Equestria's Last Stand

Shining Armor stayed up considerably late trying to think of a speech to give to the soldiers but he fell asleep when he was about halfway done writing his speech. he had a dream last night its was his fondest memory when he became a Royal Guard. But outside of his dream he was smiling it made him happy to see his whole family again but sadly as Chrysalis was ravaging through the land  he lost his mother and his father but he was happy to still have his sisterTwilight and Cadence.Then the dream faded away to when he became captain of the Royal Guard  once again happy to see his mother and father there. then suddenly Celestia walked up and put the Royal Purple helmet on him the suddenly the dream faded. Shining Armor was waken up by a messenger the messenger said

"Captain Shining Armor I have a note for you."

Shining Armor took the not from the messenger and read it to himself Shining Armor felt  a sudden rush of depression and sadness come over him, At that moment Shining Armor started to cry the messenger simply walked and left Shining Armor to cry. The note that was delivered to him read

"Dear Shining Armor, I'm said to tell you that the Crystal Empire has fallen and no survivors im sorry but Cadence  and Your foal are dead."
