Master Element

The first thing she heard was the thunder and rain. Then the bawling, a cry for help by a young creature. She nudged the sleeping form of her husband, who rolled over and groaned  . The last place they checked was a room with the door that led to the human world. Inside the room was a basket with a baby human inside.

The two saw a note next to the baby's head. The note said only one tiny word on it which stated that baby's name is Mikey. On the babys neck was a necklace with a red horn on it.

The two immedatly looked at the baby. The baby had stopped crying and was smiling at the two.

Cadence used her magic to bring the basket to her. She then looked at Shining Armor and said to him,

"I feel we should raise the kid. What do you think Armor?"

"The kid deserves a loving family. But who gave him to us and how did they know about this place?"

"I guess we will never know."

"I do worry a bit about that kid."

"Why?"

"What will other ponies think about him? I mean will he fit in?"

"I will make sure he has a bodyguard. The guard will be like Mikey. Someone who is also not a pony. And I know somepony chaotic enough to do it."

"Are you talking about Discord?"

"Yes I am." Cadence then used her magic to send a letter to Discord explaining the situation to him. She then got a letter back saying one word. Yes
