In a dystopian future of Equestria, Princess Celestia is coerced into giving power to the newly formed Equestrian Security Bureau to "protect" the citizens, but is only meant to control them through force. Pound Cake, taken as a foal by the government, is trained to be the ESB's top agent. He is ruthless and cold blooded, trained to be a perfect weapon.

When a series of high profile killings occur, Agent Cake is sent to investigate, but what he uncovers is a plot to overthrow the government. But not all is as it seems when he uncovers a government conspiracy that could change the course of history, as well as the truth about his past.
