The Price of Peace
The dragons of the east invade Equestria after nearly five hundred years of tranquility and the world seems to fall apart. Pip is pressed into servitude, Spike is thrown in prison, Twilight becomes an outlaw. Will Equestria continue to stand or fall?
The price of the many and the price of the few. The price of those who did what was needed to do. The price that was paid with blood and life, gave freedom to me and freedom to you.
For over five hundred years, the dragons of the east have laid dormant behind their volcanic borders. For five centuries, peace had reigned over the continent and ushered in an era of untold harmony. But no more. They have awakened and the time of tranquility has ended.
In a generation that has never seen the horrors of war, will the ponies of Equestria succumb to those who would destroy them? Or will they find the strength and will to preserve the great land that they call home?
