? To prove myself a dependable worker,but apparently it wasn't enough. My occupation hired someone else on; soooo they let me go... (assholes). What, I didn't say anything, Aaaanyway, moving on. My previous days were spent playing on my phone,going on Youtube, finding someone to talk to on Xbox Live, and all around finding a way to stem my boredom. I know,right? Really? You'd do that for me? Thanks for the offer, I'll consider it. Anyways; I was living with my mom at the time looking for somekind of fulfillment;some employment or something to keep my self from getting bored.The last thing I wanted was to live with my Dad again. I know it seems cruel to say; but I will not go back to that Princess-forsaken desert again!!! No Pool, No Internet,No Relief during the hundred and twelve degree sun, and NO MENTAL RELIEF FROM MY DAD'S CONSTANT NAGGING!!!!!!!!! .......I'm sorry you had to see that.... Anyway I was out in town exploring when i discovered this weird bookstore. No, not decrepit weird, I mean completly-stuck-out-like-a-sore-hoof weird. What did it look like? well.... it was...colorful, like a Rainbow; but it also had an etherial look to it;almost like it had the reflecting prowess of a giant diamond.It intreaged me to say the least. When i walked in; i found myself in a near -empty bookstore. No, the shelves were completly stocked with a ton of books, and when I say a ton of books; I mean there was probably more books in that store than in your library and the Canterlot archives COMBINED. I know, hard to believe.So like I said, near empty; like there was hardly anybody in there except a few customers and some employees. Almost immeadiatly after the door shut,I was greeted by a person by the name of Bill. How did I know his name? He had a name tag on his shirt. Duh. He was a kinda short fellow with dark skin, and very little hair on his head, like he shaved his head or something. He also had a goatee on his face.I don't know why he had a goatee, He just does. When he came up to me he had a nice, charming voice like he was always able to be happy and calm. "Welcome to the Shining Tome, what can i do for you today?" he said with a deep,although young voice. "Don't mind me, I'm just looking around." i said in response. "Okay, let me know when you need anything." he said passively. I nodded in response as I wander deeper into the store. when I was near the back of the store, I noticed a faint glow coming from a door. My curiosity got the better of me,as I walked into the room I saw a large book with golden trims on the corners and a unicorn head emblem on the cover. When I reached my hand out to touch it, I was immeadiatly shrouded by a white light which was instantly followed by darkness. when I awoke, I was greeted by a voice whispering in my ear. "Rodrick.....Rodrick......" A soft voice was calling my name. I couldn't tell if I was dead or dreaming. I opened my eyes and got the scare of a life time;heck it still scares me today. There was my brother Renac, staring into my face, barely a few inches away from me;and he said the scariest,most funny thing EVER. "Brrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooootttttttthhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" Needless to say; I screamed like a stinkin banshee after coming out of a drunken stupor with the mother of all hangovers. "What the Fuck?!?!?!? How did you get here?" I said with a scared, surprised voice My brother was asleep when he said that; which scared me even more. I was also surprised that my brother was there instead of his apartment in California. See,my brother was working in a military hospital training as a doctor and medic on the battlefield. No, he doesn't heal animals; though he does have a knack for detecting injuries and quite literally laughs at pain. he even got stabbed in the hand with a scalpel and shrugged it off like it was nothing....MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I MEAN LOOK AT THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, I'm just a little jealous about my brother being able to withstand pain much better than I ever can. Anyway, I found myself in the middle of a grassy plain, after I stopped making a complete and utter fool -or in pony grammer foal- of myself. When I looked around I saw there were no landmarks. NONE. ZIP ZILCH. NADA. NYET. What I did find however still scares me. I saw a large red-eyed black dragon and an equally big sapphire-eyed azure dragon. Behind them, was an even bigger and much scarier, scarlet dragon with what looked like an entire galaxy for it's eyes. I didn't react much to this,  as I was more concerned with finding my family. Hey! If you saw YOUR brother laying next to you in an open field,I bet you would react the same way! I found my brother, Renac laying to my left; I found Ganulf my fourteen year old brother laying to my right; laying in front of me was gerik my eleven year old brother, and laying above me was Isaiah my adoptive fourteen year old brother. I found that I couldn't move and was chained to my brothers through some magical means cause when I tried to move, I saw my brothers wince in pain. What shocked me after that was the dragons after they started to speak and in my language too. "Don't move or you'll bring unbearable pain to you're sibblings. The black dragon said as he pinned me further into the ground. "Where am I?" I asked, finding difficulty trying to get air into my lungs.You are in the plain between realms, and we have called you and your siblings to save a peaceful world from everlasting darkness and destruction. The azure dragon said in a assurtive voice. "I.....can't.....breath............" I felt myself blacking out from lack of oxygen, but willed myself into conciousness. The black dragon lifted it's claws as I felt myself growing weaker. These dragons seem different than the other dragons from here, while your dragons hoard treasure for their nests; these dragons had a hoard of gems and other stuff for us. How did I know? They told me. Again, DUH. Anyways when I felt the pressure of my body I felt a rush of air go into my body as I breathed a desperate breath from near suffocation. "Thank you for not crushing me. Now, what do you mean save a world?" Both dragons explained to me that they have been watching me for the longest time and that they found me worthy of being the hero of equestria since I value the lessons that the inhabitants cherish so much; then they showed me the events of YOUR world. Everything from when Twilight first came to Ponyville to your trip to the Grand Galloping Gala. From the return of the spirit of chaos and disharmony to the wedding of Captain Shining Armor and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. Even the visit to the crystal empire to the coronation of Twilight Sparkle. Even some.......different futures and alternate timelines. Like what you may ask? Well...... some of the alternate timelines are..........disturbing to put it lightly; Like for example the death of Twilight Sparkle. No, I won't go into details but I can tell you that all of you're friends would still care about you, even Celestia shed a few tears for you. I'd say she saw you as a type of daughter. Anyway when the presentation was over; the dragons told me to save you guys from the "ultimate evil". then all of a sudden I felt myself falling into a hole and pulled around by my brothers' chains; Then all of a sudden *BAM* I shitwhip my face into some surprisingly soft dirt,blacking out almost instantly. What's shitwhipping? it's when you like instantly go from 0-60 MPH and instantly fall to a specific part of your body; in this case, my face. Anyways, when I came to, I felt......different. Like when I tried to bench press a wheel chair and felt stronger afterwards. I ran my talons through my hair. Wait........TALONS? TALONS?!?!?!?! I looked over my self and found I had eagle talons for hands. I quickly looked around for a reflective surface. Behind me was a small pond, clear as a crystal. I have to say, I was impressed with the water quality here. When I looked into the pond, I was completly and utterly dumbfounded. I had the head of an over sized eagle with a pair of a glasses with a mahogany-colored frame and lenses that darkened as they were exposed to sunlight, a jet black lion body, a large set of wings, a pair of Navy blue talons with white claws and a large tatau on my front left shoulder. The tatau was a symbol of balance, the Yin/Yang medallion. What does the symbol represent? It is supposed to symbolize the eternal dance of light and dark, push and pull, Twi and La, Good and Evil, Yin and Yang; but in my case, it's different. When I was done looking in the mirrored surface, I realized what I was. HOLY SHIT, I'M A GRIFFON!!!!!!!!! I said in both shock and bewilderment. "Rodrick, is that you?" "Renac it's nice to se--" That was all I could say before I was stunned into silence. I was staring into the green eyes of a Large stallion adorned with a horn and wings. It's fur was completely white with green and blue streaks running horizontally along the middle of his body like a dividing line. It's mane was black and was done up in a wolf tail. It's tail was black and had red streaks running through it and was done up in a pony tail. It was also wearing my brother's glasses, black-rimmed square glasses that had lenses that can darken in the sunlight. he also had a symbol;but instead of on his shoulder like mine, it was on his flank. his tatau was a needle filled with some kind of serum being laid vertically while an extreeeemly long katana ran across it. In the background of the tatau was a Dragon looking up. I knew what I was staring at and reacted as follows. RENAC?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? HOLY CRAP YOUR AN ALICORN!!!!!!!!!!!! I said in utter shock and awe. "Really?" he said as he approached the lake in skepticisim. Renac probably had the most severe reaction of all of us combined when he looked at the pond. His expression and reaction were completly and utterly hilarious. I bet even Discord would have laughed his tail of at the reaction. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH--" That was all he did before collapsing on the ground in complete and utter fear! *GASP* *pant pant pant* Man it was funny!! he looked like a scapegoat in the path of a station wagon! "Heeeeeyyy! what's with the noise?" a familiar voice said in annoyance. "Ganulf are yo-" I stopped in shock as I found the source of the voice. A black furred, muscular unicorn stallion with a small lengthy scar across his right cheek, his mane was shoulder-length and mahogony with a white zigzag across the front. He had a tatau too; it was a bulls-eye with a knife right next to it; In the background was a pair of white dragon's wings. His tail was short and had a white stripe along the tip, "Okay, ummmmm..... don't be too shocked buuuuuuut.........Your a unicorn." I said with concern in my voice. "HAHAHAHAHA.... yeah right, Rodrick. Good one." Ganulf said mockingly. "Don't believe me? Take a look in this pond." I said with smug confidence. When he looked he went wide-eyed with shock,fury,with a hint of excitement. After a few seconds of staring, he passed out. I'm pretty sure that at least one of you would react in the same way if you were different than what you once were. I'm talking to you little lady. Don't give me that look; you would too. Anywho, When Ganulf fainted(No I'm not going to change the word for your pride) he inadvertantly landed on gerik. "OUCH!!!!! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?!?!?!?!" Gerik said in a huff. "It was an accident!" I said with an authouritive voice "HOW WAS IT AN ACCIDENT?!?!?!?" He said defiantly "He kiiiiiiiiiiinda went into shock at his new body. You probably will too." I said in a comidic way. "What do you mean 'Went into shock'?" He questioned. "Take a look yourself." I said directing him to the pond. Sure enough, he stood there shocked about his new body. At first, I was worried he wouldn't take it well at all; but after a few minutes, he was practically jumping with excitement and joy. When he looked himself over, You coulda see the energy and mischief in his eyes. What does he look like? Well, he's like your assistant in a lot of ways. First he is a dragon about four feet tall, about his age. Second He is a little bigger than he is. Third and most importantly when he belched from indigestion, he could breath LIGHTNING. I know,Awesome right?!?! Getting back on topic, He has Black scales with a red under belly, White Spikes on his spine and on the outer edges of his tail; Kinda like a double-edged sword. He had a tatau on his belly;It looked like a lightning bolt going into a metal rod. "OH MY GAWD, THIS IS AWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEESOMMMMMMMMMEEE. I WONDER WHA--" *BELCH* Let me tell you, he was a horse feather away from turning me into fried griffon. "HEY!!!! WATCH IT!!!!!!!!!!" Suddenly, I was engulfed in shadows and became bulkier than before. My feathers changed from white to jet black and my eyes were completely shadowed in. This lasted all of several moments, before I realized what happened. "Whoa." That was all I said before Isaiah woke up and, by the look on his face, was wondering what was happening. "AUGH, What happened last night." He said as he held his head in pain. "Well, we've been transported to some place we don't know, got turned into mythical creatures, and to top it off, Gerik and I seem to have super powers." I said, matter-of-factly. "Wait....WHAT?!?!?!?" He had to do a double take on what I said. "You heard me; Oh and We all changed into mythical beasts. Take a look at us and yourself." He did and he just kept a blank face. I can never tell what he is thinking when it comes to surprising circumstances. I don't think any of you can. You would have to ask him yourself to find that out. He is an Earth pony with a very distinct feature, his determination. He's somewhat muscular but because of his slender frame you can't really tell. He also has a buzz-cut afro. His tatau is a pair of legs in a running position. He also wore a pair of Brown framed Glasses and a necklace with an energy wisp design. He only said two words when he was done staring at himself in the mirror. "Well,Shit." However, what does a man do when the true battlefield rages within his own soul? Just when we were getting over the situation at hand, I noticed a blue blur fly straight towards me. Before I was able to react, the blue blur rammed into me with the force of a drugged and confused angry guy shouting "WHERE AM I". Needless to say, I hit the ground. HARD. "OWWIEEEEEEEE!!! Y U HURT ME?!?! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!! I said angrily at the blue blur that ran into me. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU HERE?!" The blur said in a very familiar tomboyish tone of voice. When the voice said that, Rodrick stopped and looked at what he was knocked down by. He saw a Sky blue pegasus with a rainbow mane and tail, Magenta eyes and a cloud with a Rainbow colored lightning bolt on it's flank. At this sight, Rodrick found he was staring and glaring at none other than the Element of loyalty(and possibly, the most bad ass pony in the world), Rainbow Dash. He also noticed that this famous pony is EXTREMLY pissed off at him and kept eyeing him in suspicion. I never did get that apology from you, Rainbow Crash. How do i know that nickname?  I know a lot about you and your friends. Like I said before, I have seen your past events; including your excursion into the humanversion of your world Twily; You gotta tell me about that later. How do I know about that? My bosses told me about that a little bit ago. I'll add that into the story when we get to it; Now, if you please? "Ummmmm.....why are you looking at me like that?" I said out of fear. "ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!!!!" Rainbow said angrily "GOOD JOB, RAINBOW DASH!" Rainbow Dash and Rodrick look to see that a lavender colored Alicorn with purple eyes was glaring daggers at the rainbow themed pegasus; Apparently angry at her for tackling their unexpected guest. The Alicorn had Violet eyes, and a mane that was all different shades of the ultra-violet spectrum and waved on an invisible wind. This is the Newly crowned Princess; Twilight Sparkle.(aka the most OP'ed alicorn ever.) Rodrick started backing away in fear and caution as the lavender Alicorn came closer. then Twilight noticed other beings in the clearing as well. Rodrick started to look in cautious aggresion as she approached them. Twilight got a huge,unnerving grin on her face as her horn glowed a light purple. "um....what are you doing?" I said worriedly "Just an identification spell, Don't worry;it's harmless." "Really? An Identification spell?" I deadpanned "Even though I know little about magic, I KNOW that spell is made up. It sounds like something a four year old made up. You always were a bad liar." Twilight stood there in shock and awe at what she heard while Rainbow was Laughing her flank off. Apparently I caught on to your Horse puckey sooner than you thought; huh Twily? Don't give me that look. I knew the moment you made that unnerving grin; that's the grin you make when you discover something new and/or mysterious. Try not to get to down. I get like that too sometimes. Really Really. Now where was I? "Care to tell me what your actually going to---" That was all Rodrick said before he got knocked out by a pair of orange hooves. Well after that little incident; I found myself in a black void, wandering aimlessly, hoping that I would eventually find a way out. All of a sudden a Bright flash of light filled the room. I found myself in that field again. The two Dragons appeared again,this time with stern faces. "Rodrick, You and your brothers are destined for greatness. The world you are in is in serious danger." "The one that is feared will return and he will bring devestation and calamity to this world." "It has already brought it's wrath to your world. Watch this. GOOD LUCK HEROES!!! Rodrick woke up in a gloomy, dank dungeon cell in a currently unknown location. He noticed that his brothers were in the same cell as him some awake, some still unconcious. Suddenly Rodrick heard a voice from across the room. "Ah, You are awake." "Ugh....where am I?" I said painfully "You are in the dungeon below Canterlot Castle and are my prisoner." "Canterlot? Did anyon--ANYPONY drag us here?" I asked "Twilight Sparkle called for the guards to imprison you and your friends." "Where is she anyhoof? Last thing I remember was a pair of orange hooves slamming into my face." I stated matter-of-factly "She and her friends are currently upstairs. Now I must ask;who and WHAT are you?" "Wait....WHAT?!?!" Sure enough, I was human again. From my fingers and toes to the feel of my face. I was one hundred percent human. I was even clothed, go figure. How was I dressed? I don't know. Maybe it's one of the so called "blessings" that the dragons were talking about? The other thing I noticed was this extreme uncomfortable feeling on my back. I reached back and felt what was bothering me. I reached back again and pulled the object forward. Then I saw them; A large pair of wings,one black with white at the base one white with black on its base. Hey Twilight, you got a book on wings? Why? Because when I tugged my wing too hard it send a kind of shock through my back,up and down my spine. From then on I noticed that wings are sensitive, and I would like to know why. Why are you all blushing like that? WHOA, REALLY? So they're kinda like.....*AHEM*. Okay, MOVING OOOOOOONNN!!!!! "I'm human again........well mostly." I said Nonchalantly "WHAT DOST THOU MEAN 'AGAIN' CREATURE?" Upon hearing the extremly loud voice, Rodrick cringed in pain; While The first voice was apparently angered by it. "Dear sister, you're supposed to refraim from using the Canterlot Royal Voice." "THAT was your sister? Sounded like a dragon shouted into my ears." Apparently your voice was so loud that it caused all of my siblings to awaken almost instantly. You must be quite the singer when needed. Ganulf!!! NOT THE TIME FOR BEDROOM JOKES!!!!!!!! Sorry about him, he has a twisted sense of humor. "How long were you guy awake?" I asked curiously "Shortly after you did." Isaiah said off-handedly "Uuuuumm....why is it dark? Is it night time?" Gerik asked curiously. "No, little brother. we are trapped in an underground prison." I deadpanned  "and how is it dark when I can see you clearly?" "What he speaks is true, little.....thing." "We have names, you know." Isaiah said. "The name's Isaiah" He stated proudly in a semi-deep voice "My name is Rodrick" I said in a deep polite voice "Ganulf" he said in an uncaring tone. "I'm Gerik How ya doin'." he said in a semi high-pitched voice "I'm Renac and who might you be?" he said in a deep caring voice. "I am Princess Celestia and this is my sister Princess Luna. We rule Canterlot together." When we found out who we were talking to, We found ourselves dumbfounded with this fact; We're not in Kansus anymore. "Okay, might we ask what you all are doing here and How you wound up in our garden?" Luna asked curiously. "I can answer that but can we go somewhere more comfortable?" What did you expect? You wouldn't talk either if you were in a dank dark jail cell! "Oh! Of course. We put you in here to make sure you weren't a threat but after your manners and demeaner, we find you to be good at heart." Celestia said "PRINCESSES!!!!" Suddenly, a guard came bursting in the hallway carrying five back packs, each with a symbol of two dragons of opposite colors circling each other. Each pack looking like nothing was in it. "HOW DARE YOU INTERRUPT OUR CONVERSATION!!!!!" Luna shouted in the royal canterlot voice looking very annoyed. "Your highnesses, we found these laying on the ground where the strangers have landed, along with a piece of paper." "WAIT..... can I see the paper please?" Rodrick asked cautiously As soon as Rodrick touched the paper, it started to glow a bright red. the packs glowed a deep purple and suddenly looked significantly fuller. When the glowing stopped, letters appeared on the paper. When the letters appeared, I was quite startled. When my brain caught up to me,after the initial shock, I looked at the letter and on the front of it was a short message in bold letters I read aloud so that every one could hear. This is what it said word per word. READ ALOUD IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY AND THE RULERS OF THE LAND. MESSAGE WILL REMAIN HIDDEN UNTIL SAID CONDITIONS ARE MEET. IN THE BAGS ARE FOOD FOR YOUR RESPECTIVE SPECIES. ENJOY YOUR MEAL. TWI AND LA. When the letter was finished, Celestia told the guard to hand over our bags and i distributed them accordingly. No there was nothing dangerous in the bags. Only things in them were some napkins, some crushed red peppers, and some parmesian cheese. and those were just the side pockets. when we opened the actual pack, we found a most glourious display. Inside the packs were five 36', freshly baked and topping specific..... "PIZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!" Needless to say, we ate like ROYALTY. What was on them? Are you sure you want to know? Fine. Renac's had spinich, extra cheese, and bell peppers, Gerik's had every sort of gem imaginable with lots of cheese on top, Ganulf's had Mushrooms, peppers, onions and pineapple, Isaiah's had four different types of chesse and some habeneros on top, All of which were in boxes. What about mine? Well as you may no doubt be aware, griffons eat meat. Thats right mine had meat on it, and LOTS of it, even some mushrooms, and I LOOOOOVED IT. Don't look at me like that, griffons gotta eat. Another thing about these pizzas, theirs were on a whole wheat crust, mine was a plane crust, all of which was cheese-filled. I know. It makes your mouth water, don't it? After our meals, we were lead out of the dungeons to what i assumed to be the throne/audience room. Well, let's just say that when i saw your faces, I was very, VERY, angry. "YOU!!!!!" That was all that was said when Rodrick cast his eyes on the six smaller ponies in front of the throne room steps. more specifically, a certain cyan pegasus and orange earth pony. The ponies looked in fear as Rodrick changed to his enraged state for the second time. Rodrick started to rush the ponies in a fit of berzerker rage. Before he could make contact however,Isaiah stepped in and restrained Rodrick before he could reach the ponies. "Dude, get a grip will ya!!!" Isaiah said in a sarcastic tone. "SAYS THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK!!!!" Rodrick said in an Angry,Demonic voice "We're here on a mission remember? You can't just go and attack our clients like that." "Your right Isaiah." Rodrick said in a regretful voice "Besides, you can get them back AFTER we're done here" Ganulf said in a matter of fact tone This statement brought a Wide smile on Rodrick's face. All the ponies gulped at the implications behind that statement. Now that I think about it, I still need to get you two back for what you did to me. Naw, I'm not going to hurt them......to bad hehehe. So after my little temper tantrum we walked into a room behind the two thrones. What was that room anyway? A Meeting hall? For the Stable of Nobles? why let us use such an important room? Privacy purposes? Alright I guess..... After rodrick and his brothers, plus their ponie escorts came into the room, They introduced each other in their own ways.After introductions were made; you and your brothers told them everything that happened to them before coming to their world.
