After Link had banished Ganon to the Book of Koridi, one of Ganon's minions has set him free once more, and they escaped through an unseen portal on the island of Koridi. Gwonam decides after witnessing the departure of the dark lord that there is no time to fly to Hyrule to inform King Harkinian and Link, so he takes nothing but his magic carpet and flies after Ganon, unknowing of what lies ahead for him to discover.
