Distress SignalView OnlineMy Little Legion: Friendship Is SuperDistress SignalRokk Krinn, more often referred to by his hero-name of Cosmic Boy, brushed a hand through his normally neatly trimmed black hair as he stood upon the bridge of the star-cruiser. Reaching out through the magnetic manipulation powers common to the people of his world but for which he was exceptionally proficient in, he summoned the holo-communicator pad to his hand. Straightening his purple and black bodysuit to look in proper decorum as de-facto leader of the Legion of Super-Heroes, he thumbed the communicator on and keyed it for Brainiac 5's laboratory. "Brainy, Kara, report to the bridge, please." It was pretty quiet so everyone was just hanging around the cruiser waiting for trouble. Brainiac 5, who the whole legion called Brainy, came in with Super Girl (A.K.A Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin). And since Brainiac 5 had lip-gloss on his face it was pretty obvious that they were making out again. Everyone in the legion knew that Brainiac 5 and Super Girl were a couple and agreed to keep it a secret from Superman, Brainiac 5 was scared that Superman would rip his head off if he found out since he was a bit over protective. "Any trouble?" Brainiac 5 asked. "No, and um Brainy when did you start wearing make-up?" Rokk teased. Brainiac 5 realized what Rokk meant and immediately wiped his face and Super Girl blush. Before anyone could say anything else the alarm went off and a red light flash Rokk turned to Brainiac 5 and asked him what was going on. "We're receiving a transmission on the emergency channel, look" An image of a man with blue hair came up; he was dressed in armor with a symbol of a blue shield and a pink star with 6 points on his chest. "Legion of Superheroes, this is Prince Shining Armor of Equestria requesting immediate assistance. Please hurry." The transmission was immediately cut off, Brainiac 5 check to see exactly where we were supposed to go "Coordinates locked, the Crystal Empire." 'Awesome we got a mission.' Rokk said to myself "Set a course for Equestria, hyper-warp speed." He turned to Phantom Girl (A.K.A Tinya Wazzo) with her being the daughter of the President of United Planets he figured she might know something about Equestria or the Crystal Empire. "Phantom Girl can you tell us anything about the Crystal Empire or Equestria?" "Yes, the empire contains a powerful magic. Two thousand years ago (before anyone says anything this story takes place in the 31st century) King Sombra, a warlock whose heart was black as night took over the Crystal Empire. Equestria's princesses Celestia and Luna defeated him, turned him into shadow and banished him to the ice of the artic north. But not before he was able to put a curse on the empire, a curse that caused it to vanish into thin air. If the empire is filled with hope and love it will be spread all over Equestria but if hate and fear take over, eternal darkness." Rokk hung on Phantom Girls every word and with each passing second he became more aware of how important this mission was, he waited for her to continue. “After a thousand years the empire returned, the people had no memory of their kingdom before King Sombra took over. King Sombra also returned and threatened to invade the empire again, so Shining Armor and Princess Cadance were sent by Princess Celestia to defend it, projecting a defensive barrier around it. Celestia also sent her student Twilight Sparkle and her friends to help. They overcame various obstacles and reached the Crystal Heart, the key to protecting the Crystal Empire, when the barrier started to run out of power, Sombra began to cover the empire with shadow crystals and when it fully disappeared, Sombra invaded again. Crystal Heart returned to its original place. The citizens’, using its power to unleash an explosion of love and light that restores the Crystal Empire, destroyed Sombra along with his shadow crystals." "Well that is quite a story, and do you have any idea on why the prince would request our help?" "No, although I'm not surprised my mom told me that the rulers of the Crystal Empire have been through a lot of trouble, they even had to deal with an invasion of shape-shifters on their wedding day" "Wow, really?" Colossal Boy (A.K.A Gim Allon) said surprised "Yep, pretty crazy right" "Yeah" About twenty minutes later Rokk was starting to wonder when they'll arrive at Equestria "What's our ETA?" he asked Brainiac 5 Brainiac 5 tuned to him and replied "We should be entering Equestria's atmosphere in about five minutes and we will be arriving at the Crystal Empire in thirty minutes. 35 minutes later The legion arrived at the castle, it was made entirely out of crystal; though that was expected and there was an enormous amount of guards. One of the guards led them into the throne room where they saw the man from the transmission, and a young woman next to him; she had long dark violet hair with moderate rose and pale gold streaks, grayish purple eyes, pink lipstick and on her shoulder was a symbol of a blue diamond in the shape of a heart. She was wearing a small tiara and a long pink dress with yellow trim. Rokk remembered what Phantom Girl said back on the cruiser and realized that this was Princess Cadance, "Welcome Legion I am Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, Cadance for short" As the leader of the legion Rokk stepped forward to introduce himself and his team mates "It is an honor to meet you princess, I'm Cosmic Boy the leader of the Legion of Superheroes and these are a few legionnaires Super Girl (Long blonde hair, blue eyes, a black head-band, a costume a lot like Superman's except she wears a skirt and her cape is a lot shorter. Powers: Same as Superman), Brainiac 5 (Blonde hair, magenta eyes, green skin, a mark on his fore-head that's a bit hard to describe it's sort of looks like three white circles connected with three black lines forming a v shape, and a purple and black costume. Powers: A twelfth level intelligence), Colossal Boy (Brown hair and black eyes, Powers: Can increase his size and strength to gigantic levels.), and Phantom Girl (Long black hair, grey eyes, grey lipstick, a black and white costume with a long white cape and little ghost symbol on the chest, Powers: Hence her name, she is very similar to a ghost in which she can phase through solid objects and make herself intangible. She can also make other people intangible through physical contact.)" The princess smiled warmly, but Rokk saw pain and fear in her eyes and he knew it had something to do with this mission. "It is wonderful to meet you, your reputation precedes you" she said. Most likely knowing that his wife couldn't tell them what they needed the legion for her husband Shining Armor stepped forward and said "I'm sure you must be wondering why we called you here, like I said we needed your immediate assistance...a threat has been made against our daughter..." he paused Rokk assumed it was because he didn't like to think about something like that, then he continued "... someone plans to take my little girl's life." "How do you know?" Brainiac 5 asked Princess Cadance began to tell the story "Our daughter was out back practicing her archery, when she suddenly screamed in pain, the guards came running to find her on a bench struggling to keep herself up. She told them her arm was numb and her stomach wasn't all that great either, they found a poisonous stinger in her shoulder...it would have killed her slowly and painfully and she asked them to pull it out; there was a barb so pulling it out would have really hurt and she was very brave about it...didn't even ask for anything to bite down on. Once it was out the guards took her to be treated." "Oh man...well I promise the legion will help in any way we can" Rokk said Then they all heard a voice "Um...Mom, Dad...what's going on?" everyone turned to see where the voice was coming from. And that's when Rokk saw her, her emerald eyes, her long red hair with a few curls that fell over her face and a butterfly hairclip, she had on a white tank top, a green skirt with two pink and white butterflies on it, and a pair of green boots (The outfit Fluttershy wore in Equestria Girls). The MeetingView OnlineMy Little Legion: Friendship Is SuperThe MeetingThe princess was a bit confused as to why the Legion of Superheroes was there, she stood there with all eyes on her waiting for an explanation, then Shining Armor spoke "Snug bug after the attack your mother and I called the legion, we thought they could help keep you safe and help figure out who was behind the attack. While the guards are more than capable to protect you we felt you need more protection." "I understand dad." "Now we have some business to attend to, so I suppose this will give you all a chance to get acquainted" Cadance said. So the young princess was left alone with members of the most famous superhero team since the Justice League, she was never good with meeting new people, she never knew what to say. But she knew she had to say something "Um...hi...I uh, its nice to meet you all. I'm the princess who was nearly killed...but...you knew that, umm" Rokk quite staring at her and stepped toward her "This is all awkward for you isn't it? "Little bit" she said flustered. Rokk couldn't take his eyes off her, and with her the feelings were mutual. "Anyway allow us to introduce ourselves..." "I know who you all are, I've heard of you and seen your pictures. You're Cosmic Boy, Colossal Boy, Brainiac 5, Super Girl, and Phantom Girl." the princess said cutting Rokk off. "Right...and this is the part where you tell us your name" Colossal Boy said "Oh yeah I'm Cherry" "That's an interesting name" said Super Girl Cherry took a small section of her hair and started twirling it around her finger "Well my parents thought it would be appropriate 'cause of my hair." "Well I think it sutes you" Rokk said. Cherry blushed and smiled and so did Rokk. Then suddenly the door opened to reveal a handsome young man with blue eyes and wheat gold hair. He was wearing a white dress shirt, blue pants, and black pants. He walked over and stood next to Cherry. "Personally I've always thought she was given that name because she's so sweet" and with that he placed one hand under her chin and kissed her lips. After a minute or two they broke apart and everyone was staring at them. Breaking the tension Brainiac 5 said "Boy people sure are friendly here." "Oh sorry um this is Strong Heart..." "Prince Strong Heart" he interrupted "right Prince Strong Heart, we're promised to each other." when everyone remained silent Cherry took it as a hint that they didn't know what she what she meant, so she explained "...it's like being engaged". Rokk felt his heart sink, but he was more focused on the groom to-be. There was something about his eyes that gave him an uneasy feeling, they looked lonely almost as if he had no feelings or a heart. 'And judging by his recent display it's clear that he's only after thing' Rokk thought to himself. "Cherry dear go up to your room, until this assassin is caught its best for you stay where you'll be safest" the prince said. "Oh okay Heart" said Cherry as she turned and made her way to her room, closing the room behind her. Rokk walked over to the prince placing a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry Strong Heart we will protect Cher..." "Let me stop you right there..." Strong Heart said cutting off Rokk using an angry tone and knocking his hand away "...first of all you address me as 'your highness', second of all spend less time talking and more time protecting my future bride, got it!" "Whoa easy, easy we will keep her safe. We're the Legion of Superheroes we can handle this" Phantom Girl said cutting in before a brawl broke out. "Really, you better; cause for a minute their I thought you were the Legion of Super-Morons!" said Strong Heart before storming off. "Man, and I thought the Fatal Five were nasty" Rokk said. "Yeah what a jerk" Colossal Boy agreed "Well still the royal pain is not the key issue, lets make perimeter sweep and meet back here in a few hours." The team split up searching the castle grounds and began their mission. They regrouped in the throne room at nightfall, Rokk turned to his team and asked "Found anything?" "Nothing out of the ordinary" replied Super Girl "Well I don't want to take a chance, for all we know whoever is after the princess could have snuck in without any of us seeing them and set something up. We cant let our guard down." After exchanging a few looks and smirks everyone came to the same conclusion "Gee Cosmic Boy why are you taking this mission so seriously?" Colossal Boy asked "What are you talking about I take every mission seriously. Besides why shouldn't I take this mission seriously, you heard the story Princess Cherry needs to be protected and not just from Prince No Heart. I mean seriously how can she merry that jerk. You know he actually demanded twelve guards outside his room. I mean seriously." Rokk stated using an annoyed tone of voice. “Is that jealousy I detect?” Phantom Girl teased "What?!? I am not jealous" "You sure? 'Cause it sounds like you are." said Super Girl "Am not, now can we please focus. We need a plan" Rokk said still a bit annoyed Brainiac 5 pulled out a small computer and began typing "I've analyzed the options, conclusion our plan should be to split up and keep an eye on things from certain points around the castle." Rokk nodded agreeing with Brainiac 5's plan and gave the team their assignments "Phantom Girl and Super Girl watch the skies, Colossal Boy man the front gate, I'll patrol the halls, Brainiac 5 you guard Princess Cadance and Shining Armor's room just in case. Go!" ☺☺☺ Super Girl and Phantom Girl were flying over the entire the castle, Super Girl's Infer-Red vision picked up mostly animals and guards moving around but nothing remotely threating. After a while they decided to have a little girl talk while on recon (observe and report) "So you think Cosmic Boy will ever admit he has a crush on Princess Cherry?" asked Super Girl "I don't know Kara, I've known Rokk longer then you have since the Legion first started actually, and he can be real butt head about things. But it's so obvious he likes her not like it matters I mean she is getting married." replied Phantom Girl "True, but I'll tell you one thing Tinya Cherry feels the same way about him." Super Girl said "Really?" "Yep...oh wait" "What's wrong?" Phantom Girl asked "This a super hearing thing?" "Yeah we're in business, I heard something stran..." before Super Girl finish a green cord wrap around her and she slowly began to lose altitude "ahhh feels...like...kryptonite." "SUPER GIRL!" screamed Phantom Girl in a panic as Super Girl began to fall out of the sky. She managed to grab her by her cape and carefully lowered her down to safety. Once they were on the ground Phantom Girl began to uncoil the rope and throwing it in the pond (I'm not sure how but from what I've seen on TV when Superman is exposed to kryptonite someone throws it in some water and it doesn't affect him anymore.) She started gently shaking Super Girl trying to wake her up "Super Girl, Super Girl wake up". Super Girl slowly opened her eyes, groaning in pain "Forgot how much kryptonite hurts." sitting up she turned to Phantom Girl and asked "Where did that come from?" "Not sure" Phantom Girl pulled out her communicator "But we better call Cosmic Boy." ☺☺☺ Rokk was patrolling through the halls in the East wing of the castle, and as he passed Princess Cherry's room he heard her screaming bloody murder. He then sprung into action and burst through the doors into her room. Rokk found the princess sitting up in her bed, her face drenched in sweat, she was breathing heavily, and had her hand over her heart. "Princess Cherry are you alright!?" "Yes Cosmic Boy I'm fine, I just had another nightmare." "Another?" Rokk said curiously "They've been occurring ever since my attack. But I can never remember what it was that scared me." Cherry said "Really? That's weird." Rokk was relieved that she wasn't in danger " Well if your okay I'd better get back to my patrol." "Wait" she said stopping him just as he was about to walk out "I'm stilled kind of freaked out, do you think you could stay with me a while?" Rokk turned to look at her with a slight blush on his face, he was flustered and struggled with his words "Um...of...of course princess." He closed the doors and walked back into Cherry's room. Rokk pulled up a chair and sat down about ten feet away from her bed; he could have sat closer but he wanted to give Cherry her space, after all she was getting married. "So um Strong Heart seems like a...swell guy." Rokk said trying to make conversation although he thinking of few other things to call Strong Heart. "Yeah he's okay" the princess said in a less then thrilled tone. "What dose that mean? I mean you must love the guy if your gonna marry him" said Rokk "Well..." Cherry said looking a bit sad He realized what she was getting at and said "You don't love him do you?" "Was it that obvious?" asked Cherry "No, I don't love him it's an arranged marriage. It's funny I always thought Kalia would be the first to marry..." "Kalia?" "She's my older sister, her name means 'Dearly loved'. But she's away at Charm School; she wanted to be a proper princess" Cherry explained "And I guess my mom was getting desperate for grandchildren so she began planning my marriage to Strong Heart. I know her heart is in the right place but... I don't know, I guess I always wanted to be with someone sweet, smart, brave, someone with compassion, someone who say some stuff from his heart about how he feels and stuff. But Strong Heart he's always bossing me around and telling me what to do." "Well... every guy has his faults" Rokk joked With a slight giggle Cherry replied "Yeah I guess, what's yours?" "Oh well I can be kind of pompous." Rokk said "Really?" "Eeyup (I know I know that's Big Mac's thing but I thought it would be funny) when I first got started as a hero I cared more about doing good than just looking good" he stated "But as you got older that changed?" said Cherry Rokk chuckled a bit and then continued "Yeah you could say that all the stuff that comes with being the leader kind of went to my head and made like another version of me, a version that wasn't who I am. You know what I mean?" "I think I do" Cherry said with a nod "It took some time but all the stuff I heard the Legion say about me being a pompous jerk finally came through and I started being myself again." "You know Strong Heart would never say something like that." Cherry said "Yeah, speaking of where is he I haven't seen him around in hours?" Rokk asked "Oh he said he had to go on short journey, he didn't tell me why though but he should be back in a day or two." Rokk had finally realized how someone as wonderful as Princess Cherry could ever marry someone as rude and crude as Prince Strong Heart, an arranged marriage. He began thinking about what she said before, about how she wanted to hear things that came from the heart...he only needed to take one look at her and he could think of a million things to say and that she deserved to hear. And he couldn't stop himself from saying them to her. "Um Princess Cherry..." he began. "Yes Cosmic Boy" Cherry said slightly confused "The stuff you wanted someone to say to you, you know from the heart?..." "Yeah?" "Well was is... you know something like 'When I look at you I have the sudden urge to see if your hair is as soft as it looks' " Cherry was caught off guard and she blushed "Y...yeah that would have been okay." "Or, if he hasn't kissed you yet, something like 'If for one brief moment I could feel your lips against mine I would die a happy man.' " Both Rokk and Cherry blushed a bright shade of red. Rokk continued "And maybe something like 'I would give up everything just to see you smile or look into your beautiful eyes or hear your soft, soothing voice.' and finally maybe 'I wish my time with you could never end, that our lips would be locked together forever, that you'd be in my arms till the end of time.' " "Oh wow that was beautiful." Cherry said flustered "I guess I just got caught up in the moment, but thank you princess." "Um...for the record you can...just call me Cherry." "Okay...Cherry" Rokk said starring deep into her eyes But the magical moment was broken when Rokk's communicator started beeping "Phantom Girl to Cosmic Boy come in," he herd Phantom Girl's voice say. "Phantom Girl what is it?" "Me and Super Girl were attacked, she said she heard something and suddenly a rope made of entirely of kryptonite wrapped around her. She's still a kind of weak, she's regaining her strength but we have no idea where the rope came from." Phantom Girl explained, Rokk heard Cherry gasp. "What's your location?" Rokk asked "We're under the big tree in the castle gardens, by the fish pond." "Got it, Legionnaires rondayvoue at Phantom Girl and Super Girl's coordinates Cosmic Boy out." Author's Note Next chapter will be a villain chapter, but the villain will not be revealed, you know like in a movie or TV show when you see the bad guys body but not their face. Kind of like at the beginning of the Magic Duel episode.

Brainiac 5 was very worried and immediately rushed to her side. "Kara!" Brainiac 5 said as he gently took her hand in his. "I'll be fine" Super Girl said weakly Brainiac 5 smiled, looking into her eyes and said "I just get so worried about you." "That's sweet Brainy" "Oh get a room" Colossal Boy said rolling his eyes "yeah seriously you two now is not the time, you love birds can coo later." said Rokk "Sorry" they both said blushing Phantom Girl began to fill them all in on what happened when Brainiac 5's computer stared beeping. "What is it?" asked Phantom Girl "I'm receiving an alert from Computo (Computo is the Legion's computer). What?! Someone hacked into our main frame and downloaded all our files." Everyone let out a worried gasped "Do you think that's how the attacker knew about kryptonite " Colossal Boy asked "Doubt it, the deadly effect green kryptonite has on me and my cousin is well known." replied Super Girl "She's right but this is still bad, I mean we're a superhero team almost as great as the Justice League and now our secrets are in the hands of the enemy." Rokk pointed out "Well we're dead" stated Colossal Boy Phantom Girl sighed and said "Come on guys we can do this we've been through worse, remember the original Brainiac incident." Looking away ashamed Brainiac 5 replied "Oh you had to bring that up." "Sorry Brainy, the point is we got through that we can get through this." The other legionnaires knew Phantom Girl was right, they could get through this. But they still needed a plan. Rokk asked her and Brainiac 5 if either of them knew how Equestria was protected in the past. "Well..." Brainiac 5 began "...according to my research Equestria's most important means of defense were the Elements of Harmony." "The what now?" Colossal Boy asked "The Elements of Harmony honesty, kindness, laughter, generosity, loyalty, and magic. These six elements were the most powerful magic and six young girls wielded them they were all friends, but unfortunately they all died many years ago; except for Twilight Sparkle the barrier of the element of magic." "What happened to her?" "She became a princess and was given immortality. When her friends died she was devastated. She ran to the comfort of some castle guard named Flash Sentry I think, they ran away together and was never seen or heard from again. Some say they left Equestria they could be anywhere in the galaxy by now." Brainiac 5 explained "Oh that's just great." Rokk said irritated "So no one has any idea where to find this Twilight Sparkle?" "No, not even Prince Shining Armor." "Wait why would he know?" asked Super Girl "Because Twilight Sparkle is his little sister." Brainiac 5 replied "He must miss her." said Rokk and an idea dawned on him "That must be why he went to all this trouble to protect Cherry, he doesn't want to lose another loved one. But right now our chances of keeping the princess safe is sketchy at best. We need to find some way to take this guy down." "Maybe I can help." they all heard a voice say. The legion looked up and were shocked to see a purple and green dragon, about as big as Superman, landing next to them. "I'm Spike I heard about the situation with my cousin and I came here to see how I can help." "Wait a minute, Princess Cherry is your cousin?" said Brainiac 5 "In a way, you see back when I was younger I was Twilights assistant, but she was also like a mother to me especially since she used her magic to hatch me from my egg. So I was sort of her adopted son." "Oh and since Twilight is Shining Armor's sister that would mean he's technically your uncle, and Cherry is his daughter, I get it." Colossal Boy said "Yep" Spike replied "So Spike how can you help us." Rokk asked him "Well around here we mostly rely on magic so I think a friend of mine can be of some help. His name is Discord." Rokk told Super Girl, Phantom Girl and Brainiac 5 to stay at the castle in case of anything; he began to ask the purple dragon some questions about Discord. "Ok Spike what can you tell us about this Discord guy?" "Well first off he's not a guy per say, he's a draconequus, a creature with the head of a pony, and a body made up of all sorts of things, and the spirit of disharmony. In fact his name means "a lack of harmony". Discord once ruled over Equestria in a state of unrest and unhappiness, until Princess Celestia and Princess Luna used the Elements of Harmony to imprison him in stone, but the spell was broken after the Elements lost their connection to the sisters, and Discord broke free. Princess Celestia later decided that Discord should be reformed so his magic can be used for good. But she needed help in order to do so, so she turned to Fluttershy." Confused Colossal Boy asked "Who's Fluttershy?" "She was the barrier of the element of kindness, and also Discords first friend. Before her Discord was known to be a mischievous, manipulative trickster who effortlessly pulls pranks on his targets through the use of his powerful magic, illusions, and hypnotism, with little to no consideration towards his victims. But after a few days with Fluttershy that all changed, he learned that chaos didn't make him happy friendship did." Explained Spike "I see" "So when Fluttershy died?..." Rokk began "Discord went into a deep depression and wanted the princesses to turn him back into stone, But when we convinced him that wasn't what Fluttershy would have wanted for him he agreed to remain here and to help when called upon and now he lives in forest. Normally we would use a special spell to summon Discord, but only Twilight can perform it and well...ya know." finished Spike ☺☺☺ A few more minutes passed before the landed at their destination. "We're here" said Spike They landed in a small area in the forest, and when they looked around the saw...nothing, absolutely nothing. "This is where Discord lives?" asked Rokk Spike simply replied "Eeup...ha I just sounded like Big McIntosh " "Who?" "Never mind, I'll tell ya later." "Sooo...this Discord guy, even if we can find him, you really think you can help us crack the conspiracy against Princess Cherry?" Colossal Boy asked leaning against a tree. Suddenly the trio heard a strange and mysterious voice say "I can certainly try" It seemed to them that the voice came from the tree Colossal Boy was leaning against. He leaped away from the tree as it began to take the shape of the strangest creature the Legionaries had ever seen. It's head was horse-like with a deer antler on the right, a blue goat horn on the left, one long fang, different-sized pupils, a snake tongue, a goat beard, and white bushy eyebrows. It had the right arm of a lion, the left claw of an eagle, the right leg of a lizard, and the left leg of a goat. In addition, it had a bat's right wing, a Pegasus' left wing, a horse's mane and a dragon-like snake's tail with a white tail tuft. The shape of this body creatures resembles that of a snake. "Hey Discord" Spike said with a smile "Hello Spike, nice to see you. And are these members of the famous Legion of Superheroes I see before me?" replied Discord with a good-natured grin "Yes, that's Colossal Boy and I'm..." "Cosmic Boy, one of the Legion's founding members and current leader." Discord said cutting Rokk off Rokk was at a lost for words so Colossal Boy spoke up for him "How did you know that" Discord disappeared in a puff of smoke then reappeared, as a bumble bee, floating by Colossal Boy's head. Now that really caught them off guard. "My dear boy that's what I do, I know that your here because to protect Princess Cherry of The Crystal Empire, who is the target for an assassination, and is also to wed Prince Strong heart. Although I have never heard of such a prince until their wedding was announced." Rokk looked shock "What you've never heard of Prince Strong Heart?" he asked and Discord shock his head. "And Cherry told me that Strong Heart left on some journey right around the time Super Girl was attacked and our database was hacked into. Little convenient don'tcha think?" Colossal Boy shook his head and laughed "Come on Cosmic Boy, you're not suggesting Prince Strong Heart is behind all this are you?" "I'm just saying he fits the bill" "Rokk I think you're letting your jealousy get the best of you" Colossal Boy said smugly "I AM NOT JEALOUS!" Rokk yelled angrily Discord appeared in-between the two legionaries "All right you two break it up right now. I agree that this Prince Strong Heart could be a suspect. The princess was first attacked not to long after her engagement to the prince was announced." "HA I knew it!" said Rokk "Okay ok so we got one suspect, but who else could be behind this?" said Colossal Boy "Well we can already rule out King Sombra since was destroyed many years shortly after the empires return. So maybe Queen Chrysalis." Spike said "Who's she?" "Aw yes Chrysalis, queen of the changelings; creatures that take the form of those that are loved and gains power by feeding off the love for them. Queen Chrysalis was impersonating Princess Cadance to take her place in her marriage to Shining Armor. His sister Twilight Sparkle was suspicious but no one believed her, tired of her interfering with her plans Chrysalis engulfed Twilight in green flames that sank with her into the ground down to the caves beneath Canterlot. Chrysalis, still under the guise of Cadance, was taunting Twilight through apparitions in an underground cavern's crystals, and telling her that she's using Shining Armor for her own benefit. Twilight shattered the crystals and uncovers a path to the real Cadance, also imprisoned by the changeling queen. Princess Cadance proclaims that the impostor is a changeling. After that, the imposter transforms and introduces herself as queen of the changelings, she kept Cadance at bay by threatening to send her back to the caves, and explained that she's been feeding on Shining Armor's love for Cadance, which weakened his protection spell that kept the changelings out of Canterlot. Princess Celestia confronted her and attacked her with a beam of energy, but Chrysalis fired back and, thanks to the power of Shining Armor's love, overpowered Celestia and knocks her to the ground, much to the surprise of everyone, including herself. Celestia weakly urged Twilight and her friends to get the Elements of Harmony and use them to defeat the queen. The changelings broke through the magical barrier protecting Canterlot and captured Twilight and her friends, and brought them back to the wedding hall, to find Celestia encased in a chrysalis hanging from the ceiling. The queen sent her subjects to feed. Twilight to freed Cadance when Chrysalis is distracted. Cadance's magic broke the spell over Shining Armor, and gave him strength. The Queen mocked that sentiment but quickly found that Shining Armor's spell repelled her and all of the changelings out of Canterlot, sending them flying into the distance. It is possible the she could have returned after all these years to seek revenge." Discord explained "So then, if she has returned, why would she be after Princess Cherry?" asked Rokk "Maybe as way to take away what Shining Armor and Cadance love most, there is nothing they love more then their daughters'." answered Spike "Daughters'?" "Yeah Cherry told me that she has an older sister whose away at charm school" said Rokk "Indeed, oh and Cosmic Boy to answer your earlier question Big McIntosh was the older brother of Applejack, the barrier of the element of honesty" Discord said "Ah ok" "Also I have to agree with Colossal Boy from what I've seen it does seem like you do care for young Princess Sherri." said Discord "Uh...Cherry" Said Colossal Boy correcting him "Ah right whatever" Rokk rolled his eyes "Oh come on you guys are just being ridiculous. Besides even if I did...well you know...and I'm not saying I do...'cause I don't... she's a princess and I'm just a guy from an impoverished planet." "Don't forget the part about her being engaged to be married" stated Colossal Boy "Yeah engaged to someone whose cold and cruel and she doesn't even want to marry, it's an arranged marriage." replied Rokk 'She deserves better then that creep" Rokk thought to himself 'She's so warm, sweet, sensitive, and beautiful. Whoa slow down there Rokk, remember your place; you're here to protect her nothing more. You don't have feelings for her. Do I?' Author's Note Finally done! I just cant figure out where to take this story so I decided to take a break from it and try a new story. I recently saw Rainbow Rocks and I'm...kind of obsessing over it (especially Sonata she is tooo adorable) plus I cant stop listening to the songs, I wanna try writing something about that. I will start this story back up as soon as I get some inspiration.
The AssailantView OnlineMy Little Legion: Friendship Is SuperThe Assailant(This Chapter takes place before Super Girl was attacked) Deep beneath the crystal castle, in the catacombs was a door hidden be by dark magic inside was a work bench covered with potions, spells books, and evil charms, there was also a computer and kryptonite in a verity of colors. A shadowy figure walked over to the table "So they were really sooo desperate, they called the Legion of Superheroes." the figure said slightly amused "Pitiful, as if those pathetic heroes can stop me. I'm much more powerful, better trained, and a heck of a lot smarter. And I'm sure all this information I stole should come in handy." said the figure as it turned to the computer. With that information the figure was able to discover a few things to use against the Legion, and if necessary kill them. The figure also learned a few forbidden spells that could be very useful. "I will not let anyone interfere with my plans..." the shadowy figure turned and looked at the carvings of Shining Armor and Cadence it made out of crystals. The figure growled and its eyes blazed with rage and hatred, then summoned a giant mace and destroyed them. "I will finish what was started, take back what's rightfully mine, and make them pay for what they did to me. Once I take down the precious princess her family will be easy, they'll be so full of grief I'll be able to destroy the Crystal Empire's royal family with one swift blow. They will all pay, they will all suffer , they will all...die..." the figure started to laugh manically which soon ceased and it turned back to the work bench and pick up a piece of green kryptonite and cast a spell to turn the rock into self-binding rope "...but first I must get rid of the Legion of Super-pests." With that the figure resumed it's evil laughter. Author's Note Okay I know this chapter is short, I mean really short but I Pinkie Promise I will make the next chapters much longer, Cross my heart and hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye. And for those of you who may be curious as to who the "Shadowy Figure" is I will give you a small hint. All I can say is that something from Cadence and Shining Armors past has come back to haunt them. Now that's your only clue to villain's ID until it's revealed at the end of a second to last chapter. If any wants to guess feel free and send your guess to me. Do not post you guess in the comments at the risk of ruining it for anyone else.
