King is an extremely advanced Bouncer that possesses the ability to think, see, smell, hear, feel, taste, and talk in a deep voice with a bit of a Russian accent. Combined with a massive arsenal of Plasmids, a specialized drill, and layers of armor, King is the only Bouncer able to survive until July 4th, 200, when a military experiment gone wrong sends King to Equestria. Here, he discovers Applebloom, who possesses so much ADAM that King is shocked into near unconsciousness. This, King becomes Applebloom's unofficial guardian.
