Virus (Motherboard #1)

(Frostbeat's POV)

I woke up, yawning. I stay in the Mouse, I am the leader, after all. White Lightning and I use sign language to communicate to each other. He told me that I needed to go to the Motherboard to see Princess Technobytes. I shrugged and said "Okay" in sign language. I left Blazer in charge. He helps me lead the 'Mouse Herd'. Blazer is my brother, after all. Our parents both live in the Motherboard, being retired from the position of the leaders of the herd. We are just here to live on the family tradition as strong leaders and friends.

5 minutes later.

I stood my ground as the guards of the castle stared down me and 3 other female ponies, who were behind and in front of me. The princess herself opened the doors with her magic, and we bowed down. She shook her head and beckoned us inside. Princess Technobytes sat on her throne.

"Mares, do you know why I brought you here?" she asked.

We all shook our heads.

"I have called you here because there is a weird... 'thing' going around. It lurks in the wires. Nopony knows what it is yet. That is why you are here. Starstripe, step forward."

A black and white pony stepped forward.

"You are the Power of Option. I have watched you conquer some questions even a great and powerful leader such as I cannot defeat. Electric Shock, please step forward."

The mare had a messy long mane and tail, colored electric green and black, with a dark black coat, along with dark violet eyes.

"You are the Power of Electricity. Your power with that horn of yours is nothing like I have ever heard or seen of before."

The mare blushed and looked away in embarrassment.

"Frostbeat, please step forward."

I stepped forward, my mane bouncing in sync with my hooves.

"Your are the Power of Temperature. The ponies over in the heat sensors look up to you as a leader and a friend. Your power means everything, or otherwise the whole laptop could not function properly."

I just nodded.

"And lastly, Dark Sunset, please step forward."

She had a dark magenta coat with dark red stripes, the same with her mane.

"You are the Power of Light. Despite your name, you glow like the Screen itself. We will need all of your Powers to defeat this 'monster'. To defeat it... forever."
