Ingress Realities

A fiery red alicorn sat perfectly on the floor, if there was a floor. All that was felt was darkness, void, nothing except for that mare that stood within the darkness and lit her small area up with her aura. She turned to look behind her and to see past the darkness that stood between the anonymous and herself.

"Well hello there, you must be a newcomer." she gave off a small smile and stood up, "I guess I have to explain where this is."

She took in a deep breath and sighed, her fiery wings with their emitting energy seemingly weakening with every second.

"This... is what's left of the true aurasphere in this world." she looked down, her hair covering the upper part of her face, "You don't know what the aurasphere is?"

"Well... let me explain it to you then."

"The aurasphere is the mystic energy that resides behind the scenes in our little world that we call Equestria.

An energy that for centuries had dictated magic and flight for the regular unicorns and pegasi of this land.

I feel as though you've already figured out that the precious aurasphere is being slowly depleted.

She lifted her head, her bright and beautiful eyes in a focused, serious stare as she says, "A book that can be read over and over but could never be deciphered, that is what the aurasphere is.
