After Rainbow Dash's death by the of her friend, Celestia was forced to order the first execution in Equestria in centuries. Now with two of the Elements lost, the remaining survivors begin to deal with loss and deal with life in a not so cheerful place.

All because of one thing the Princesses only heard about from their childhoods- when an Element Bearer dies the world falls out of balance. And you never want that to happen. But some ponies only want to see the world change. And some are forced because of grief. A storm is brewing.

The first few chapters are really old so you've been warned. Takes place sometime between seasons two and three.
