Alarm clock... 5:30 sharp.
"..." I sighed.
Reaching out to turn that awful beeping off, I tapped the button once, and off it went.
"Time for another dreary day at work..."

Everyday I wake up thinking I'm going to start a new life and things will change. But no...
My life is terribly boring.
But my personality - unique, and some may call me a bit strange.
I'm a pretty stylish guy - love being fancy in public. My hair is black and messy. My eyes are dark and intense... The window to my soul where you will find loyalty, mystery, intelligence, and my kind heart.
I am Lloyd... Lloyd Blue. I am an 18 year old trying to find myself and what makes me happy.
And that's about it. Just me, Blue.

Work was work, and nothing more than that.
"Lloyd." my boss called.
"Yeah?" I replied.
"Rooftop. Now." my boss commanded.
Keeping silent, walking slowly down a bare hallway with a window every 10 feet, the elevator was just ahead of me. I could see the lighted numbers counting down to the floor I was on, lucky number 7.
The elevator doors opened, squealing and creaking like a door to a haunted house. Inside, it was dark, cold, and lonely; scratches, dents, and graffiti on the walls. "Deal with it" was written in black Sharpie across the length of one of the walls.
"Rooftop, Kind Sir," I said to myself, imagining a bellboy standing with me in the elevator. Snickering to myself, I pushed the worn out round button with the "R" on it, listened to the creaky doors closed, and felt the elevator move.
13 floors to the top. "I could be here for a while."
"BANG!" Something struck the elevator from outside.
"?" I took a step back cautiously, then realized there was nowhere to go.
"What was that?!" I wondered, fearful.
"SCREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
"What the-" I braced myself. It was a creature, a shrieking, bloodthirsty creature.
I started to panic.
My pupils dilated, my vision started to get blurry, and I froze with fear.
BANG! BANG!
My heart was pounding hard and fast against my chest. I had no weapon. No help.
"What do I do!?" I thought while looking for a exit.
"Think fast, Blue. What do you do? I know - the door! Get those doors open!"
