Spike walked down the dirt path towards Sweet apple acres, Applejack had asked him if he would help Apple bloom with math for a gem at the end of each week. Spike was good at math because Twilight had taught him when he was young. Spike had agreed because Twilight hadn't really been busy lately so he was free, not to mention he loved gems and he was happy that Applejack trusted him with a big responsibility.
