With the antics of the Gala behind them, the Elements of Harmony prepare to return to Ponyville....except for Twilight. The Princess has requested that her star pupil stay behind to finish her advanced studies in the School for Gifted Unicorns. This sets off a chain of events that will change everything the Elements, Twilight, the Princesses, and everypony in Equestria knows, believes and understands about their peace-addled home country and their rulers. What is Twilight's connection with the Nightmare, and what is the Void?!
