It was a sunny day in Sweet Apple Acres, right after the storm last night. Big Macintosh was busy picking apples while Applejack was taking a nap. She was having the same dream of her participating in the Rodeo. All was peaceful and quiet, until...

"HEY SIS!"

Applejack jumped out of her bed and on to the floor. Then she looked up to see Applebloom at her side. She picked herself up the floor and on her hooves. "What in tarnation are you doing?" she asked. "I WANNA KNOW WHEN I'LL GET MAH CUTIE MARK!" she replied. Applejack sighed, "I already told you a thousand times, It's gonna come when its ready!" "But I want it to come now!" Applebloom wailed, "I've been waiting so long now! It has to come today! It just has to!" Applejack sighed once more, "Look, why don't ya go outside and play in your tree-house? I mean, it's such a beautiful day." "Oh, alright." Applebloom sighed, "I guess I could wait." So she went outside and headed for the tree house.

On her way there, she kept on thinking on what her Cutie Mark would be. 'It could be soccer, or folding, or maybe skipping!' she thought in her mind. 'or drawing, or playing, or bouncing, or dressing, or...' then her mind totally went blank. She had no idea what her Cutie Mark would be.

She finally reached the tree house. She climbed up the ladder to reach the top. When she had arrived at the top, she was shocked to see everything all messed up from last nights storm. "Holy Apple sauce! It's like Pony War 2 up here!" she shouted. She soon realized that the rest of her friends would be here soon, and they would be shocked to see the tree house like this. She picked up the broom and dust pan at the corner, and went to work. While she was cleaning, she was humming a tune so she wouldn't get bored.

After 30 minutes of cleaning, Applebloom was exhausted. She sat down to rest. Almost drifting of to sleep, she noticed the broom and dustpan has somehow appeared closer to her. No, ON her. She sat up. She almost screamed to see the broom and dustpan ON HER FLANK! "HOLY CHIPCHAPIN' APPLES! I'VE GOT MAH CUTIE MARK!" She bounced around, rolled on the floor, and danced a bit. She was so happy to have her Cutie Mark. She rushed down the ladder and ran off to spread the good news to her family and friends.
