Princess Twilight Sparkle is pulled from her universe into another by a human by the name of Maxim Nexus. Nexus is a scientist looking for a way back to his universe, who was in the same situation as Twilight. However, Twilight soon realizes that this new world is startlingly similar to her own. Even though there are terrible things in this world, she finds that friendship is what holds them together through war and pain.
