Applejack is no ordinary pony. When her home planet was on the brink of destruction, she was sent away by her parents, jettisoned off into space, in the hopes that she would land in a new world, a better world, and find the one thing they sought, but could never gain - peace. She ended up in Equestria, raised by a loving family, taught their virtues and morals, and brought up as a normal pony. But as she came of age, she began to discover her true nature, and with the powers it bestowed, she became a beacon of hope, of justice, of good for all ponykind.

This is the story of how the Mare of Steel was born.
