Chapters Rarity's and Spike's Relationship
Rarity ran to Twilight’s house. Twilight was the first one on the list. She knocked on her door. Twilight answered the door.
“Oh, hi Rarity. Did Spike go to your house yet?”
“Yes he did, so are you ready for the spa?” Rarity asked Twilight Sparkle.
“Yes! Who’s the second pony to get?”
“It’s Pinkie Pie,” Rarity answered. Then, they trotted to Pinkie’s place. When they got there, they knocked on the door, and they were greeted by the pink, playful, party pony!
“Hiya guys!” Pinkie Pie said while bouncing up and down.
“Hey Pinkie! Are you ready?” Twilight asked the pink lump of joy.
“Cupcakes yeah I am!” She shouted.
“Alright! Now, it’s time to get Rainbow Dash!” Rarity said.
The three ponies galloped to get their hot air balloon. When they hopped in it, they floated up to Rainbow’s cloud house. When they got there, Twilight used the same spell she used in The Sonic Rainboom. It’s the spell when you could walk on clouds. They knocked on Rainbow’s door, but no answer. Where could she be? All of a sudden,-BOOM! Pinkie Pie got knocked onto the ground.
“Oh my gosh! I’m so sorry Pinkie Pie! I was just practicing this new flying trick for the Wonder Bolts!” Rainbow Dash said, flying over to Pinkie Pie.
“It’s cool, Dashie,” Pinkie Pie said to the awesome blue Pegasus.
“So, Rainbow, you ready?” Twilight asked the rainbow haired mare.
“Ready for what?” Rainbow Dash asked with a confused look on her face.
“For the spa of course! Remember, it’s for my birthday!”
“OH! I remembered your birthday, but I just forgot about the spa,” Rainbow Dash confessed. She would forget, because she’s a tomboy, and she HATES ponies trying to dress her up and crap like a dress up doll!
“Okay then, let’s go!” Rainbow said to her three friends. They all jumped back in the hot air balloon, except Rainbow Dash, and they were on their way to Applejack’s barn! Pinkie pounded on the red and white door and the country, orange mare answered it.
“Howdy partners!” She said, opening up the door.
“Hiya Apple Jack!” Pinkie Pie said while giving Applejack a hug.
“Rainbow, are you sure you want to go to the spa?” AJ asked her best friend.
“I’m loyal, remember? If it’s Rarity’s birthday, then I’m doing whatever she has plans for. Even if it means the spa..."
“I guess we’ll see how this here situation turns out,” Applejack said, “so, ya’ll ready?”
“YEAH!” everypony yelled.
“Then, let’s get to it!” Applejack shouted. Then, the five ponies were off on their way to Fluttershy’s cottage. When they knocked on her door, Angel Bunny answered it. He told Fluttershy to get the door, and then she came in the prettiest outfit ever! You might think that Rarity even made it!
“Fluttershy, what’s with the get up?” Applejack asked their shy friend.
She had on this pink and green lace dress. It had butterflies everywhere on it! It also had this fancy design! She had on pink heels with the same design, and she had a green butterfly in her hair.
“What, this old thing?” Fluttershy said, “I made this in ten minutes! It’s really nothing.”
“It’s beautiful!” Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity said.
“When did you start making clothes?” Rarity asked her yellow Pegasus friend, getting closer to her.
“You remember when you offered to make dresses for all of us?”
“Yes!"
“Well, I found out that I knew so much about dress making, so why not give it a try?” Fluttershy explained.
“It makes since, because you knew all that freaky knowledge about dresses,” Rainbow said.
“And, ya’ll helped out the most when we was finishing Rarity’s dress,” Applejack added. Fluttershy blushed.
“Are you guys ready for the spa?”
“Yeah! Let’s get this party started! Spa style,” Pinkie Pie shouted. Then they were off to the spa.

Rarity's Visit to The Spa!
“Hello welcome to the spa! Oh, Miss Rarity come in, come in,” the front desk worker said. * Front Desk Worker*
“Why, thank you."
“We have different sections for your friends based on their personality. Rainbow Dash, yours is in section two, Applejack, yours is in section three, Twilight Sparkle, yours is in section four, Fluttershy, yours is in section five, Pinkie Pie, yours is in section six, and Miss Rarity, yours is in section one, of course,” she said. Then, they all went to their sections. After three hours passed, it was time to go. They all got their spa gifts and left.
“Let’s have a party at my place!” Pinkie said, still bouncing.
“Oka-wait, I promised Spike I’ll go see what he made for me."
“Well, let’s go, then, we’ll have the party."
“Okay,” Rarity agreed. Then, the six mares were on their way.

Rarity's and Spike's Relationship
Rarity tried to open the door, but it was locked. What the-
“Hi Rarity,” Spike said, opening up the door.
“Hi Spike, so is the surprise ready yet?”
“Yes, but it’s only for you, so your friends have to leave,” he said looking at Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and even Twilight Sparkle!
“Even me Spike?” Twilight asked shocked.
“Yes, sorry Twilight."
“Okay, what is it?”
“HIT IT!” He shouted to Vinyl Scratch. “Single Ladies” by Beyonce started to play.
“If you like then you shoulda put a ring on it! OHOHOHOHOHOHOH!!!!” the music played.
“Sorry wrong song,” he said, blushing. He turned around to Vinyl and gave her a look, and she played “When I first saw you” by Jamie Foxx ft Beyonce. Spike had on this tux and began to sing.
“Rarity, when I first saw you,” he sung, “I said oh my! That’s my dream, that’s my dream!” The room turned red and roses were everywhere! He gave her one of the roses.
“Oh, I needed a dream when it all seemed to go bad, then, I found you!” he sung pointing to Rarity, “and I have had the most beautiful dreams any dragon has ever had! Sing it with me Rarity!” Rarity stood there shocked! Her mouth was open, too! She didn’t know what to do. Her heart began to race and she began to sweat. Should she sing with him or freak out, and of course she chose to freak out! She ran out of her own house! She didn’t know where to go, but she needed to go somewhere to have a moment to rest and think, but where? A library is a quiet place to think, so she decided to go to Twilight’s house, so she could explain it to her! By the way, Spike IS her son! She busted Twilight’s door down, and ran to Twilight as quickly as possible!
“TWILIGHT! SPIKESONGBEYONCEJAMIEFOXXMUSICVINYLSCRATCHCHICKENWHENIFIRSTSAWYOUROSESREDCOLOR!” Rarity shouted, “AHHHH!!! HELP ME!! MICHAEL JACKSON!!!”
“RARITY, CALM THE HAY DOWN!!”
“Well, duh!”
“Pardon?”
“I’m sorry Rarity, but everypony knows that Spike likes you! Even Pinkie knows, but it did take her some time. It’s like you’re the only pony who doesn’t know and he has a crush on YOU!”
“Excuse me Twilight, but I did know, well, I knew he probably just had a small, teeny, tiny crush on me, but I thought he would get over it. I didn’t know he would do something about it!”
“Are you kidding? He’s in LOVE with you, Rarity! You should see all his pictures of you, and he even has one of your pictures taped to one of his pillows. It’s kind of creepy if you ask me...” (You know what that means.)
Rarity stood there. She didn’t know what to think and say. Could she have feelings for him? He is a dragon, though, but love is a powerful weapon. It could make a cat and a dog love each other. He is adorable and he is a charmer. He is also EXTREMELY sweet! Besides, he sung Rarity that song and decorated her house with roses. It was simply lovely! She just had to think about it.
“Are you still going to Pinkie’s party?” Rarity asked Twilight Sparkle while trying to change the subject.
“Yeah, are you?”
“Yes. Is Spike going to be there?”
“Yup!”
“Oh great!”
“Why? Is that a problem?” Twilight asked Rarity with a sneaky grin on her face. (She Trolling!)
“No,” Rarity lied.
“Then, let’s go!” Twilight said, rushing Rarity out of the house.

Pinkie Pie walked up to Vinyl Scratch.
“Hey Vinyl! Are you going to play “Single Ladies” by Beyonce? Remember, it IS a Beyonce marathon!” Pinkie said to Vinyl excitedly.
“Hi Pinkie Pie, and yes I remember, and yes I’m going to play it,” Vinyl Scratch responded calmly to the party pony.
“Okie Dokey Loki!” Pinkie Pie said, bouncing away.
“Single Ladies” started to play. Rarity and Twilight walked in. Twilight was looking like Beyonce when she sung “Single Ladies”, but Rarity was looking like Beyonce when she sung “When I first saw you”, and yes, ponies had to dress up like Beyonce from her music videos and guys had to dress up like J.Z., Luther Vandross, or Jamie Foxx. Pinkie Pie was Beyonce when she sung “Déjà vu.” Pinkie Pie walked over to Twilight and Rarity.
“Hiya gals!” she said cheerfully.
“Hi!”
“Nice costumes!"
“You too!”
“Here’s the game, when a song is playing, and if you’re wearing that costume that goes with that song, you have to sing! Twilight looks like you’re singing first! Whoever sings the best, wins a prize!” Pinkie Pie explained.
“Oh boy, but I’m so nervous,” Twilight said shaky.
“Twilight Sparkle,” Pinkie Pie said sternly, “you have an amazing voice! We all heard it before, so why hide it?”
“Thanks Pinkie! I guess I will go sing!” Then, she went on top of the stage. Twilight was going against one pony, and that was… Derpy Hooves. Derpy Hooves had an awful voice, so it was clear that Twilight won! Twilight came running off stage and hugging Rarity and Pinkie Pie!
“That was fun!”
“See, I told you you’ll do great! Want to know what you won?”
“What?”
“You win… cotton candy cookies!” Pinkie Pie said, “Yes, the prizes are sweets!”
“Oh, yummy. Wait, they are good, right?” Twilight whispered in Pinkie’s ear.
“You know it sister!” Pinkie Pie said, handing the cookies to Twilight Sparkle. Twilight ate them, and I guess they were good, because she ate them in ten seconds flat! (Rainbow Dash! /)^3^(\ )
The rest of the gang, including Spike, came in. Twilight ran over and told everypony. They were happy for her. Fluttershy was Beyonce when she sung “Listen” when she had on that dress, Rainbow Dash was Beyonce when she sung “The Best Thing I Never Had” when she had on that wedding dress (I know, unRainbow Dash like), Applejack was Beyonce when she sung “Ring the Alarm” when she had that jacket on, and Spike was Jamie Foxx. Pinkie greeted them and told them how good they looked. She also explained the game to them. Then, “The Best Thing I Never Had” started to play. It was Rainbow’s turn to sing. Rainbow flew on the stage bravely and sung. She was going against Minty. When it was over, Rainbow came back almost out of breath.
“Dashie, I’m sorry, but you…”
Rainbow Dash bit her lip.
“WON!” Pinkie ran up and hugged her. Rainbow Dash’s voice was SO powerful when she was singing, so it was clear that she won! Rainbow Dash cheered and she did her Troll Dance!
“What made you sing so powerful, Dashie?”
“Oh, I, um, read a fanfic, so I got my anger out on that song," Dash replied.
“Awesome! Your prize is….. COTTON CANDY CUPCAKES!” Pinkie cheered.
“You know Pinkie, I don’t think I’ll be eating cupcakes for a while..." Dash replied as she rubbed her arm, looking like Fluttershy a little bit.
“Why not?” Pinkie Pie asked with a sad look on her face.
“Umm, I-I-I’m getting fat, yeah fat, that’s the ticket!” Rainbow Dash said with a HUGE grin on her face.
“You don’t look fat."
“Please Pinkie, just don’t give me cupcakes. How about a small cotton candy cake?”
“Sure!” Pinkie Pie replied, handing Dashie a small cotton candy cake. Then, all of her friends came and told her how happy and proud they were. Then, “Ring the Alarm” started to play. It was Applejack’s turn.
“Well, here I go!" She was the only pony singing, so she had this in the bag. When she came back, everypony did the same thing, and Apple Jack got cotton candy! Then, “Listen” played and the same thing happened and Fluttershy got cotton candy clouds. Then, “Déjà vu” played and the same thing happened, and then, “When I first saw you” came on. Rarity knew it was her turn, but it was also Spike’s turn. She had to team up with Spike. OH CRAP! The music began to play, so they both got on the stage.

“Rarity, when I first saw you,” he sung, “I said oh my! That’s my dream, that’s MY dream! Oh, I needed a dream when it all seemed to go bad! Then, I found you, and I have had the most beautiful dreams any dragon’s ever had!” Oh no, it was her turn to sing now, well, here it goes…
“Spike, when I first saw you,” she sung, “I said on my! That’s my dream, that’s MY dream! I needed a dream to make me strong! You were the only reason I had to go ON!”
“You were my dream,” they both sung, “all of the things that I NEVER knew! You were my dream! Who could believe they could ever come TRUE? And who would believe? The WORLD would believe in my dreams too!”
“Before you appeared,” Spike sung, “life was only a game, and day in and day out were the SAME! OH!”
“Now, my dreams!” Rarity sung.
“Now, my dreams!” Spike echoed.
“Coming true!” Rarity sung.
“Coming true!” Spike repeated.
“Like a star’s sweet SHINE!” Rarity sung.
“A DREAM THAT IS YOURS, THAT IS MINE!” Rarity and Spike sung.
“You were my dream!” Spike sung.
“Now I got dreams of my own!” Rarity sung.
“All the things I could never be!” Spike sung.
“Dreams you’ll never know!” Rarity sung.
“YOU WON’T TAKE MY DREAMS FROM ME!” They both sung.
“When I first saw you. OH!” Spike sung.
“I said oh my!” Rarity sung.
“I said oh my!” Spike sung.
“That’s my DREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAM!” they both sung. The crowd cheered and roared. Rarity and Spike was the best! They won best singers without a doubt! Pinkie and of all their friends came running towards them and did the same thing.
“You guys won!” Pinkie Pie said, handing them all of the treats and golden medals and trophies.
“Thank you!"
“Thank you, thank you all!" This was the happiest moment of her life! Also, Spike’s life! When the gang left, Spike walked outside of the bakery sadly. Rarity ran after him!
“Spike, what’s wrong? We won first place!”
“Yeah, first place is awesome, but you still don’t like me! I GET IT, so just leave me alone,” he replied a little bit sternly.
“B-b-b- but Spike-" Rarity began.
“LEAVE ME ALONE I SAID! You never liked me, and you never will! That’s how life is!” he responded harshly. Rarity never saw Spike THIS upset ever since Owl Wishes came. This was awful! Rarity almost felt like crying. She really felt sorry for him like she had feelings for him…
“But Spike, when I first saw you, I said oh my! That’s my dream, that’s my dream!” Spike turned around. His eyes were watery, and he ran up to Rarity like she was Twilight Sparkle and began to cry! Rarity was shocked, but she couldn’t blame him; she felt like crying too!
“Spike, you remember when you first sung that song to me?”
“Yeah, what about it?”
“Well, I thought it over, and I guess I kind of….you know…..like you too!” Rarity confessed while blushing.
“YOU DO?” Spike asked almost jumping out of his scales.
“Yes!" Spike couldn’t believe his ears! Could this be true? Could this be a beautiful dream?
“Oh my gosh, I can’t believe this!” he said with teary eyes. He was just so happy!
“So, does this mean that we’re going out?” Spike asked eagerly.
“I guess. Yes, yes we are, Spike." All of a sudden, Spike passed out!
“Oh my Luna! Spike are you okay?” she asked, trying to pick up the baby dragon.
“I think so…is this a dream?” he asked a little bit hazy.
“No, this is real!” Rarity answered while holding the adorable dragon in her hooves. Then, he passed out again! Rarity thought for a minute, and then an idea popped up in her head. She leaned in and kissed the baby dragon on the cheek. That woke him up!
“What happened?” he asked while rubbing his cheek.
“Nothing."
“SPIKE! RARITY! COME BACK INSIDE; IT’S TIME FOR GITFTS!”
“Okay Twilight! So Spike, are you ready to go inside?”
“Sure, marefriend,” he said proudly. Then, they went inside.

When Spike came in his house, he quickly shut the door. He tried to run to his room before-
“Spike, what are you doing?”
“Uh, nothing,” Spike said while trying to hide his sweat and lips.
“Did you walk Rarity home?” Twilight asked him with a curious look on her face.
“Maybe…okay I did!” Spike confessed.
“And did she kiss you on the lips?”
“Yes,” Spike confessed again while blushing.
“EEEP!!! MY SON HAD HIS FIRST KISS! I WASN’T THERE TO SEE, THOUGH! OH CRAP IT!” Twilight shouted, almost making Spike’s ears pop.
“Mom, stop it, please! Everypony knows first kisses are private and personal! Also, moms never are around first kisses!”
“We have to tell everypony!” Twilight shouted, ignoring Spike.
“NO!”
“YES!” Before Twilight could run out of the house, Spike grabbed her hoof.
“Spike, let go!” Twilight said, trying to shake Spike off.
“Twilight, look me in the eyes and say that it’s just between me, you, and Rarity!” Spike yelled while still hanging on to Twilight’s leg.
“Fine, I will, but what if Rarity tells?” Twilight asked with a sneaky grin on her face.
“Then, it’s okay. She can, because she gave me the kiss, but you can’t! I’m sorry, mom, but that’s how it is!"
“Very well, then let go of my leg!” Twilight responded, looking at her leg. Spike nodded, and then let go of her leg. He gave Twilight a hug, and he told her that they’re going on a date soon, but he didn’t know where and when.
“Can I at least ask Rarity if you guys are in a relationship? I talked to her the other day, and she told me about your little “surprise”,” Twilight said while doing quotation marks.
“Fine, but while you’ll there, can you ask her when and where we are having the date?”
“Sure, I’ll bring that up."
“Oh thank you Twilight! Now, get going!” Spike said while pushing Twilight out the door before she could even say you’re welcome.

Okay, now who’s ready to do some karaoke?” The DJ asked. The crowd roared with excitement!
“Who wants to go first?” The DJ asked. Rarity raised her hoof.
“Okay, little miss fancy pants get on up stage!” The DJ said, pointing to Rarity. Rarity and Spike hopped on stage.
“I’m going to sing a duet with my dragonfriend,” Rarity replied, holding Spike’s claw.
“Okay, what song are you two going to sing?”
“The Closer I Get to You!"
“By Beyonce ft. Luther Vandross,” Spike added.
“Alrighty, then get to the Karaokey Dokeying!” The DJ said as he played the music.

“Ooh! Yeah! Your love has captured me!”
“Over and over again I tried to tell myself that we,” Rarity sang, “could never be more than friends, but while inside I knew it was real the way you make me feel! Hey! Heeeeeeeeeeeeey!”
“Oooooooo!”
“Oooooooo!” Rarity repeated.
“Laying here next to you,” Spike sang, “time just seems to fly! More and more!”
“More and More!” Rarity repeated.
“Let’s give love a try!”

“Sweeter and sweeter it grows,” Rarity sang, “and Heaven’s there for those we’re fools of tricks of time. With hearts of love we’ll find true love in a special way! Way!”

“You know, you know, you know,” Spike sang at the same time.
“My baby, my baby, my baby,” They both sang, “my LOVE! My love, love! OOOOH!”
“Yes!”
“Yeah!”
“Yeah!”
“Yay!” Rarity sang, “Come closer now.”
“Come a little closer, so you can see the eyes of love,” They both sang.
“I wanna see,” Rarity sang, “into those eyes of love! Come closer now!”
“Just a little closer and speak to you I want to tell you softly something,” They both sang, “Here I am, here’s my love! I just want you to come closer now! Come a little closer and whisper in my ear I’m gonna softly tell you something.”
“I wanna whisper in your ear,” Rarity sang.
“So soft, so come closer now! Come a little closer we can celebrate the way we feel about each other,” They both sang.
“I wanna tell you what,” Spike sang. The crowd cheered and roared.
“Mane, that was hot!” The DJ shouted, “Whose next?” It kept going on and on and on till twelve o’clock, and it was finally time for the winners.
“Okay, the winners are………….. SPIKE AND RARITY!” The DJ shouted.
“Oh my Luna! We won!” Rarity shouted.
“I know! I’m SO happy!” Spike replied. They both grabbed the coupon and the trophy. Rarity hugged and kissed Spike. Spike almost passed out, but he stayed still to save his reputation. After everything was back to normal, they both went home.

Inspired by: The MLP FiM characters, Rarity and Spike and the song “When I first saw you” by Jamie Foxx ft. Beyonce. Also, the song called “The closer I get to you” by Beyonce ft. Luther Vandross.
It was seven o’ clock in the morning, and it was someone’s special day! (From the chapter’s title, I guess you know whose.) It was Rarity’s birthday! Rarity woke up from a bump!
“Spike! What are you doing here?” Rarity asked the purple and green intruder.
“I was, um, trying to do something for your birthday!"
“You could have at least done it quietly,” Rarity responded sternly.
“Sorry. It was a surprise,” Spike said sadly.
“Oh, it’s okay! Do you want me to go, so you could finish, then?” She asked the baby dragon, and she sounded a little excited.
“Sure! It is your big day! Do whatever you want!”
“Okay! I’ll be back in three hours! Is that enough time for you?” Rarity asked.
“Yeah!” he answered.
“Alright, goodbye Spike!"
“Bye!” he yelled waving bye to Rarity. When Rarity left out of the house, Spike began to sing his favorite song.
“Rarity, when I first saw you,” he sang, ” I said oh my! That’s my dream, that’s my dream!”

Rarity's and Spike's Relationship
Rarity woke up under Pinkie Pie’s table. Last Friday night was a haze. She looked across from her, and Spike was sleeping on top of the table with cupcakes ALL over his face!
“Awww, he looks SO adorable when he’s sleeping! Now I know how Twilight Sparkle feels.” Rarity wobbled over to Spike and poked him.
“Spike! Spikey wikey! Wake up!” Rarity said in Spike’s ear. He just kept snoring.
“Spikey wikey! Wakey, wakey, pancakes and bacon!” Rarity said one more time while still poking him. He woke up and gave out a little yawn.
“Good morning my prince charming!"
“It’s morning already?” Spike asked while rubbing his eyes.
“Yes, and it’s time to go. Everypony is still at Pinkie’s house, see?” Rarity said while pointing her hoof out, so Spike could see the bakery.
“Oh yeah! That was one crazy party!” Spike said, “Want me to walk you home?”
“What about Twilight?”
“She’ll understand. She is my mom, and she was the first one to know about my crush on you..."
“Well then, let’s go my little prince charming,” Rarity said, helping Spike get down off of the table.
“So, are we taking the first steps of our relationship?”
“Yes we are-" Rarity began, but then she gasped, “We need to go on a date!”
“Yeah! Where do you want to go?” Spike asked, his face lighting up. His dreams really are coming true! The only dream that hasn’t come true was to marry Rarity, but he’ll worry about that later.
“I don’t know. It just has to be a place that sells gemstones,” Rarity said, giving Spike a wink.
“I get it. Thank you though,” Spike responded happily, “Well, we’re here.”
“Thank you, Spike!” Rarity said while walking to her door. All of a sudden, she stop dead in her tracks, turned around, and gave the little dragon a kiss on the lips! They had their first kiss! It was a magical kiss, too! Who didn’t say friendship or love was magic?! When Rarity closed her door, Spike’s eyes turned into hearts, and he floated away with little hearts following him.

Twilight knocked on Rarity’s door, but Sweetie Belle opened it.
“Hi Twilight!” said the little, white unicorn filly.
“Hey Sweetie Belle,” Twilight said, “Is Rarity home?”
“Yup, but me and the CMC are trying to have a sleepover, so come right in!"
“Okay, thanks Sweetie Belle,” Twilight said while walking into the house.
“You’re welcome” Sweetie Belle replied while going back to her room. Rarity came galloping down the stairs with seven new outfits.
“Oh, hi Twilight,” she said, using her magic to hold up the outfits.
“Hi! Nice outfits, Rarity,” Twilight said, staring at the beautiful clothes.
“Yeah, well, ever since Spike and I been dating, I decided to make some clothes to express my delight.” Rarity explained, putting the clothes up.
“Speaking of Spike, we need to talk."
“Seat down right here, Twilight,” Rarity said, patting on the chair next to her. Rarity brought out some tea, and Twilight sat down.
“What do you want to talk about?”
“Spike wants to know when you guys are having a date."
“Oh, umm, how about tomorrow? Tell him tomorrow, Twilight."
“Okay!” Twilight shouted, but right when she got up, she sat back down.
“What is it, Twilight?” Rarity asked her a little bit worried.
“You really love Spike, don’t you, Rarity?” Twilight asked while hiding her face.
“Why, yes I do, Twilight. Why?”
“No reason, I’m just wondering,” Twilight said, “That’s good to know.”
“I wrote this song, but it’s a duet, and it’s about how at first I thought we could only be friends, but it changed. I want to sing it to him so bad, but he needs to sing it with me,” Rarity confessed.
“IDEA! How about on your date tomorrow, you guys can go to Karaokey Dokey at one, and you can sing your song there!”
“Sure! What a wonderful idea, Twilight!” Rarity shouted with delight.
“Can I hear some of it?” Twilight asked with filly eyes.
“Fine, it’s called “The Closer I Get to You” By Luther Vandross & Beyonce. I know it’s by somepony else, but you know how people sing other people songs, well, I’m doing that,” Rarity responded.
“Oh, I heard of that. Well, I guess I’ll leave now. I don’t want to keep Spike waiting, so bye Rarity,” Twilight said, leaving out of the door.
“Bye Twilight!” Rarity said, waving, then, closing the door.

Rarity's and Spike's Relationship
It was the next day, and it was eleven o’clock. Yesterday, Twilight explained about everything that happened yesterday, so Spike sprung into action! He brushed his teeth, did his things on his list, took a bath, put on some clothes, and tried on different cologne. He did all of that stuff in 20 seconds flat! That’s a new record!
“Spike did you use the bathroom?” Twilight asked while reading the newspaper with her glasses on.
“I don’t have to-" Spike began, but then ran into the bathroom. He came out one minute later.
“Spike did you eat?” Twilight asked while reading the newspaper with her glasses on.
“I’m not hungry-" Spike began, but ran into the kitchen, fixed up some gemcakes (pancakes), and ate them in ten seconds flat! (Rainbow Dash again! /)^3^(\ )
“Also, did you put on some new underwear?” Twilight asked while reading the newspaper with her glasses on.
“I did-" Spike began, but ran into his room, and he put on some new underwear. (The underwear had Rarity faces on it.)
“Okay, you’re ready now!”
“Alright!” Spike shouted. He gave Twilight a hug, and he was on his way.
When he was there, he saw Rarity waiting outside. She had on one of her previous outfits; it was the purple dress when she had her hair up. Spike thought he was going to melt!
“Hi Rarity!"
“Hello Spike. Shall we go in?”
“We shall,” he responded while tucking his arm in her arm as they walked in.
