February 4th, 2298

Nearly 200 years have passed since the Atomic War brought Humanity to its knees, the Unified States of America has been waging a long, costly tug-of-war on the defense against the encroaching Tri-Communist Alliance over the world’s last dwindling resources. The TCA’s advance was stalled at the Mid-West Defensive Line and with reinforcements from Europe, were slowly being pushed back to the Shattered Peninsula on the West Coast.

The counteroffensive has been brought to a stalemate in the irradiated wasteland of former Nevada as the bloodiest battle between the Allied Coalition and the Tri-Communist Alliance unfolds within the ruins of Las Vegas. 

When the battle turns nuclear, a Unified States war train; U.S.R.W.C 4014, caught in the chaos is suddenly transported to a world that knows no war and its residents have endured millennia of peace and prosperity. But when that very peace is threatened by outsiders, the “4-8-8-4” and her crew would become Equestria's last line of defense against an overwhelming barbaric invasion lead by a corrupt Gryphon Prince with the internet to overthrow the four Princesses' reign of power, and bring an end to the Elements of Harmony’s power.

With an unfair technological advantage over the barbarians, not only will the crew of the “4-8-8-4” single handedly crush the opposition, but they must also push human science to the limit in order to find a way to return to their home world.
