What if the coronation of Twilight Sparkle went a little differently, with a more deeper plot and a little more drama? This is the question that inspired me to create this series, about my version of how Twilight Sparkle became an alicorn. I thought to myself at the end of the season 3 finale, "Why would Twilight be so excited to assume this responsibility that was suddenly put on her shoulders?". The obvious answer was a one episode finale, but I wondered to myself, "Would Twilight really be so fast as to take on a role as a princess?". I took the ending of the finale, and added a whole new plot onto it to show how I would perceive this finale to undergo.
