The Sun Princess's Warning
The Mane 6 were soon at Canterlot Castle. The sun princess greeted Twilight with a nuzzle, and the others with 'Hello'. Afterwards, Twilight beamed out at Celestia. "Your majesty.... What about these shadows?" "They are up to no good and plan to take over Equestria. They are stronger than all of your average villains, and could attack easily. Please be careful, my little ponies. The fate of Equestria is in your hooves. It must be all of you, and only all of you six friends in the end, for I only trust you." Suddenly, snarling and hissing sounded in the room. Fluttershy awakened, and walked to the lamp, pulling the string for the lightbulb to glow. It however didn't come on. She walked outside to let the morning sun beam down on her yellow coat. It was dark. She went inside to light a lantern on fire to see with through the darkness. It's probably just fog.... Fluttershy thought, while heading down to Golden Oaks Library. She ran until she was to the door and knocked. Twilight trotted downstairs with Spike on her back and answered it. "Fluttershy? What's wrong?" Twilight asked, knowing that from the look on the yellow Pegasus's face was in worry.
"Well, uhhh...... It is kinda dark out here and I was wondering if you knew why....." Fluttershy quietly replied. "I'd say Celestia just forgot to raise the sun. Come in." The mares, one alicorn, one Pegasus, trotted inside the tree. "Spike, take a note." Twilight ordered as Spike grabbed a blank scroll, the ink jar, and a quill. "Dear Princess Celestia, I would like to inform you that you must've forgot to raise the sun this morning. It is very dark and none pony can see. Your dearest student, Twilight Sparkle." Twilight gave Spike another command. "Send it." She ordered. The letter became green fire and disappeared. Then there was a reply. "Well that was fast!" The note hovered in front of one alicorn, one pegasus, and one baby dragon. "THE SHADOWS ARE COMING. RETREAT TO CANTERLOT."
