Eagle Feather is like anypony else. He has a job, a loving daughter and a house, in the heart of Equestria: Canterlot. Well, he's like everypony… except he's a famous writer (like the author of the Daring Do's series) and contrary to a lot of ponies, the Unicorn rarely has normal dreams. Those strange dreams he have, are involving some two-legged creatures called Humans. What he didn't know is that him and his 'lucid moments' (as he call it) are related to Equestria past and future, more than he or anypony else think. Each time he wake up from those 'dreams', the only thought which come in his mind is: Why?

The question is simple but, however, the answer is far more complicated to explain.
