As I enter the household, I can hear the music coming from the upper floor. As I was listening to the unbearable music (Explanation-Robot's hate dubstep and techno. It messes with their hardware. But after awhile they would get used to it.) I thought, "If there's music, there's got to be someone controlling it."
After my thoughts, I started to head upstairs, hearing the beat get louder and louder. I literally thought one of my eardrums were going to pop out. Once I reached the top of the stairs, I looked into the room of where the music was coming from.
Of course a pony was playing it. A white pony with purple shades and cyan-blue hair. But what I found weird was when she (Again, judged by shape.) changed tracks. She used a horn I didn't see as I, er... observed her, to levitate a track onto her machine, then I heard more awful sounds of the same music. I paid too much attention to the music though, that I didn't notice that the pony discovered me in her home. She basically fell over. It was until then when I realized what happened. I decided to help her up, she'd already seen me anyways. Afterwards she spoke something to me. "What the heck are you?!" She basically screeched at me. I sighed and replied "I am a futuristic robot, sent here by some unofficially known source. I am from a distant universe, very different from yours. At first I was in a limbo, when turned into a dusty desert, when it finally resorted to normal woods."
"Okay. Well... I'm Vinyl Scratch, mostly known as DJ PON-3! Nice to meet you, weird robot thing."
"Ah so your a DJ, that explains the," I shuddered for a bit "Disorienting music."
"D-Disorienting? What's that supposed to mean?" I found she began raising her tone. Like a mother with her child.
"Well, according to dictionary, 'Disorienting is-"
"I know what it means! I want to know your point."
"Oh well you see-"
I paused and shook my head. No! This is not the time for you long stories. You need to find out more about this place. You have a idea, but it's going to wallow your ears in shame.
"Hey, do you mind I use your-" I shuddered once more "D-Dubstep?" I asked in disbelief of my own words. She looked confused at me. "Didn't you just say it was disorienting or whatever?" Vinyl asked.
"Yeah sorry but I really need it for something important."
"And that is? Wait don't tell me. A concert!" Vinyl basically squeaked with excitement. All I could do is give myself a facepalm. "No, something more, Important." I sighed as my hoof still rested upon my head. "What can be more important that an epic concert?" Vinyl asked, tilting her head a bit.
"Listen I just need the electrons coming from your music to-"
"Hold on, I'm lost. 'Electrons'?"
I sighed, shaking my head. "Just let me use your music, for something." I finally say in annoyance. "Whatever." Vinyl says as she shrugs. Taking her permission, I take a responsive plug and stick it into the music-creating machine. Taking full control, I reroute all settings into a sound that can charge a dead battery for centuries, at least that or something to show a map of this whole dimension. After imputing the data to my core, I spotted a tiny but see-able map to the corner of my screen (Well, only see-able for me). Then, when I finished making a map, I returned the machine's system to it's original state. "Done" I say finishing. "Dude, what did you do? That was like five minutes." She asked.
"I rerouted your system data to make a map for my core."
"Huh?"
"*Sigh* I made a map!" I say annoyed again. This mare is interesting but lacks inner knowledge. "Oh, can I see it?" She asks.
"Here" I say ask I make a holographic representation of the map. All she says is "Wow! I didn't think my machine could do that."
"Me neither. The map is in good definition too." I add, making her grin, which also makes some sort of squee sound.
"Thanks for your help." I say respectfully. She responds "Thanks for barging in." Although she seemed alright with it. "Come back anytime!" Is all I hear before I leave her home. A nice eccentric mare, added to the list.
