A little secret

It was a reasonably long ride to the flight school. Rainbow had insisted on flying and, just as expected, beat me there. When we met back up she started tell me a bunch of stories about her saving Fluttershy. I truly had thought it hadn’t been that many times but she just went on and on. When we reached Fluttershys room is when I shut her up and told her,

“Rainbow, I do you recognize this book from flight school? Or Fluttershy?” She nodded her head excitedly.

“When I first visited Fluttershys room...”

“Rainbow!” I quickly cut her off not wanting to hear another story. “We need to pay attention this is important! Now tell me what you recognize this from!” She glared at me.

“I just was when you rudely cut me off. If you want to hear something important then listen,” she said angrily.

“Tell me the story!” I sit down and listen.

“When I first went to visit Fluttershy in her room I expected her to have it all girl and animal friendly. This was after we all got our cutie marks. It was bright but the thin curtains were closed and the lights were off. she had asked me to come and help her with something...

I knock on her door, hear her jump, then it slowly opens. “I heard you jump!” I mock as I enter. The light yellow curtains cover the open window giving the room a bright glow, her bed has a soft blue covers on it and flower colored pillow cases. She has a bunch of flightful animals flying around.

“Oh, you came! I’m so glad!” She lets out her signature ‘yay’ and closed the door. I almost laughed at her, almost. “Oh, you’re probably wondering why I asked you to come here?”

“A little!” I smile at her and hover over to the bed to sit, “What do you need help with?”

She walks over to her closet and shows me what's inside. “This is my most precious possession! Those bullies are going to try and steal it, I overheard them talking about it. I need help moving it to your room so they can’t get it. When we leave this flight school, well, I need to hide it here. I need your help getting it in the cloud!”

“That thing is huge, Shy, how do you expect to hide it in the cloud? Why don’t you just bring it with you?”

“I can’t! It can’t leave the flight school! I have this map see...” She pulls out a small book titled ‘Secrets’ inside were three pages. Two were a map the third was blank. behind these pages was a key. “This book shows all the secrets of the flight school! From the cloud its made from, the rooms and doors and where they connect to the hallways, and where the thickest spot in all of the flight school. Your closet!”

“She you did all this?” She nodes yes, “Ok!”

“Ok?”

“Ok, I’ll help you!”

What she had inside her closet was a giant three ton chest. It was heavy but we got it to my room unseen. The big problem was getting it inside the floor.

“It took us five hours but we did it!” Rainbow smiles triumphantly.

“Rainbow?”

She gets out of her pose and looks at me confused, “Yeah?”

I smile at her holding up the key with my magic, “Are you ready find out whats inside that box?”

“Oh?” She flies up striking another pose, “Hell Yeah!!!!”

“Rainbow! Whatever you do, do not open that box! Never open that box, the good does not come to those who know my secrets!”
