Introduction (Pilot)
"Carver! We need a pickup! Now! We are taking heavy losses! We can't hold them off anymore! Captain yelled into his omni-tool. "He can't hear you Capitan! He might be dead already! We didn't get any signals from his omni-tool. We have to retreat! Now or never Capitan!" Jenkins said while he was crouching to check his shields. "We can't leave those people here! Even if Carver is dead we must buy those people some time!" Capitan said while he was changing his thermal clip. "Order them to run to the landing zone for pickup then?" Jenkins said. "No use" Capitan said rejecting the idea. "Most likely reapers will kill them before they will reach landing zone"
"But we can't leave them here!" Jenkins said. "They don't have any shields or weapons!"  "Engineer! Try to contact Carver!"
Capitan yelled to one of engineers. "If he wont answer, we will go on foot"
"REAPERS!" Jenkins yelled.
That fight was total chaos. Capitan lost four good man and one of his engineers. The one that was supposed to contact Carver. Capitan checked engineer's omni-tool. No messages.
"GOD DAMN YOU CARVER! YOU CAN'T DIE RIGHT NOW! WE ALL NEED YOU! We need you....."
"Cavalry has arrived ladies and gentlemen!"
"Carver is that you?!" Capitan asked. "Who else this could be?" Carver said. "Why the heck didn't you answer those messages?" Capitan asked. "My omni-tool isn't working" Carver said while he was walking towards the Capitan.
"Good to see you Carver" Jenkins said. "We thought you were dead"
"It is not so easy to kill me, shuttle seen better days thought" Jake (Carver) said. "We will get it flying" said the last engineer of this squad.
"Thanks Mia"
"So, how bad is it?" Jake asked  "Bad. Commander Shepard leaved the Earth to see the council." Capitan said.
"Wait. Shepard survived this?" Jake asked. "Of course he did. He is Commander Shepard. He died once. But it didn't stop him destroy the collectors." Jenkins said.
"Wow Jenkins. You know everything about Commander Shepard" Jake said. "You should read more books" Jenkins said.
"So, what's the plan?" Carver said changing the subject
"We hold off the reapers. You take the civilians on board and bring them to the extraction zone." Capitan said.
"How about you guys?" Carver asked. "You don't seem to have many soldiers left Capitan"
"We will do our best to buy you some time, now go! This is a order!" Capitan ordered.
"I wont leave you guys here!"
"You will have to! We can't win this war! Not without help! Get alliance troops here as soon as possible!"
"Aye, aye, sir"
"You think we will survive until alliance troops will get here?" Jenkins asked
"No"

You can't believe how hard it was to leave all of my friends there... I saw how husks were attacking them...
Hundreds of them... And i had to bring those god damn citizens to extraction zone. I would rather stay fighting and die
with my friends, than escape like a coward. Then i saw a reaper attacking them. That was horrible... Then reaper started charging his laser... All my squad mates died fighting that reaper and protecting those citizens. But then i saw that reaper charging that laser again. Did someone survive it? The answer was. No.
"EVASIVE MANEUVERS!" Carver yelled.
It was too late. Reaper was already firing his laser.
Where.. Am... I?
Jake was obviously floating in the air. But it was hard to speak or move. First thing he saw was a strange house. It was a tree, and had a house in it.
