"Octavia! Run!" Vinyl yelled over her sholder towards Tavi, "Get out of here now, don't worry about me!" Octavia ran away her eyes filled with tears. She headed towards the woods in a desperate attempt to get away from the mob of people. Quickly dodging every tree in her way. Her breathe quickened as her heart pounded in her chest. This can't be happening Before she knew it Octavia had tripped over a stump and quickly held her ankle. Her ankle stung and was sore to the touch, she struggled to get up and stammered a couple of feet before leaning against a tree for support lifting her injured foot held off the ground. As soon as she felt safe she scooted down the tree and tried to look at her ankle in the moon light. From what she could see her ankle had swollen and became bruised, she defiantly sprained it. "Oh, i sure hope Vinyl got away safe" she whimpered to herself quietly. Soon after she had said that she heard a twig snap behind the tree. She gasped and in held her breathe. Please don't be them, please. pressing her self against the tree for comfort she saw a tall women with electric blue hair walk by. "Vinyl over here" she called out catching the attention of the women
"Good you got away," Vinyl coughed and stumbled over to Octavia. Vinyl took a quick glance at the ankle Tavi was holding "Lemme see," Tavi moved her hands away and Vinyl reached over and gently held her ankle. The moment the hands made contact with her ankle she winced in pain. "You messed it up pretty good, but you should be able to get away." Vinyl smiled and looked at Octy.
"Lets get out of here Vi"
"You go I'll catch up"
"What do you mean?" At that moment Vinyl moved her hands away from her stomach and she nearly screamed when she caught sight of the blood.
"Oh no you've been hurt!"
"Don't worry Tavi" Vinyl coughed up some blood, "I'll be fine"
"We have to get you to the hospital"
"Alright lemme get up first," Painfully Vinyl placed her back firmly against the tree and began to push her self up. "Put your arm over my shoulder it'll make it easier for you to move with that ankle."
Octavia quickly put her arm over Vinyl's shoulder and began to limp off with her. Vinyl's hand still gripped to her stomach over her blood soaked shirt. Oddly enough Vinyl wasn't wearing her glasses and it was one of the few times Tavi caught sight of Vinyl's eyes at the moment they were fixed ahead and were a deep, yet soft red. "Vinyl are you sure your going to be alright you seemed to have los-"
Vinyl quickly cut her off, "Yeah Octavia, I'll be fine we have to get that ankle of yours checked out"
It slightly worried Octavia that Vinyl used her full name and that she was showing more interest in Tavi's wounds rather than her own. She managed to put the thoughts behind her believing this was one of the times Vinyl generally took concern in somebody rather then herself. A couple more moments went by in silence, in till Tavi tripped again this time she had some how managed to land on her back looking up at Vinyl. Just a Vinyl went to reach down to help her up a shot rang out and blood splattered onto Octavia's face. She was silently screaming as she saw Vinyl collapse onto her knees then fall onto her chest. Quickly Octavia put her hands on Vinyl's shoulder and shook her violently. Finally finding her voice Octavia screamed at the top of her lungs. "VINYL!!!!!!"
She Sprung up in bed sweating and still screaming. At that moment Vinyl opened the door to Octavia's bedroom and quickly hurried over to Tavi. Vinyl threw her arms around Tavi and began to shush her. This was one of the times being a night owl worked for her. For a long couple of minutes Octavia cried into Vinyl's shoulder holding each other close.
"Wanna tell me what happened Tavi you look like you saw a ghost"
With a couple more sniffles Octavia nodded into her shoulder and sat up and looked Vinyl in the eyes, yet another time she didn't have those glasses of hers. Taking a deep breath she explained her dream to Vinyl and started to cry a little more when it came to the part where Vinyl was shot. "You landed on top of me lifeless and I couldn't even scream I was in shock and when I finally found my voice I woke up." Tavi felt Vinyl's arm wrap around her again.
"Relax Octavia I'm not going anywhere i promise," She pulled back from the hug and gave her a meaning smile.
"Good, why are you awake still?"
"You know, my insomnia wouldn't allow me to sleep even if i were to bribe it with 50 endless nights of sleeplessness afterwards." They both chuckled
"Anyway thank you Vinyl" A smile grew on Octavia's face
"Anytime, but now i'll be heading back to my room try to get back to sleep," Just as Vinyl got up and turned around she found a dainty arm grabbed her own.
"C-could you possibly stay here with me tonight Vinyl?" Tavi asked sheepishly.
"Uh sure," Vinyl grinned and laided down trying to get comfortable and faced Tavi. Without much though Vinyl leaned forward and pressed her lips against Tavi's. In shock of her own actions Vinyl tried to pull away, but found Octy's arms were holding her there firmly and she was kissing back. The kiss lasted for several seconds before pulling away to catch their breath. "Tavi, i never knew you-" Tavi put her hand to Vinyl's mouth.
"I've liked you for a long time i just couldn't admit it to myself or you," She blushed darkly hiding her face in the pillow.
"I like you too Tavi, but i didn't want to tell you because i didn't know how you would react. I didn't want to lose you either" Vinyl had a light blush adorning her face and she mentally cursed herself for not having her glasses to hide behind. Octavia pulled Vinyl in for another close hug and smiled.
"So what do we do now?" They said in unison.

Alright allow me to start things off by saying sorry, i may have lead the few people watching me to believe this would be out sooner and i feel bad. Secondly, I don't know how i feel about writing Anthro, but for the given story i found it would be easier for me to write it this way. Though depending on peoples reactions i may write more Anthro or i may write less. You guys are awesome, I love you all :) Also if you find any errors please tell me i didn't know if my Editors were awake and i wanted to publish this tonight.
