Neon Flash, the young Pegasus, attempts to rescue her sister from the evil clutches of a Star Dragon. A mythical beast, that is rarely seen nor heard of. Accompanied by the ex-sorcerer Trixie Lulamoon, she travels across the land in search of the beast, and learns of a secret that was hidden for centuries.
