During the war both sides fought over control of vital resources. To do this both sides tried to control vast amounts of power, however any progress made toward the more exotic powers they sought to control was soon lost forever when the bombs fell.

Now for the first time in two centuries a Raptor has flown over the waters of the Zebratic Ocean. Is the Enclave trying to gain control over the secrets long lost? If so to what end?
