The Anomalous Figure

David silently stood next the wall of the fallen it was a mural built to honor those that died on V-Day. It had almost been two years since nearly all of the world died it sadly included his parents. I guess that's why he decided to help test out the new interspace teleporter one of the scientist had built he knew that he could die in the process but he didn't care what did he have left to lose. David then said to himself

"Well I guess its time."

and then he was off to the test chamber to meet Dr. Hurt. David arrived at the Dr. Hurt's office where he was greeted by the doctor's secretary with a smile and a hello. David waved at her and took a seat in one of the chairs and waited for the doctor. Then about  to two minutes later Doctor Hurt came out of his office talking to someone. Then the doctor said to David  he said

"Very good to see that you showed up David I hope you are ready for the test?"

David replied to the doctors question by saying

"Don't worry doc im as ready as ever."

In the doctor's eyes David seemed happy but really David was depressed but the doctor put a smile on his face too and instructed David to follow him to the test chamber. Once they reached the chamber David got into position and so did the doctor but before the doctor pulled the switch the noise of the machine starting up was deafening and  Doctor Hurt and David could barely hear anything so the doctor shouted to David

"DAVID IF THIS WORKS AND YOU LAND ON A PLANET WITH TREES WATER AND OXYGEN ALL OF HUMANITY WILL BE SAVED AND YOU AND ME WILL BE HEROS!"

David nodded and shouted to the doctor

"LETS HOPE THAT THIS WORKS OR WE'LL ALL DIE!"

Doctor Hurt was about to pull the switch when suddenly something fell from the ceiling and hit the teleporter it broke the machine and set David off course to another planet and the last thing that David heard was the doctor shouting

"DAVID NO!!"

And suddenly David's vision was blurry and he could barely see as he flew through space until he landed on a remote planet  in another galaxy. With a massive headache David woke up to find that he was alive and breathing he was filled with joy and excitement but he didn't know where he was. The landscape of the planet seemed familiar to him so he decided to walk until he found a village or was it a town. But once he reached the center he spoke to himself and said

"There is now way that this is real I must be dead."

for in front of him was a statue of Princess Celestia he turned to see a group of ponies with a terrified look on their face for they haven't seen anything like David before. David looked behind them to see Sugarcube Corner he then quickly rubbed his eyes and pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming for he was in Equestria. He started to panic saying

"What!?!....Its real I thought it was just a kid's show."

He than turned to see his favorite pony Pinkie Pie bouncing around as she had done in the show he thought of walking over to her but she had already turned to see that the whole town was panicking so she stopped one asked her

"What is everypony running form?"

the frighten mare quickly replied

"FROM HIM!"

She had pointed to David who stood there looking confused as ever. Pinkie Pie had said to herself confused

"Who is he where did he come from and why is he walking on two legs instead of four? But more importantly this means he can be my new friend!"

and like that a wide grin dawned upon Pinkie's face as she bounced up to him and said

"I've never seen anything like you before where did you come from?"

David replied to Pinkie Pie by saying

"I'm David and I'm from Earth and I think that everybody is scared of me."

Pinkie looked confused

"What does he mean by everybody doesn't he mean everypony?"

Pinkie Pie said to David

"Well I have a friend that would just love to meet you."

David couldn't think straight anymore so he said to her

"Sure that would be great."

Pinkie Pie smiled and instructed David to follow her she had brought him to Twilight's Library. But when David saw the building he immediately knew where he was going. Pinkie knocked on Twilight's door but instead of seeing Twilight answer it was Spike. Pinkie asked Spike where Twilight was so he replied

"She is studying magic right now I can get her if you want me to."

Pinkie had said to Spike

"Yes I have something urgent to show her."

And like that Spike was off to go get her. He returned a minute later with Twilight looked at Pinkie Pie said

"Hey Pinkie what do you need help with?"

Pinkie had opened the door and showed Twilight David. Her jaw dropped and than said to Pinkie

"Where did you find him?"

Pinkie had replied

"I was walking to Sugarcube Corner when out of no where a bunch of ponies started to panic I stopped one and asked what was wrong she pointed to him and said they were running from him. So I asked him who he was and he said his name was David. I didn't know what he was so I brought him here to see if one of your books could tell us what or who he is?"

Twilight nodded and aloud Pinkie and David to enter the library and she began to look for books that could help them out. But sadly after a long 12 hours of digging and searching for a book they found nothing.

"This doesn't make sense!?!"

Twilight said

"What?"

Pinkie replied

"There are no books here that can help us better understand David."

David replied to her

"If it helps i'm a human."

Twilight said to him

"Still that doesn't help us much......hmmm maybe Princess Celestia and Luna may know!"

Spike butt in on the conversation by saying

"I don't mean to burst you bubble Twilight but I think that they are sleeping."

Twilight said

"Oh yeah right.......once I get a couple of my friends we should could tomorrow."

David said to her

"That seems like a fair plan but where will I sleep?"

Twilight thought for a moment then she ran off to go get some blankets a pillow

"You can sleep here tonight David."

A few hours later Pinkie Pie walked back to Sugarcube Corner and most likely went to bed. Twilight had gone to bed too and so did Spike but David lie awake for a few hours he still couldn't accept the fact that he was in Equestria and was every character here and boy he oh so wanted to meet Rainbow Dash and Princess Luna but in the mist of his excitement he passed out and went to bed. He couldn't believe it his dream of coming to Equestria had came true.

The next morning David woke up to the sight of: Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity staring at him. David was so scared that he almost punched Applejack

"Woha there lil doggy don't want to start any thing know don't we."

Fluttershy spoke up next

"Oh my.....um i'm sorry if we disturbed you."

Rainbow Dash was next to speak up

"Who are you and where did you come from I put your a changeling and Chrysalis is going to try to take back Equestria? "

She was now hoovering above David she looked down and said to him

"Are you a spy?"

Then suddenly she was yanked down by Applejack then Applejack said

"Woha there RD now don't go hurtin the boy on his second day in Equestria."

Rainbow dash lets out a grunt and lands on the ground in front of David Rarity was the last on to speak

"Darling where did you get that outfit?"

David said to her

"Whats wrong with blue jeans and a black hoodie?"

Rarity said to him

"Nothings wrong with it dear it just needs to be spruced up a bit that's all."

David had said to them all

"Wheres Twilight?"

then a new voice spoke up saying

"I think that I can answer that question."

David looked up to see Princess Luna and Celestia walk into the room. Then Celestia said to everyone in the room

"Its been a long time since one of you have been to Equestria."

she said pointing to David. He put a confused look on his face and said to her

"Wait to you mean to tell me that humans have been in Equestria!?!"

Celestia nodded at him and said to him.

"Humans actually use to live here until we found a planet for the about 1000 years ago."

David at that moment wanted to tell her about how this whole world on Earth is a fictional place in a kids show but he restrained himself because he didn't want to freak her out. So instead he just continued to nod and ask questions. Celestia continued to talk

"They have been gone for so long that we thought they all died.......is that why your here?"

David sadly nodded and said to her

"About three years ago a virus came and killed about 95 percent of us. And the underground facility had a leak in so I think everyone in there is now dead."

All the ponies lowered there heads in sadness even Celestia spoke up and said

"I'm sorry but I think that if you aren't infected you can live here with us? If you want."

David let out a big smile and said to her

"Really?.......I can live here?"

Celestia nodded and said to him

"But only if you aren't infected."

David said to Celestia

"Ok but trust me if I was infected I would be dead and so would you.

Luna whispered to Celestia

"Are you sure that you want him to live here with us don't you think the others will make fun of him?"

Celestia then whispered into Luna's ear

"Don't worry he'll be fine."

Luna was satisfied with that answer and ceased to ask her sister questions. Twilight then walked into the room she was surprised to see the princess there she spoke up

"Princess Celestia I didn't expect to see you here."

Celestia said to Twilight

"Spike sent me a letter saying that you had something urgent to show me so me and Luna came to see what it was turned out a human was in Equestria."

Twilight seemed confused a human she had never heard anything like that before but still she believed in the princess. But then Twilight began to think she thought if there wasn't a book about humans then she should write one. Celestia then spoke to David

"If you will follow me we can take you to the castle to see if you are infected."

Twilight heard that she panic and shouted

"INFECTED!....WHAT DO YOU MEAN PRINCESS!"

Celestia said to her

"My faithful student please calm down David's home was attacked by a virus and nearly everypony died he just a few other survived and were taking him to the castle to see if he is infected. If not then I granted him the will to live here in Equestria."

Twilight started to calm down. Then once Celestia saw that she was calm she directed David out of the library into a chariot and then they rode off to the castle.

About five minutes later: Luna, David, and Celestia arrived at the castle. Celestia guided David into a room that not many ponies including Twilight knew about it was laboratory. Suddenly a pony came out of nowhere wearing a lab coat he instructed David to take off his hoddie and sit in the chair he pulled up. The doctor walked away and can back with an empty syringe and told David he was going to feel a small pinch David nodded and let the doctor do his job. The doctor got a sample of Davids blood and then walked through a door that David didn't see before. Then the daoctor came back after a minute or two with him was Princess Celestia she said to David

"It turns out that your aren't infected and that means you can live here just do me one favor don't tell anypony about this place and don't wander into the Everfree Forest."

David nodded and was then injected with something he passed out and was in the center of Ponyville when he woke up to group of ponies staring at him. Twilight then ran up to him saying

"I need you and your knowledge of humans to help me write a book about humans follow me to my library."

David nodded and followed her when they reached the library Twilight had Spike got get her three quills and alot of paper and ink she knew that hey would need alot. Spike returned and she thanked him then she said to David

"Alright let us start Ch.1."
