Chapter I; Rain Like Darts

The long shadowed pathway, statues of every soul lost to the powers of darkness, and despair. Discord, only a faded statue, gray and cracked. Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, even Trixie, all were discolored and still. Longing in their eyes, hoping for another chance. Celestia wouldn't give. She had to pretend she had no feelings, her subjects could care less if she was slightly sad about having to destroy the lives of their enemies. She knew their true stories.

A voice, like a sad song, broke Celestia out of her thought. "Is this really necessary, sister?" Luna stepped next to Celestia, her mane blowing in the wind. Celestia was silent for a moment, even if it wasn't, her subjects would make such a fuss. "Yes, sister" She made a order, with her ears clogged in her own thoughts. The statues were taken to Ponyville, that's where they needed to be destroyed. She watched, without really seeing. The only thing she remembered later, was Luna staring with a sad look at the statue of Nightmare Moon, it was just a statue, no real pony in it. However, she knew what Luna was thinking. "If I was still Nightmare Moon, Celestia wouldn't hesitate to destroy me."

All of Ponyville gathered, it was dark, around Midnight. The statues were still discolored and still, Celestia stepped up to them. It must be time. They had been waiting. Her horn lit up, she felt power surge through her, then her view of the statues vanished. She was no longer in Ponyville.

Rain fell, hitting everypony's head like Pinkenema's knife and darts collection,leaving a heavy understanding. Their great ruler had just vanished. Luna stared at the burned spot where her sister used to be. Suddenly, the statues faded. Then a boom, a strange creature, whom was walking on air, walked out of the bang.

"I AM THE VILLAIN OF STORMS, Thunderess! I am here to show your wrong!" everypony stared, only Luna and Twilight knew what this creature was. They shared a nod of understanding. This was the most feared creature in all of Equestria, a human.

"Have you ever looked into your villain's past? What made them the way they are? Too bad. Now you're to late. Now I'm here instead of them." the creature had points. She vanished with a laugh, Ponyville was gone. Only ruins remained. Twilight looked at where the human had vanished. A silver locket with a broken heart engraved in it. Twilight picked it up with magic, and let it drop in her hoof, suddenly she felt a weird burning feeling in her heart. She screamed as she was transported to a forest. A...white forest.
