Fluttershy and all her friends have mysteriously disapeared. Lance Angelswift soon learns that the Clockwork Stallions are behind this and sets out to save them all with his little sister, Cherry Blossom. Together they face the beginning of "The cleansing" as the Clockworks have only one agenda. Wiping out all life in Equestria.
