Chapters Vinyl Scratch answered the ringing phone
"Hello?"
"Hello Vinyl this is Prince Blueblood, I have called you to ask if you could be the DJ at my party." Vinyl smiled she always liked going to Canterlot
"Sure when is it? And what kind of music would you like?" she asked
"The party takes place tomorrow at 6:30 pm and I would like there to be 1 or 2 slow songs , a romantic song and whatever kind of you would like there to be just no Dubstep"
"Just out of curiosity why do you need a romantic song aren't you single?" a few moments later Blueblood responded
"The party is to celebrate my first love"
this surprised Vinyl to her understanding Prince Blueblood only cares about himself and has no sense of respect especially to the mares. She went upstairs into her closet and took out a music set were she kept all her speakers, her mix tape and her ear phones.
Vinyl prepared everything for the next day including the albums and CDs she was going to play, she was also going to bring her Ipod except it was charging right now so she left that for the next day.
She woke up around 10:00 and she was getting ready for the party. Vinyl called up a chariot to bring her to Canterlot and they quickly came so she hurried and got her Ipod in her saddle bags and she got her case out. A white Royal guard pegasi walked up to her
"Shall I load your bags miss?" asked the stallion
"Yes, thank you." she said.
Vinyl was soon on her way to Canterlot. She always enjoyed going to Canterlot and exploring the new areas of the city so when she had a party to go to in Canterlot she would get there early.
Vinyl Scratch went into the castle to the area were the party was being held. When she entered the garden she saw Blueblood staring at the fancy decorations being placed
"Hello Prince Blueblood, I'd like to set up everything I need for the party early so I could go and explore Canterlot" She tried sounding like a noble so she wouldn't be kicked out by him for being "Disrespectful" .
Blueblood cleared his throat and pointed to a small area were there were no decorations
"You may set up over there"
she bowed and soon walked up to the area and started to set up.
After she finished setting up she went out to Sol street which was very new addition to the city.
There was a rather large music shop on the corner on the street but sadly it was only a classical music store.
Other than that there was nothing very interesting on the street, so she just went to the Equestrian gardens which was in the middle of Canterlot.
She spent a lot of the time in the gardens and it was time to go to the party. Vinyl went to her Dj set and started playing music, ponies and stallions started to arrive once she started playing the music.
In a few moments the Royal garden was filled with guests, in the far corner Prince Blueblood was greeting the arriving guests with a mare beside him, she took a closer look and noticed it was Fleur De Lis must be his girlfriend
she thought.
Blueblood went closer to her set and told her that it was time for the romantic song, he then walked off and got a drink then she noticed something was off, his magical aura was green not yellow like Princess Celestia's but she just ignored it and put on the romantic song.
The couples danced and mean while Vinyl Scratch got herself some food.
A delicious apple sandwich lay half eaten on her plate when she realized it was time for the next song she quickly teleported to her set and put on When I was your man by Bruno Mars. Every pony danced to it and enjoyed it she herself was enjoying the party.
She put the music on pause as Prince Blueblodd prepared to have an announcement
"Ahem... Could I have everypony's attention please?" everypony gathered around the stage
"As some of you may know I recently fell in love with this beautiful mare named Fleur de Lis, I have made this party to celebrate the occasion so please do enjoy yourselves" he walked of the stage with Fleur de Lis at his side but for some odd reason Fleur de Lis was in some kind of trance.
30 minutes passed since the annoucment and the Royal guards were whispering things to each other and one of them ran of to the castle, Vinyl wondered what could of happened then everything became silent her music was turned of bey some pony's magic this startled her and as she looked up there she was her Royal majesty Princess Celestia staring at Prince Blueblood.
Princess Celestia's horn started glow brighter and brighter when finally it was to bright to see, when the brightness subsided
Prince Blueblood was no longer there instead in his presence was a changeling.
The changeling looked up at the Princess
"I know what your thinking! I didn't come here to spy!!"
the Princess raised an eyebrow at him
"I promise you I didn't!! I came hear on my own hoping to survive hear and live a normal life!!"
he looked back down and shivered he then raised his head and stared at the Princess for a while
"Please have mercy on me..." he whispered
the princess frowned and made her horn glow
she was going to banish him.
Vinyl never saw the changelings as monsters she just saw them as living creatures that have a strange way of life, and she knew that banishing the changeling was way overboard, he was just trying to live.
without even realizing it Vinyl jumped in front of the changeling and argued with the Princess even though Celestia has said nothing,but her stare said it all.
"Princess!! I know I have no right but the changeling had no other way of living don't banish him!"
ponies gasped at her offense but Vinyl didn't care
"He's a living creature like all of us!" she argued.
Princess Celestia's horn stopped glowing for a moment then she pointed her horn at them and shot a beam of light straight threw them, it opened up a blue hole behind them.
Wind started to rush threw Vinyl's hooves and she was being dragged into the hole, a second later she was in it and everything went black.
Diffrent Dimension chapter 3
Vinyl's eyes slowly opened as she woke up from her black out
"Urggh" her head hurt and she felt nauseous, her view was still blurry and she tried to focus her sight but it didn't make it better.
She tried to stand up but she just felt even more nauseous so she lay back down and starred to what was in front of her
it appeared to be a dark grey pony with blue wings, she tried to focus he self but it just made the head ache worse.
Her head fell to the ground in weakness and her eyes slowly closed and
she blacked out once again.
She was soon awoken by a gentle nudge on her back
"Wake up." a voice said
"Mmmmm 5 more minutes" she responded
"I told you to wake up now wake up!" it yelled
her eyes flung open and she quickly stood up "I'm awake!" she yelled in surprise
"Good now drink this" she turned around at the sound of the voice and fell back to the ground again
"Holy shit changeling!"
The changeling just starred at her then rolled his eyes and pushed a dried curled leaf towards her and turned around
"Here drink it"
she blinked several times at his offering.
She looked around herself
"Were are we?"
"Everfree forest"
"How'd we get here? Wasn't I at Prince Blueblood's party?"
in a second she remembered what happened at the party
"Oh... Why are we here?"
"Will you shut up and drink it!!" he yelled and faced her
"Jeez you didn't have to yell..."
she looked at the water and drank it was sweet and bitter and she felt every drop touch her tongue it felt good.
"So how are we suppose to get out of here?" she asked
"Were going where it's not foggy" the changeling pointed to the north of where they were and Vinyl soon took notice of her surroundings,
The Macintosh hills were to the north and she soon realized were they were geographically in the Everfree forest
"But Ponyville is that way threw the fog" she pointed the opposite way of were he had pointed
"Well you won't get there if you go threw that way" she frowned at his response
"Well we should try" she walked closer to the fog
"I said you won't get there that way we gotta go that way!"
"We would go deeper into the Everfree forest and get lost if we go that way!"
"You will never get there that way and the exit is this way!" he yelled and soon they both brewed up a whole argument of which way to go until finally Vinyl ran into the fog and yelled
"WELL I'M GOING THIS WAY!!!"
the fog got thicker and thicker as she ran, it felt forever until the fog started to clear up and it revealed the same clearing were she and the changeling were
a dark grey bulk laid on the ground and it yawned, it was the changeling
"Told ya"
"But I didn't even turn how come I came back here?!" she got closer to the changeling waiting for answers
"It's cause were in a time dimension" he responded
"A what now?" she has never heard of this not even in magic High School
the changeling got up and sighed
"A time dimension is a dimension in a certain place and at certain time, us for example are in a dimension in the past"
She blinked at his response and thought about it for a minute
What evidence is there for us to be in the past, is he lying? No if he was I could of been in ponyville right now because all dimensions have a certain limit right? But how can we be in the past? Everfree forest stills looks like Everfree forest.
She looked around the forest when she noticed that the trees weren't dark and spooky instead they were green and like any other tree in Equestria.
Strange she thought she then looked at the changeling patiently waiting for her response
"Well...I guess I believe you..." she wasn't to sure about the whole time thing but she believed him
"By the way what's your name?" she asked
"My name is Gon, Gon the changeling"
