Chapters Twilight was walking down the road towards the train station, she hadn't heard from her brother for a while. When she arrived she bought a ticket to the Crystal Empire and rode the train there. When she arrived she was surprised at the commotion in the middle of the town by the castle. She rushed over there just to catch the end of a performance by the Wonderbolts.
"Ok everyone, if you want to see us perform again, we're heading over to Ponyville, goodbye!" Soarin announced as Shining Armor walked up to him.
"Thank you guys for coming over and performing." he said and coughed before proceeding. "Come back again soon please."
"We'll try." Soarin replied then he and the Wonderbolts darted across the sky. When they left, the crowd cleared out quickly. Twilight ran up to her brother.
"TWILI!" he exclaimed with a very hoarse cough.
"Brother, are you ok? I haven't heard from you lately." Twilight said.
"Yes, I just have a bad cold and ran out of paper, so I couldn't mail you." he replied.
"Well good, well, I mean not good you're sick, but, oh I'll just shut up."
"Ok then. Anyways, do you want anything else while your here?"
"No, I'm good, I guess I'll just head home now."
"Well, bye." he coughed a few times and walked away slowly. Twilight watched him for a couple of seconds then headed back to the train station to ride back to Ponyville.
When she arrived she headed home ignoring the excited Rainbow Dash who flew right up to her and had basic fan girl hype about the Wonderbolts arriving. When she got to her tree house Spike handed her a letter from Nurse Redheart.
"I regret to inform you," Twilight read out loud to nobody in particular, "but your brother's 'cold' ended up being an unknown disease, it is now very contagious and we can not allow you to visit him. We will do our best to cure him. We will send you reports on him and how hes doing. Have a nice day. From, Nurse Redheart."
Twilight looked at the letter again, balled it up, and threw it in the trash. She went over to her bed and lied down to watch the Wonderbolts through her window, she wasn't surprised to see a certain blue pegasus flying above the crowd to get a better view.
"Spike, get me some ice cream." she demanded.
"What kind?" he asked.
"I don't care."
Spike left the room and came back a few minutes later with a tub of ice cream and a spoon.
"Thank you Spike." Twilight said and started eating it all.
After the performance she was surprised at the knock on her door. She walked up to the door and looked through a crack to see who it was. Twilight was even more surprised to see that it was Soarin. She quickly tidied up and let him in.
"Hello Twilight." Soarin said, "I heard about your brother and I have to say, I'm very sorry, if there's anything you need, anything at all, just tell me."
"Thank you Soarin, please come in and sit down." she said gesturing towards a chair.
Soarin sat down, "Is there anything you need right now?" he asked.
Twilight stopped for a second to think, "Can you get me a bag of potato chips?" she asked.
"Sure." he responded before flying off.
"SPIKE!" she shouted. "How does Soarin know where I live and about my brother?"
"Well, Soarin and Shining Armor are very good friends, so your brother probably told him." Spike answered.
"Oh, well, you learn things every day."
"No, I don't, you do."
"You know what I mean!"
Soarin entered the room again with a bag of chips.
"Soarin? Back already?" twilight asked
"Sorry it took so long, couldn't find the grocery store." he answered not hearing what Twilight asked. He handed her the bag of chips.
"Wow, umm, thank you Soarin."
"No problem."
The two of them chatted for a very long time. Eventually the sun began to set.
"Twilight," Soarin said, "I like you. Will you...
Twilight took a quick sip of apple juice and did a spit take. "Sorry, continue." she said.
"Will you, go out with me?" The second he said that they both heard a gasp from Twilight's window and they looked just in time to see a rainbow tail flash out of sight.
"Well Soarin, I, its just, you, yes, I will go out with you." she finally said. She looked into Soarin's eyes and they both leaned in to kiss.
"Ahem" Spike said. "I'm still here you know!"
"Spike shoo!" Twilight shouted. With this, Spike ran out of the room as fast as he could.
"Well, that was awkward." Soarin said.
"Yes, very." Twilight responded. "Now, shall we continue?"
The two leaned in to kiss again when someone knocked on the door.
"Wow, perfect timing." Twilight said using magic to open the door. "Rainbow Dash? Why am I not surprised?"
"I just came to tell you, I saw you ask her out Soarin, and her say yes, and you know I'm bad with secrets so..." Rainbow Dash said
"Oh no, please tell me the whole town doesn't know." she said cutting Rainbow Dash off.
"Oh, not the whole town, I couldn't find Pinkie Pie anywhere." she added the last part quietly, but Twilight heard.
"Wow, just wow, I can't believe you Rainbow Dash."
"I'm sorry Twilight, I'll just go now." she said as she slowly walked out the door and shut it.
"Twilight looked at Soarin. "Rainbow Dash, what are we going to do with her?" they both laughed.
"I don't know." Soarin looked into Twilight's eyes. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Twilight nodded and the two finally kissed. The last bit of sadness in Twilight's eyes melted and they continued to kiss. When they finished neither had anything to say. After a while they eventually both climbed onto Twilight's bed and fell asleep together.
"Wow, I can't believe that Twilight is going out with Soarin! It's just so weird. Can you believe it Rarity?" Rainbow Dash said then paused confused that Rarity was no longer following her. She turned around and started going back in search of Rarity. "Rarity, where are you?" she shouted. She kept walking and paused in front of the jewelery shop to see Rarity staring in the window.
"Wow, aren't those gems just BEAUTIFUL?!" Rarity exclaimed.
"Yeah, sure I guess." Rainbow Dash answered trying her best to sound like she cared.
"These Regal Rubies are just fantastic!"
"Those aren't rubies, Rarity. They're pink, rubies are red!"
"Rainbow dear, rubies can come in many different shades of red, some are even slightly purple. You have much to learn about gems."
"Well, I'm going to leave you to whatever you're doing and see what Apple Jack is doing." she darted off to Sweet Apple Acres leaving Rarity staring in the windows dreamily.
"My, these are beautiful gems. WHAT, that gem is NOT a topaz! Its a dirty emerald!" Rainbow Dash heard Rarity say before a door slammed. She got far enough away that she couldn't hear the intense shouting and foul language from inside the store.
Rainbow Dash proceeded to wander down the dirt road until the barn was in sight. She walked up to Big Mac who was slummed up against the side of the barn with his straw hat down to cover his face.
"Hey Mac." Rainbow Dash said. "Where's Apple Jack?" She waited a couple seconds before poking him. "Wow, must've been a good harvest today." she shouted trying to wake up Mac. She paused thinking then shoved him onto his side. She hesitated then kicked his chest. "Wow, heavy sleeper." she whispered.
"WHO, WHAT, uhhh." Big Mac woke with a start. "OUCH, why does my chest hurt so much?"
"WHOA, you can talk?"
Big Mac got up. "Eeyup"
"Did you know you can sleep through a lot but a little whisper wakes you up? Very original."
"Eeyup"
"Let me guess, Apple Jack is still carrying back the harvest?"
"Eeyup"
Rainbow Dash sat down. "Sure is hot out today."
"Eeyup" he said as if it just occurred to him.
"So why aren't you helping Apple Jack take the apples back here?"
"Its a one pony cart and my harness broke."
"Oh, ok then. You should sit down, your sweating a lot."
Big Mac wiped his hoof on his face and looked at it to see that he was sweating intensely and sat down next to Rainbow Dash. He reached over and grabbed a bottle of apple juice from the cooler right next to him.
"Where did that cooler come from? Was it here the whole time and I missed it?"
"Eeyup"
"Can I have a drink?"
"Eeyup" he replied reaching into the cooler for another bottle then gave it to Rainbow Dash.
"Thanks." She took a sip.
The two sat in awkward silence for nearly an hour by the time Apple Jack arrived.
"Apple Jack!" Rainbow Dash shouted then ran over to her friend. "You look exhausted! Here." she handed Apple Jack a bottle of apple juice then helped her friend out of the harness.
"Thanks sugarcube. You really are a good friend! Anyways I'm gonna go take an ice cold bath to cool down. I'll be back in a bit." Apple Jack said as she trotted over to the house.
"Well, its just you and me again." Big Mac said.
"Heh, yeah." she said awkwardly. "So, hows it going?"
"Good I guess."
The two chatted for a while to pass the time. Apple Jack finished her bath and walked outside without her hat and her hair dripping water wherever she went.
"Sorry it took so long, couldn't find a towel."
"Its ok Apple Jack, it didn't bother me."
"Well that's nice sugarcube."
"Yeah I know that's just who I am, fastest pony in Equestria, #1 fan of the wonderbolts, your brother's girlfriend, future captain of the wonderbolts, weather pony of Ponyville." she said
"Wait, what was the third thing?" Apple Jack asked.
"Future captain of the wonderbolts?"
"No the one before that."
"Number 1 fan of the wonderbolts?"
"After that."
"Uhhh." Rainbow Dash stared at the ground awkwardly. "Your brother's boyfriend." she added quietly.
"No way. You, and my brother. No way." she babbled at a loss for words.
"Yeah, I know. Anyways, we're going to go to Twilight's house and surprise her." Rainbow Dash and Big Mac got up and headed to Twilight's house. When they arrived they paused at the door to see a tie on the doorknob and Spike playing video games in the bush.
"Well, what are we waiting for?" Big Mac asked after a couple minutes passed and he reached out to open the door.
"NO!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed as she stopped Big Mac from opening the door. "Are you crazy? Didn't you see the tie? You can't walk in on a tie door!"
"Well, why not?"
"It means they are, sticking a hot dog in a doughnut"
"Why would they do that? It sounds disgusting! Well I guess it depends on what kind of doughnut, chocolate doughnut might be good, jelly filled would be ok."
"Mac, stop. That's not what I meant at all!"
"Well, that's what you said!"
Rainbow Dash attempted to get Big Mac to understand without actually saying it.
"I don't understand, make up your mind, what does the tie mean?"
"It means they're having sex!" Spike interrupted tired of this conversation.
"Well thank you very much Spike." Rainbow Dash said.
"Hey Rainbow, who are you with, I can't see them, this bush is blocking them out, do I know them?"
"Eeyup." replied Big Mac.
"Is that, Big Mac?!"
"Eeyup."
"No way!"
"Eeyup."
"So you can talk?"
"Eeyup."
"Riveting conversation guys." Rainbow Dash interrupted. "Well we should get going, who knows how long they'll be in there." she said when the door suddenly opened and a purple hoof darted out grabbed the tie and darted back in.
Spike got up and walked in and said, "Perfect timing huh?"
"Eeyup." Rainbow Dash said.
"Aww come on Dashy, that's my line." Big Mac said and the two started laughing.
"Well I suppose we should do what we came here for right?"
"Eeyup."
The two walked in and started talking to Twilight.
"Guess who the newest couple in Ponyville is." Rainbow Dash said
"Considering whats happening out the window right now, Derpy and Dr. Whooves." Twilight replied.
"What, really?" Rainbow Dash went up to the window and watched as the couple became a couple.
"Ok then, the SECOND newest couple in Ponyville."
"You and Big Mac?"
"How did you know?"
"Anyone with half a mind could see that you two are a 'thing'."
"Oh." Rainbow Dash said awkwardly.
"Anything else?"
"No, that was all, I guess we should get going, right Mac?" she waited a bit for a response. "Right mac?" she said kneeing Mac on the side.
"OW, yeah sure, I guess, bye Soarin." he said a little upset that his conversation came to an abrupt halt.
The two headed back to the barn.
"Hey Mac, does rolling in the hay mean anything to you?" Rainbow Dash asked randomly on their way back.
"No, but I'm guessing due to the events of the day and your personality it means sex right?"
"You know me so well. So, will you?"
"Sure, I guess."
When they got to the barn it was very late and the rest of the Apple family was asleep. You can probably fill in the rest.
Rarity was walking home from the jewelery store wit a bag of gems. She was really happy today, more so than usual. When she got home she made some clothes and she sewed the gems onto them. The clothes she made were beautiful. When she finished she walked up to her bed and sat on it.
"What am I going to do now?" she asked herself. "I don't have anything to do or anyone to talk to!" she said to no one in particular."
"You can always talk to me, Rarity."
"Who said that?" Rarity asked a little scared by the sudden appearance of another voice.
"Its me, Sweetie Belle." Sweetie Belle said as she crawled out from under the bed.
"Sweetie, how many times do I have to tell you that going under beds is creepy?"
"Thirty seven." Sweetie said it like any kid in the same position would.
"Wow, sometimes you're just plain stupid!"
"I know, I've been told."
"Are you being bullied at school again? Who calls you stupid?"
"You."
"Say one time!"
"Just now, yesterday, last week Friday, last week Monday and the other 33 times."
"I said one time!"
"Well then you should pay more attention."
"I should pay more attention?! Your the one who didn't answer the way I asked!" Rarity stormed out of the room and slammed the door.
"Yes, now I can use her dildo!" Sweetie Belle jumped with joy. "Oh I just hope that nobody heard that. I really hope I'm not in a TV show or a book or something where everyone in the world can see what I say and do."
Rarity was wandering around town aimlessly looking for something to do. She stopped every once in a while and talked to a random pony she found on the street. She got many different responses, one tried to kill her, another tried to marry her, one walked away in disgust, and more and more different responses. Eventually she found Spike and started talking to him, relieved she could finally talk to someone she knew.
"Oh Spike, thank goodness, I'm so glad I can talk to you!" Rarity exclaimed
"You, you are?" Spike asked blushing, well, if dragons could blush that is.
"Yes, my sister made me mad earlier and I couldn't find anyone I knew!"
"Oh, so you weren't looking for me in particular?" Spike asked, the happiness fading from his eyes.
"Well, kind of, but not really."
Spike stood there thinking for a second not quite sure whether to be happy or not.
After a couple seconds of silence, Rarity spoke up. "So Spikey," she said, "how are you today?" She said this to clear the awkward silence. Saying this only made the situation that much more awkward.
"Uhh, good, how are you?" Spike asked
"Good I guess."
The awkward silence returned.
"Well, I'm going to go find Applejack and talk to her now. I'll see you later Spike." Rarity said before running off towards Sweet Apple Acres.
"Well that went well." Spike said to himself as he returned to doing what Twilight asked him to.
After a few minutes, Rarity arrived at Applejack's house. She looked around for Applejack and went up to Big Mac when she couldn't find her.
"Hello Mac dear. Have you seen Applejack lately?"
"Dear?"
"Yes, I'm Rarity remember? I normally call everypony dear or darling."
"Oh, phew, I thought you were hitting on me! You aren't hitting on me are you?"
"Mac?"
"Yeah?"
"Wheres Applejack?"
"Shes in her room, still sleeping as far as I know."
"Oh ok, thank you." Rarity walked up to the house and paused in the doorway to ask one more question. "Mac, since when can you say anything besides 'Eeyup'?"
"Aww crap, I forgot you didn't know."
"So this is normal? I'm not hallucinating?"
"Eeyup."
"Ok then, I'll be going." she said as she stepped into the house just in time to miss a blue pegasus run up and tackle Mac in an affectionate way.
Rarity was walking down the hall to Applejack's room.
"Applejack?" She asked quietly as she opened the door in case the mare was still sleeping. "Are you awake?"
Rarity turned her head around to see behind the door and was shocked at what she saw.
"Applejack?! Pinkie Pie?!"
Applejack quickly got away from Pinkie as fast as she could.
"This isn't what it looks like!" Applejack replied the second her lips left Pinkie's.
"What does it look like? Does she know? Who is it? Oh hi Rarity how are you doing today?" Pinkie Pie started her torrent of questions.
"Oh shut up Pinkie!" Rarity said. "I saw what happened. No amount of questions can cover it up!"
Pinkie started talking but Applejack put her hoof in front of her lips so Pinkie couldn't talk.
"Rarity, uhh, we're drunk! That's why we were kissing!" Applejack said
"But your sober enough to talk normally?"
"Uhh, did I say drunk? I meant we were playing Truth and Dare with Rainbow Dash and Big Mac!"
"Mac said he didn't even know you were awake!"
"Ok, fine, I admit it, Pinkie and I are," Applejack paused, she quickly tried to think of any more excuses besides the truth, but she knew Rarity would see right through all of them. "We're lesbian." she said and hung her head in shame.
"No way, I have to go tell Twilight!" She said the dashed to the door and headed straight to Twilight's tree.
"No, don't tell anyone!" Applejack barely got out before Rarity got out of earshot. She took her hoof away from Pinkie's mouth. "You can talk now sugarcube."
"OH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU all my words were building up inside me I almost EXPLODED, if you didn't stop I would've died!" Pinkie said so fast Applejack barely understood.
When Rarity arrived at Twilight's tree she knocked on the door and walked in. She was surprised to not see Twilight anywhere and that all the books were on their shelves.
"Oh, hi Rarity." Spike said starting to blush because he was alone with Rarity.
"Hello Spikey poo, wheres Twilight?"
"She went over to Soarin's house. Celestia know whats going on over there."
"So its just us?"
"Right."
"Nobody else?"
"Right." Spike said getting a little suspicious.
"Good." Rarity went up to the door and locked it. She then quickly shut all the blinds on the windows.
"What are you doing Rarity?" Spike asked.
"Shh, don't talk." Rarity said softly, putting a hoof to Spike's lips.
"Mmmrph." he managed.
Rarity took her hoof down and gave Spike a big kiss on the lips.
Spike looked at at her a little scared but the sudden action. After a couple seconds he closed his eyes and went with the kiss. After a couple seconds, the two started making out. After about a minute or so, they stopped.
"So does this mean you like me?" Spike asked.
"Not at all Spikey poo, I love you. All those years, it was obvious you admired me more than anything, and the feeling was mutual. I just thought now was the time to let you know."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"So will you go out with me?"
"Depends."
"On?"
"What do you feel about this?" Rarity said and forced another kiss on Spike.
When they finished, Spike stared into Rarity's eyes. "Words can't describe what that felt like." he said.
"Then yes, I will go out with you."
They spent the rest of the evening doing what young couples do. Playing board games watching TV and sharing a cup of hot chocolate.
"Oh, Spike I just remembered something."
"Yeah Rarity?"
"Sweetie Belle pisses me off, Applejack and Pinkie Pie are lesbian, and I've had to use the bathroom for the past 10 minutes." Rarity added the second part quickly.
Spike did a spit take, luckily he was aiming into the fire place, because it started up a fire almost instantly. "What did you say?"
"Applejack and Pinkie Pie are lesbian."
"No way!"
"I know right? Now, be a dear and get me a blanket please."
Spike got up and returned a couple minutes later with a blanket.
Rarity spread the blanket on top of her and motioned for Spike to get under it with her.
Spike crawled in with her and the two slowly fell asleep together.
Shortly after being temporarily shocked to the point of paralyzation when she saw her brother and Rainbow Dash in the barn doing 'it' Applejack headed over to sugarcube corner to buy some sugar so the Apple family could make apple cider. When she arrived, a pink land pony was running the register.
"Hello Applejack, welcome to Sugar Cube Corner, if you need anything salty then you've come to the wrong place!" Pinkie Pie said in her normal super fast manor.
"Hi Pinkie, I've come for the monthly sugar."
"Ok, let me go get the bag from the back!" The pink pony zipped off faster than Applejack's eyes could register and came back a couple seconds later with a 50 pound bag of sugar.
Applejack pulled her wallet out of the bag she had. "How much is that?
"Its on the house today.
"Why thanks Pinkie."
"Anything for such a beautiful mare! Will you go out with me?" Pinkie said a little faster than normal.
"What was that?" Applejack asked struggling to pick up the sugar bag.
"Just forgot to give you your complimentary cupcake, Mr. Cake ordered too much mix so we give them out for free." Pinkie slid a red velvet heart shaped cupcake across the counter and into Applejack's hoof.
"Thank you sugarcube."
"Anything for you! I love you!"
"What?"
"Nothing."
"Ok then." Applejack said a little cautiously and started heading home. On the way there she looked at the cupcake she got and read it out loud. "Love you lots Applejack, come to my room at 8 tonight." She started eating the cupcake. When she finished she started thinking. "Am I just imagining this or does Pinkie act like shes in love with me?" Her mind said "She must've thought I was someone else!" "No way! The cupcake quite obviously said 'Applejack' on it!" Applejack stopped walking in front of Big Mac and she dropped the sugar bag.
"Whats on your mind?" he asked seeing that Applejack's brow was furrowed.
"My mind is fighting with itself!" she said trying to block out the battle enraging in her brain.
"What about?"
"Pinkie's been acting weird around me for some reason, I think she might be in love with me!"
"Well, you know she is lesbian right?"
"WHAT?!"
"Yeah, she told me. She even showed me her collection of female porn magazines."
"I don't believe it!"
"Well you better start believing." Mac said sitting down putting his hooves behind his head and resting one of hid hind hooves on his other leg.
Applejack checked her watch. 7:49. She decided she was going to confront Pinkie about her lesbianism. "Mac, I'll be back in a few." she said starting to go back to Sugar Cube Corner.
When she arrived she went straight up to Pinkie's room and arrived at exactly 8.
"Applejack, you came!" Pinkie exclaimed.
"Yeah, Pinkie, I know about you being lesbian."
"What really? How did you know?"
"Well, you acted funny around me, gave me 100 bits of sugar for free, gave me a heart shaped cupcake, and Big Mac told me you showed him your magazines."
"That obvious?"
"Yeah, anyways. I just wanted to say, I totally agree with your lesbianism."
"What really?"
"Yes!" Applejack went up to Pinkie and kissed her cheek. "The reason why, I always had a crush on you." She whispered in her ear.
"No way, really?"
"Yeah, now come over to my place and lets have a sleepover."
"Why can't we do that here?"
"Your posters, they scare me."
"Oh ok, I'll be over in a little bit, just let me get my sleep over stuff."
"All right, see you soon." Applejack said and trotted home.
When she arrives, Applejack hadn't even made it up the stairs when the doorbell rang, so she opened the door. It was Pinkie Pie.
"Sorry it took so long, I couldn't find my blanket, then I realized I left my present for you home. Then Fancy Pants walked up and started talking to me."
"Well, I barely made it here before you, so you obviously walk pretty fast!"
"Really? Because I've been walking for half an hour!"
"How, I was talking to you 5 minutes ago."
"Time works differently for me, that's why I do everything so fast!"
"Well, that explains a lot."
"Yeah I know."
"Hey, want me to get my brother and Rainbow Dash and play Truth or Dare, Spin the Bottle, or Seven Minutes in Heaven or something?"
"Sure, I'm ok with any of them."
"Ok, you look up which game is more liked on the internet and I'll get them."
After a few minutes, Applejack returns with Bug Mac and Rainbow Dash.
"So Pinkie, what game?"
"Lets play spin the bottle!"
"Sure, I got the bottle." Rainbow Dash said pulling a bottle from her invisible pony pocket.
The four sat in a square and put the bottle in the center.
"I'll go first." Applejack said
"Wait," Rainbow Dash said, "is it kiss rules make out rules or sex rules?"
"Lets go with make out." Big Mac chimed in. "Its not too much but its not too little."
"All right then, lets start." Applejack said as she spun the bottle. It landed on Big Mac, oh the irony.
The four of them played until they could barely stay awake.
"I think we should go to sleep now." Pinkie Pie said at normal speed.
"How are you? Never mind. Lets sleep." Applejack responded a little slow and with a yawn.
Big Mac and Rainbow Dash went into Mac's room and Applejack and Pinkie Pie went into Applejack's room. Then they all fell asleep.
When Big Mac and Rainbow Dash woke up, Rainbow Dash went home and Big mac started work on the farm.
Applejack stayed asleep longer than any of them. When she woke up, she was shocked at what she saw, and felt.
"Pinkie, what are you doing down there?"
Pinkie stopped what she was doing and looked at Applejack. "Sucking on you." Pinkie said with a smile and went back to it.
"Stop, please!" Applejack said. "And let me get you while you do it."
The two then proceeded with some 69. After some while they stopped.
"Well, now what?" Applejack said.
"Kiss me!" Pinkie said and tackled Applejack. They started making out behind the door. After a few minutes the door creaked open and Rarity walked in.
Rarity turned her head around to see behind the door and was shocked at what she saw.
"Applejack?! Pinkie Pie?!" Rarity asked.
Applejack quickly got away from Pinkie as fast as she could.
"This isn't what it looks like!" Applejack replied the second her lips left Pinkie's.
"What does it look like? Does she know? Who is it? Oh hi Rarity how are you doing today?" Pinkie Pie started her torrent of questions.
"Oh shut up Pinkie!" Rarity said. "I saw what happened. No amount of questions can cover it up!"
Pinkie started talking but Applejack put her hoof in front of her lips so Pinkie couldn't talk.

"Uhh, did I say drunk? I meant we were playing Truth and Dare with Rainbow Dash and Big Mac!"
"Mac said he didn't even know you were awake!"
"Ok, fine, I admit it, Pinkie and I are," Applejack paused, she quickly tried to think of any more excuses besides the truth, but she knew Rarity would see right through all of them. "We're lesbian." she said and hung her head in shame.
"No way, I have to go tell Twilight!" She said the dashed to the door and headed straight to Twilight's tree.
"No, don't tell anyone!" Applejack barely got out before Rarity got out of earshot. She took her hoof away from Pinkie's mouth. "You can talk now sugarcube."
"OH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU all my words were building up inside me I almost EXPLODED, if you didn't stop I would've died!" Pinkie said so fast Applejack barely understood.
"Pinkie, shut up and kiss me!" she demanded
"Ok!" The two then made out. It probably would have set a world record for longest make out session without a breath.
Fluttershy was laying on her bed at home staring at the ceiling. She was bored. The animals were doing their best to entertain her, but all of the attempts failed. Fluttershy was depressed, she saw all of her friends get relationships. She felt left out. All the stallions she knew or was willing to go out with either hated her or was taken. She didn't know what to do. Fluttershy guessed that she could ask one of them out, but the odds that they'd accept were little to none. She was somewhat tempted to end her life right then and there when she heard a knock on the door. She went up and opened the door a crack.
"Hello, who is it?" she asked politely.
"Hi Fluttershy, its me Trixie, I couldn't find Twilight, and this time I knew I could beat her. I was wondering if you knew where she was, or if I could stay and chat until she got back." Trixie said.
Fluttershy opened the door enough so she could see Trixie completely. "Twilight went over to Soarin's house. She didn't say when she'd be back so she might be gone for a while."
"Soarin's house? Why Soarin?"
Fluttershy opened the door completely. "They're going out now."
"Really? But how does she not fall through the clouds?"
"She knows a spell."
"Oh, well that explains it. So can I stay here until she gets back? I couldn't find my tent and you're the only pony who still really likes me after the last duel Twilight and I had."
"Um sure, I have an extra bed in that corner. Fridge is over that way and the bathroom is right there." Fluttershy said pointing to the items as she said where they were.
"Thanks Fluttershy."
"Your welcome, and if there's anything else you need just ask Angel Bunny."
"Thank you."
Fluttershy glanced at the clock. "Oh, its that late already? I'm sorry Trixie but I have to go to work." she said as she grabbed a bag of something Trixie couldn't see and dashed off. Little did she know that a certain blue unicorn was following her wit an invisibility spell.
When Fluttershy arrived at the night club the bouncer stopped her.
"Hold it. Only employees and guests who waited in line are allowed in."
"Excuse me sir, but I'm the DJ for tonight."
"Oh really? Prove it."
Fluttershy dug around in the bag and pulled out a pair of shades and put them on.
"Oh, I'm sorry ma'am, go right on in!"
"It's ok, I'm used to not being known." she muttered as she walked in and went into the back to change. She put on a very exposing bright yellow dress. The very exposing part didn't bother her, she is a pony after all, she spends most of her life naked. She put on some make up and went up on stage. She took the disc off the turntable, put it on the rack and pulled a new disc off. She put it on the turntable checked to see that it was on and cracked her hooves. She pulled the microphone down to her mouth and switched it on. "YO PUNKS." she shouted. "Lets kick this party up a notch. DJ Flyshy in the house!"
The crowd cheered and Fluttershy, I mean DJ Flyshy, started doing her job as the Monday night DJ.
After a few hours she packed up her things, cleaned off her face from the make up, took off the dress and DJ shades, and put it all in her bag. She left the club and headed home. She dropped a $10 bill onto the bar as a tip on her way out.
When she arrived home she stuffed the bag under her bed and put her tips into her top dresser drawer and lied down on the bed. She closed her eyes and started drifting off when the door creaked open. She was startled and jumped up surprised to see nopony else in or near her house.
"Who's there?" she asked. "I have a very dangerous bear that will do anything I say, show yourself or prepare to be mauled, please."
"Oh sorry Fluttershy, forgot my spell was still on." Trixie said as she removed the invisibility spell.
"Were you following me?"
"No, I definitely didn't follow you into the famous night club 'The Square' and watched you DJ. Oh crap"
"So, so you were following me?"
"Yes Fluttershy, I'm sorry. I just wanted to know what you did for a living, I never see you working anywhere."
"Yeah, well, now you know."
"Go to bed dear, I don't want you staying up too late and getting sick."
"Ok." Fluttershy said and crawled under her covers.
"Goodnight dear." Trixie said and kissed Fluttershy on the forehead.
Fluttershy closed her eyes and fell asleep as Trixie went over to her bed and did the same.
Fluttershy woke up to the smell of pancakes.
"Good morning honey." Trixie said from the kitchen area.
"Morning." Fluttershy said with a yawn as she fixed her hair.
"I hope you like pancakes, because I made a ton!"
"Yummy! Pancakes are my favorite!"
"Good, and just so you know, I made them with love."
Fluttershy paused and had a quick flashback of her childhood. Trixie was acting weird. In a way that only a caring mare could act. She was acting, like a mother!
"Trixie, why are you acting so weird?"
"What do you mean dear?"
"You're acting, like I'm, your daughter."
"Oh, I'm sorry Fluttershy, does that weird you out?"
"No, actually I quite like it, I hardly spent time with my parents, I left them almost as soon as I got out of the high chair."
"Well, so do you want me to be your mom?"
"Yes, please."
"Ok, then I will, and hey, hurry up on those pancakes before they get cold, you want to grow up into a big strong mare one day right?"
"Yes mom." Fluttershy said and ate all her pancakes.
"I love you Fluttershy, no matter what happens." Trixie said and gave Fluttershy a hug.
"I love you too, mom." she said and the two hugged, and hugged, and hugged.

Sorry this chapter took so long and is shorter than the rest. I finished and my computer died before I could save. I just ran out of patience and hurried through. Same ending different length, bet that wasn't the ending you suspected though eh?
Shining Armour was walking to the castle to take a nap when he blacked out randomly. Instantly all the crystal ponies surrounded him. The paramedics arrived in a few seconds and took him to the hospital.
When he woke up, Shining Armor was staring in the eyes of a nurse who was inspecting him closely. "What happened?" he asked.
"Shhh. Don't talk. You have an unknown disease. We have to monitor all of your vital signs for a few hours."
"Why can't I..." he began but was cut off again.
"Shush, you can't talk. Sometimes it can mess up the machines." the nurse said.
So Shining Armor lied in bed watching the heart monitor go up and down.
Eventually a doctor came in and checked the reports of his vitals.
"All seems good." he said in a deep voice.
"Yeah, I just can't figure it out." the nurse replied. "Should we call her?"
"IS there any other option?"
"Not at this point."
"Ok, I'll call her." he said pulling out his cell phone. He dialed a number and left the room. Shining Armor could hear some talking from the hall.
"Ok hun. she should be here in a couple minutes, so until then you have to do some light physical work for me."
Shining Armor nodded.
"Lift your back left leg."
Shining did as he was told.
"Now your right one. OK now lift your front legs. Ok good, now roll your head. All right, no changes. Good."
The doctor walked back in and put his phone in the mythical pony pocket. "She'll be here in few."
"Hours? Minutes? Days?"
"Seconds."
And a zebra walked in the door the instant he said seconds.
"Hello, sorry for the wait. I was stopped by somepony's garden gate." Zecora said.
"Wow, your rhymes get worse and worse." The doctor replied. (How do people make these rhymes look so easy? THEY'RE F*CKING HARD!)
"Is he all right? Is this a useless plight?"
"Ok, stop rhyming please, its just annoying."
"Ok then. What is wrong with him?"
"Nothing, he just has a terrible cold and blacks out randomly."
"Oh no. Not this."
"What, what is it?"
"You've heard of cutie pox right?"
"Of course."
"This is the opposite. It takes away special talents. And sense his talent is defending, he can no longer defend against sickness, anything he comes down with will be amplified 100 times. Anything could prove fatal."
"WHAT?"
"Yes, quarantine the area immediately."
"Done."
"Really?"
"Yes, I hit the quarantine button."
"Quite fast and quiet."
"Yes I know. What will you do now Zecora?"
Zecora turned around so she was facing the wall opposite of Shining Armor.
"What are you doing?" Shining asked when Zecora smashed his face in with her hoof. Everything went black.
"What was that?" the doctor asked a little freaked out.
"He must be unconcious, and I must be alone for the actual healing."
"Oh, ok." the doctor said as he left the area.
Then Zecora started her magic.
When he woke up, Shining Armor's face didn't hurt at all. He looked around and saw nothing. He picked up the buzzer and jit it asking for assistance. A minute or two later a nurse walked in.
"Oh, your awake." she said.
"What happened?"
"Zecora kicked you then healed you."
"How long was I out?"
"Well, you were knocked out at 5 and its 8 now so, 2 years."
"TWO YEARS!?!? How'd that happen, what I miss, is Cadence dead, WHERE'S TWILIGHT?"
"Its ok hun, here." the nurse handed him a letter which he read aloud.
"Dear Shining Armor, hello brother, I heard what happened, anyways, I'm ok and so is Cadence. While you were out, I got married. Please mail me back as soon as you can. Love, Twilight Sparkle."
"Go to her." the nurse said after a couple seconds.
Then Shining Armor got up and ran to Twilight's treehouse. He ran and ran until he got there and knocked on the door when a yellow pegasus walked up.
"Oh, hello Shining Armor, Twilight is out at Soarin's house."
"Really? What happened?"
"They got married, duh silly goose."
Then Shining Armor got an idea and teleported to his room in the Crystal Kingdom. He appeared in some shadows where he was invisible and saw Cadence sobbing on their bed hugging a picture of him.
"Cadence?" he asked as he stepped into the light.
She stopped crying and looked up. Next thing he knew, Shining Armor was being buried by kisses.
"Ok Cadence, stop please, we'll do whatever you want later, but I have to go say hi to Twili."
"Oh, ok then." she said a little disappointed.
"Whatever you want tonight." he said with a wink as he teleported to Soarin's house.
He knocked on the door. "Hello." he shouted. "Anypony home?"
Shining Armor heard some talking behind the door then a bunch of dishes smashing on the ground when the door opened and Twilight looked up at him. When she saw him, she froze and stared unsure of what to do next.
"Who is it Twilight?" Soarin asked from the kitchen and started walking up. He stopped right next to Twilight. "Hey man, wassup, who are you?"
"I'm Shining Armor, Twilight's brother." he responded
Soarin fell over in shock.
"Umm so Twilight, how have you been doing?"
"Good." she managed.
Shining Armor spent the rest of the day with Twilight and Soarin just so they get used to the fact that he was there. When night fell, he said goodbye and teleported back to Cadence.
"Well Cadence, I'm here, time to do whatever you want."
Cadence lied in a seductive pose.. "Why hello sexy." she said.
"Oh, is that what you want?"
"Lets do it." she said.
Then Shining Armor crawled in bed and they started the most pleasureful things ever, sex.
Author's Note
I decided to add this chapter, just because he was mentioned, but not really used. Plus, some people wanted to know what happened to him.
Twilight and Soarin stayed together for the longest time. They even got married, some said they were the oddest couple ever. Some said they were meant to be. Others, well they aren't around to talk anymore. They got a nice house full of books and near the center of Equestria so if Soarin was needed, he was there fast. They spent the rest of their life happy. They even had kids. A filly pegasus who was a bit of a bookworm and a colt unicorn who was very athletic, very odd. They were the happiest couple in history.
Rainbow Dash and Big Mac broke up and Rainbow Dash started going out with a new pony. This was the 13th one, this month. Big Mac dealt with it well and found a mare with him and lived a happy life. They eventually got engaged, but something always happened to cancel the wedding, they acted married anyways. Rainbow Dash could never settle with one stallion for too long. By the time she was 23, she was leaving a trail of broken hearts and crushed dreams where ever she went, there was one she regretted ever breaking up with however, and he was, Big mac.
Rarity and Spike didn't last very long. They eventually decided that they wanted kids, and it would be quite hard for a dragon and a pony to have babies. They went off to meet new people. Rarity went with those that were freshly crushed by Rainbow Dash, hoping to find the guy, she knew it was someone who wouldn't get along with Rainbow Dash. Spike went back to dragon country, found a lady dragon, and well, lets keep the rest out of here, we want the epilogue to be the cleanest of the whole story right?
Applejack and Pinkie Pie stayed together, they never married, they never broke up. Mainly because Equestria doesn't support gay/lesbian marriages. But they were two happy mares nonetheless. They probably set a world record for longest dating couple, but nobody official was there the whole relationship, so they aren't in the book.
Fluttershy and Trixie stayed together though. Trixie mothered Fluttershy, maybe overdoing it every once in a while, but hey. They stayed mother and daughter for the rest of their lives. Nobody complained, nobody cared. The pony they almost never see except as a DJ and the pony they hate are together, in fact, nobody really knew they were! Nothing would separate this mother from her child, not again anyways, long story, we'll get into that later.
