Three Changelings take a vacation to Ponyville

"Sooooo....   ...you three want a vacation?" Asked Queen Chrysalis on her throne to the three changeling subjects in her throne room.

"Well yeah, we've been working real hard." Said the one to their right.

"Plus griffons are hard to trick these days." Said the female one to their left.

The one in the middle stepped forward "Silphin and Reshina are correct, we deserve a vacation."

Queen Chrysalis stood from her throne "Do you? If I remember correctly Silphin took part in the robbery of the Great Griffon Bank and resulted in his entire team getting captured due to an unauthorized explosion spell, griffon's giving chase through the streets and the destruction of the vault."

Silphin felt embarrassed from that, Chrysalis continued "Reshina here was ordered to gather some extra love at the Griffon council before leaving the Griffon kingdom. We had to send in a small force to rescue her after she 'accidentally' changed while seducing a Griffon council member."

Reshina grew two large clusters of red on her cheeks and she awkwardly looked away "As for you Dokree, all I told you to do was find out if Equestria had any war plans against us, but what you heard must have been: destroy canterlot castle and create large diplomatic problems for me. Do you know how much diplomacy junk I went through to prevent a war?"

Dokree's expression didn't change "Well, I didn't mean to destroy the castle, it just..."

Chrysalis put her hoof over his mouth "These are all reasons for you to go on vacation, and away from here. I'm approving your request." the trio had looks of shock on their faces "You get to choose where you go."

Silphin grew a look of confusion "But, where do we go?"

"You can go to the dragon lands for all I care, just as long as your far away from here for a month." Chrysalis then left the room.

Dokree and Silphin turned to Reshina "Seriously? Well, I actually have someplace in mind?" Reshina walked up to a window and pointed at a large tower "Let's get our things and meet at departure tower."

The trio arrived at the tower. Reshina took a map out of her back plate.

Upon seeing the map, Dokree's face turned into annoyance "This is a map of Equestria....     ....are you trying to make me angry?"

Reshina smiled "I think some time in Equestria could be relaxing, besides it's safer than some dragon cave or the griffon kingdom, right?"

Silphin didn't agree with anything she just said "Okay, first I'm not going on vacation to relax I'm going to have some fun and enjoy myself. Second, were you there during the attack on Canterlot, it's more risky for changelings especially after they got another Alicorn over there."

Reshina pointed at the map "There's only four Alicorn's in Equestria, it's not like we're gonna go looking for them. Let's choose somewhere that's not grand then, you know away from those royal guards and stuff."

Dokree and Silphin were convinced, Dokree then pointed at multiple locations on the map "While I was there on duty I noticed that only Canterlot and the Crystal empire have royalty in them so we could go to Manehattan, Appleloosa, maybe even...."

Silphin suddenly perked up "What about Ponyville, that place looks like it's out in the open away from the royalties."

Reshina thought for a minute "Well it's away from a highly populated area, it's cheap, no royalties nearby....     ...well I think it's a good idea, what about you Dokree?"

"It's the best place we can find on the map so I'm in, beside's what are the chance's there's going to be any Alicorn's there?" Dokree then walked to the edge of the pad and searched for Equestria "So when we get there, what do we do first?"

Reshina put the map back under her back plate "I don't know, we'll figure it out when we get there."

The trio then spread their wings and started using them to float of the tower, when they were given the all clear they sped up and eventually started flying very quickly.

Dokree tried starting a conversation "So Reshina, you tried seducing a griffon and you changed by 'accident'."

"Shut up Dokree, I almost got him until someone startled me by blowing up the bank that was next door." Reshina looked over at Silphin.

"Hey, that's not my fault, we needed a way of escaping and I was getting bored so I made a more exiting way out."

Dokree chuckled "By blowing a hole in the side of the bank, how did the vault get destroyed?"

"Well once security found out what was going on we tried taking the vault itself through the hole, turns out a vault with over fifty million bits in it can't survive a forty foot drop."

Reshina gave an interested look "How did you get that spell anyway? Only dive bombers and flyer's know that."

"I thought everyone knew that spell. I can perform it quite easily." Silphin changed the topic "What about you Dokree? How does a recon mission turn into destroy Canterlot castle?"

Dokree didn't want to answer the question but he felt it wouldn't hurt to tell his friends "Okay, I was trying to get information out of Celestia by posing as her adviser, but Luna very quickly realized something was up so she requested to talk to me. When I went to talk to her she tried to knock me out, presumably to lock me in the dungeon, so when the guards heard the noise the mission got out of hoof and I as I tried to make an escape Celestia blocked the main door's. I didn't know what to do, so I tried to cast a spell that would blow a hole in the wall for an exit, LITTLE did I know that the spell actually created vaporization liquid that tor through the structure of the building quickly. I got the heck out of there as fast as I could before they had time to react, when I looked back the castle crumbled, but of course everyone there survived."

Reshina and Silphin accepted the story he told realizing they wouldn't know if he was telling the truth or not.

The trio had stopped flying to take a breather, instead they were walking the rest of the way, Reshina grew a smile when she began to see the entrance to Equestria, (two mountains and an opening), "We're here guys, hope you brought everything you need."
