Ch1: Time and Relative Dimensions in Space
It was a beautiful day in Ponyville. Most ponies were outdoors, playing in fields and in the Ponyville Park. A few ponies were hanging out around the town marketplace. Oddly enough, none of the stands were open, except the apple family's stand, which Big Macintosh and Applejack has running. Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy were hanging out around the stand to keep Applejack company. The Cutie Mark Crusaders were running around the empty stands, trying to get their cutie marks in who-knows-what. They were all having fun, even Big Macintosh. Right, Big Mac?
"Eeyup."
Anyway, everyone was talking and laughing, and just generally having a great time, until, a big blue box appeared out of nowhere. It was making a loud whooshing noise and above the doors, it read POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX. the door opened, and out popped the head of a light brown stallion with light blue eyes, a tie, and a dark brown mane.
"Hey!" yelled Scootaloo "It's the splashy guy!"
"Oops, sorry, wrong coordinates I guess." Said the stallion, retreating back into the box. His head quickly came back out. "For your information, filly, when saving the universe, one hardly has time to look for puddles." he said, and went back into the box. Before shutting the door, he said to a pony inside the box, "Sorry, Derpy, we ended up in the wrong place."
"That's okay, Doctor, you'll get it right, I know it!" Said Derpy. Pinkie Pie gasped.
"You have Derpy in there? I was wondering where she went!" Pinkie stuck her head through the door. "Hey Derpy, it's me, Pi- Whoooooooa! it's bigger on the inside!" she said, sounding amazed.
"No! I've already set the coordinates! You'll blow us off course!" Yelled the Doctor. Then, the blue box, and Pinkie along with it, began to disappear, but Pinkie just sat there giggling.
"I got this!" said Rainbow Dash, and she grabbed hold of Pinkie's tail, but that made her start to disappear too. Then Twilight grabbed on, then Fluttershy, then Rarity, then Applejack.
"Come on, big brother!" Applejack said through Rarity's tail. "We need yer help!"
"Eeyup." said Big Macintosh, grabbing onto Applejack's tail.
"Weeeeee!" Cheered Sweetie Belle, as she and the other two cutie mark crusaders hopped onto Big Macintosh's back at the last second before they all vanished.
The ponies began flying through the void to wherever the blue box was taking them. The ten ponies hanging off the side were finding it difficult to hold on, until the Doctor and Derpy started pulling them into the ship. every pony stood awkwardly in the box (which, as Pinkie Pie had said earlier, was in fact bigger on the inside.) until Scootaloo broke the awkward silence by saying:
"That... was... awesome!"
"Yeah, I know!" said Pinkie. "That stallion said something about Derpy and I was like, 'You have Derpy in there?' And I was gonna say hi, Derpy, it's me, Pinkie Pie, but when I stuck my head in, I realized it was bigger on the inside, so instead, I said "Whoooooooa! It's bigger on the inside!' and then that doctor guy said something about coordinates, and..."
It kinda trailed off from there."Sorry about her." Said Twilight. "Where are we?"
"Glad you asked!" said the Doctor, "Your in my TARDIS!"
"What's a TARDIS?" Asked Twilight.
"TARDIS stands for Time and Relative Dimensions in Space." said the Doctor. Noticing the confusion, he added "It's a machine that travels through time and space."
"Ohhhhhhh!" said just about everypony, except Pinkie Pie, who was still retelling all the events up until now.
"Where were you heading before Pinkie knocked you off course?" asked Rarity. "Was it somewhere nice?"
"We were heading to the planet raxacoricofallapatorius." said the Doctor.
"Guzuntite." said Rainbow Dash.
All of a sudden, the TARDIS got dark. "Hey, who turned out the lights?" asked Derpy.
"Um, I hope that doesn't mean... let me check." the Doctor clumsily made his way down the stairs, "Oh no."
"What is it, Doctor?" asked Derpy.
"The TARDIS is out of time energy!" said the Doctor.
"And that means what?" asked Twilight.
"It means, wherever we've landed, were going to stay there, unless the have enough time energy to take us home. Which is extremely unlikely."
Rainbow Dash opened the TARDIS' front doors, and through it, she saw a bunch of creatures that walked on two legs and talked in the language of ponies killing each other, with weapons of which none of the Ponies had ever seen. None of the ponies, except the Doctor, who wore an expression of disgust.
"Guns." he growled.
