Octavia Melody wants for nothing. She has a nice job, a fantastic band and a comfortable home.

One day, she does not wake up in her queen-sized bed. She wakes up on a dirty subway station bench in a city paralysed by government control and criminal activity. Can she survive long enough to reach a famous physicist researching teleport technology? Or will the City destroy her? Or maybe, just maybe…will she destroy the City?
