Kickapie

A really really long time ago,
On a farm outside of town,
There was a humble family
Who only ever frowned
But neigh, there was a pink sheep,
Her coat not grey or brown;

Her name was young Pinkie,
And she refused to step in line;
A vision she did see of
Throwing parties all the time
She played her favourite jam,
And all the stars they did align...

(Pinkie surprises the family with a party, as seen in Episode 23: The Cutie Mark Chronicles. She puts on a record and begins to sing and dance)

"Giggle at the ghosty,
Guffaw at the grossly,
Crack up at the creepy,
Whoop it up with the weepy,
Chortle at the kooky,
Snortle at the spooky"

(Clyde Pie, while at first appearing to enjoy the show, steps away from the family and towards Pinkie. The scene cuts to Pinkie's room at the farmhouse, where Clyde is repainting the walls after Pinkie painted them different colours)

(Clyde starts singing)

"You've disobeyed the family rules,
Why were you ever born?
Your sisters are much better than you,
Celestia loves them more."

(Clyde bursts the balloons decorating Pinkie's room)

"This 'party' that you've thrown for us
Comes from the depths of hell,
'Fun' is Princess Luna's work,
She wants you to rebel

You'll become a mindless puppet,
Nightmare Moon will pull the strings,
Your mind will lose direction,
And Discord it will bring.

You better shut your mouth,
Straighten out your mane,
These silly 'parties'
Are so inane,
Don't wanna hear you cry,
It's not like you're in pain,
But you're not allowed to smile
While you're here on the plains."

(Clyde exits the room and slams the door. There is a poster on the back, featuring a picture of Princess Luna.)

(Pinkie sings)

"Luna can you hear me,
I am lost, and so alone,
I'm asking for your guidance,
Won't you come down from your throne?

I need to find a place,
Where I can hone my party ways
My father thinks fun's evil,
And he loves the color grey

Fun is not an evil thing,
It's magical and rad,
I'll never see a rainbow
While I'm stuck here with my dad..."

(The poster of Luna animates, and Luna looks down to young Pinkie)

(Luna sings)

"We hear thee, bright young Pinkie,
Thy art stuck here farming rocks,
But to learn now how to party,
Secret doors you must unlock

One must escape one's father's clutches,
And these dull and boring hills
On a journey one must go,
To find the town of Po-ny-vi-ii-iile

To the town next to the forest,
The one that they call Everfree,
You will find a higher calling,
And throw the worlds best parties

You will meet a group of ponies,
Through the forest you will run,
You will face a Nightmare Princess,
Now go! And! Have! Some! Fuuuuuuun!"

(Pinkie gathers her things and leaps out of her window.)

So she ditched the boring rock farm,
With a party in her heart,
She journeyed far and wide,
And learned the secrets of her art,
But in the end she knew that she would play a bigger paa-aart,
PAR-TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
