beep.........beep Luna watched as the heart monitor counted the beats left for her friend. Her eyes were red and puffy with tears from crying. The doctors had tried everything to save Luna's pegasus friend. But no matter what they tried, nothing helped. Luna heard someone come up next to her. "Luna," she whispered gently so only she could hear it. "I'm so sorry. You were very loyal to your friend, even with her.....condition." Luna sniffled. She didn't remember crying this much since Celestia was forced to send her to the moon. Nothing could beat how much she cried there. "I-I know," Luna stammered, trying to stay strong. Tears started streaming out of her eyes. "Oh Tia!" she wailed," I wish there was something, anything that could save her. But there isn't. I-I just wish I could talk to her again. To hear her voice." Her friend had not spoken in weeks, maybe even a month. She also had not came from her coma for the same time. Just days ago, Luna had been informed the bad news- her friend's heart rate had slowed down. Today, it was no better. They were losing her. "You can. Once she's gone, she'll be able to hear everything you say. It just won't be the same." Luna suddenly hugged her sister, tears still pouring like a waterfall from her puffy eyes. She hugged tight, and for a long time. She knew Celestia wouldn't mind. After all, she was her big sisters. Sure, they did fight every now and then, but they were still sisters, as it will always be. "Thank you for coming. You know how much this hurts for me." Celestia comforted her sister. "As long as you hurt, I hurt too, Luna. Know that always." They stood there for a while, before a doctor came out. "Princess Luna. Princess Celestia. Do you wish to see your friend one last time?" the doctor asked politely. The sisters pulled away from each other. Princess Luna turned to the doctor. "Yes. Thank you sir." The princess walked into the room. Luna's friend lay on the hospital bed. Secretly, Luna wished it could have been her friend's own bed. It was much more homey and comfortable. But this would have to do. Luna walked to the side of the bed. "I will miss you, my dear friend. Where ever you are going, I know that it is better than where you are now." Luna looked over at Celestia. Tears had begun to fall from her sisters eyes. Celestia pushed them away and walked over. They would cry later, together and alone. "You were a wonderful pony. A great friend for my sister. Goodbye." Luna hugged her friend lightly. "Goodbye, Claudie Snow." beep.........beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Claudie Snow was gone.
