Only a few months after the defeat of Nightmare Moon the Grand Galloping Gala is in full swing for one night in Canterlot, Buck finds himself thrown in the mix with the high class elite of Equestria when he has to make an Ice delivery to the Gala and hunt down Princess Celestia to give her the bill. After living alone by himself in Canterlot away from his home in Ponyville Buck rediscovers the magic of friendship and shares it with his new special friend.
