A year after the fog around Inganock clears, the city has established contact with the world once more. The island city has been revealed for the first time in 5,000 years, all thanks to the efforts and heroism of the destitute Doctor Gii. Creatures of the outside world vary greatly, just as records from so long ago suggest. The present dominant race outside of the city appears to be Equestrians, small pony-like creatures, and they need his help. Their princess, Luna, has fallen ill. They are now reaching out to the reclusive Inganock and their exalted Doctor for help. The Doctor accepts, but discovers that the fantastic city of Inganock, and the horrors it hides, may reach further than he once thought.
